People are saying there going to be facing the Forerunners but I don't see why they would be? And I read somewhere that they were pacifist. so they don't fight. So why would we be facing them? Also in Halo 3 did we beat the Covenant? I don't think we did but people said we did. We killed 1 Prophet and theres still another one (also im not sure but i thought in Halo 2 i saw like 100 of them in one scene). And aren't there are still Grunts, Brutes, Jackle and everything else out. Not to mention aren't there other Halo Rings? So in Halo 4 were going to be facing the convent right?

Well the screen is okay till it gets to the loading screen after the video then the screen goes all different colours and flashes in and out of pictures. Also it then turns green and cuts out. Now my game exceeds the game requirements and everything else is fine so what do I do.

It gets really hot so I think it might be overheating. Anyway, I never had this problem until a few months ago. I have not changed computers or anything. I can play the game for anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes before the screen goes black but the computer is still running. Eventually I just have to turn it off myself. This is irritating for me because I get bored and I want to play my game occasionally (Duh, I spent well over a hundred dollars on all of it with the expansions and everything!). I am using an HP laptop with Vista on it that I've had for a good couple of years but still works great. What is going on and how can I fix it? Would getting a laptop cooler plate thingy help?

Yesterday, I did something very stupid (so stupid I'm just going to keep it to myself because I'll get made fun of it on here), and I ended up getting a huge gash on my palm because of it. Here's a pic of it. he's my idol . I have ALOT of family drama and school drama and his music just calms me down. I still don't understand this kind of thinking. Even the Christians have a tendency towards it, if to a lesser degree. My only issue with Islam is the Qur'an and character of Muhammad. I'm fully aware that the moderate majority are just regular folks, even if they do tend to lack a certain empathy here (which could very well be the influence of the vulgar nature of Yahoo! itself). I've stated this several times, and yet it seems many prefer to pretend that my issues with the religion itself automatically means I have an issue with them. Why?

a girl lives with her father, mother and younger brother. the father keeps torturing the mother and the girl. lately he has started using nasty words for the girl (not to mention the regular tortures like abusing, beating etc that he delivers to his wife). he said to the daughter, 'go stand at the gate opening up your vagina', ' how many penis did you take in? 10/15?', 'go to the gate in front everyday, thats how your breasts are hanging now' etc etc. my question---what would be the proper punishment for this man? what should the girl do? should i consider the mother as guilty since she didn't try to chop her husband into pieces hearing those abuses to her own daughter? should the girl's relatives who, even after knowing everything, didn't take the man to a court, be considered as guilty? just want to know what you people think about the whole thing. your thoughts and opinions and suggestions would be very helpful. plz answer. thank you. sorry, forgot to mention---the girl is 20, she is in college, 2nd year.

okay,, me and this guy named micheal have been talking off and on for about three months,, but recently i was with this other guy named tyler and he took advantage of me one night while i was drunk.. and the some of the ppl that where at the place that it happened in dont like me very wel even though not knowing what really happened.. michael heard about it and he was still willing to be with me,, he knows exactly what happened that night,, but the ppl that dont like me are doing and saying stuff that i never said to start drama between us... and so we broke up after a week of dating,, he says that he wants a break but i feel as if its gotten to him too much and he doesnt want me anymore.. like if someone is on a break they should at least text you right? like if you both agree to go on a break you would still text each other.. but he never texts me... and then we got into it and he said that since i never texted him he figured i moved on to one of my good friends so we both agreed to take a break again tilll things cool down.. but he still never texts me even when i text him.. he says he not ready for a relationship yet but then says he wants a break for like a week... so i sent him a message today saying that i dont know if i cant do it anymore and that i feel as if im being led on and that when he said he still had feelings for me that my gut feeling says different and my gut feelings usually never wrong and that i still wanna be friends but i cant sit around and wait for him forever and that he barly even talks to me and that i just wanted to be with himm and not let drama git in between us but it did and that i cant change it... do you think i did the right thing by sending that?? because when i sent it i thought that i was done with him,, but now im bit so sure i am.. its really confusing.. he responded and said that its not his fualt it affected him anf that his feelings for me are strong and that he was sorry he just didnt know what to do so i said i know its not oyur fualt and okay.. and he just got off line so i sent him another text saying that i was sorry and i have mixeed feelings about all this and i need time to figure things out.. and he said its whatever in the end its what makes me hapy and i told him he knew what would make me happy and all he said was yeah so i said like he said earlier he doesnt know what to do so i guess we can leave it at this untilll he knows and i would talk to him later and he never texted back...so please whats you advice on this??

I'm posting this question from an alternate account because I don't want the person I'm talking about to find out that I'm asking this. Anyways, there's this guy who connected to me on Y!A. I added him back (as I do any time somebody adds me) and he has been trying to talk to me ever since. Now usually that doesn't bother me at all and I almost always respond when somebody wants to hold a friendly conversation, but his messages made me feel really awkward. The very first thing he ever said to me was - and I quote: "i want u bad xxxxx" I didn't answer. Quite frankly, I had no idea *how* to answer. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I sort of brushed it aside in the hopes that he wouldn't send me anything else. I'm not usually like that; I hate the thought of hurting somebody's feelings. But every question I posted, he'd always answer them with short sentences that show he doesn't put much thought into them (usually with a series of "x"''s like in his message above). In addition, he continued to send me messages. One time I posted a question with a link to a pair of heels I was wearing, and he sent me a message telling me I have sexy feet (which, again, made me uncomfortable). Eventually I decided to respond by politely explaining that I'm not sure how to answer his messages, and that I'm not interesting in starting a relationship of any sort online due to the fact that I can't interact with them personally. He replied by saying that he wasn't looking for anything either, and that we have a lot in common. Yet he still continues to send the same sort of messages as before and leaves answers to my questions that are either poorly thought out, or strikingly insincere. What do you think I should do? I'm considering deleting/blocking him, but I have no idea what effect it'll have. Any advice?

So I'm a Christian, if you don't like that or just wanna bash on it, please leave. But this is an honest question. My girlfriend believes that the music I've been listening to will affect the way I think, and will become a stumbling block in my relationship with God. Now arguably the music I've been listening to is generally pretty inappropriate, OFWGKTA, but obviously I am not going to go out and start killing, raping, and doing drugs. I don't support the things they write about, but honestly they don't either, it's all just for the fun and the enjoyment of the music. I genuinely enjoy the music they make, even though I disagree in participating in any of the content. I don't think the music is affecting my demeanor, it's not making me a violent or angry person, and it's certainly not making me rebellious as I'm trying to rebell less. So, Y!A, I need your input! Do YOU think I need to stop listening to it? Can you show me references supporting whatever you have to say? Thanks in advance!

1) How many shells are completed? 2) How many subshells are completed? 3) How many orbitals are completed? My teacher said we might be asked these three questions on the test.. but I'm not sure what they are asking for. This is what I'm thinking, for example: Carbon. After drawing out the orbital diagrams, I see that 16 orbitals are filled. (I think.) I counted each box that was filled. Then for subshells I count s, p, d, and f individually, getting 7. I don't know if this is right though. And for shells.. is that the same numerical value as subshells? Please try to answer using Carbon or any element as an example. Thanks in advance!!
