I eat healthy I run 4 miles everyday at night.(I like to night run :)) But I do strength training everyday when I wake up..so my muscles get awake..and every morning I strength train different parts of my body for 15 minutes..but I do abs EVERY morning for 30 minutes...so 45 minutes in the morning...will that get me a flat/toned stomach?? Plus I push myself every week..to get higher numbers in miles and numbers in ab workouts and ab holds... Please help.=] thank you .=]

I once read in Field and Stream that the 45/70 rifle was extremely popular because it doubled as a bird gun when you used bird shot shells. So its like 2 guns. Anyways, do any companys still manufacture 45/70 birdshot shells?

my husband was raped takes anger out on me. we had a home invasion and 4 men broke into our house late at night. at first they dragged me to the floor and raped me while my husband watched and then to me and my husbnads shock one of the men raped him before they left. all together the invasion was about 20 minutes but felt like a lifetime. Anyway its really messed him and i up. he pretends that nothing is wrong...especially in front of other people. We called the police and everything and the men were caught. But my husband now takes his anger out on me when we are alone. I didn't have sex with him for months after the rape because i was afraid and kept having flashbacks. 2 weeks ago he was very forceful and told me "he was still a man" and forced me to have sex. it really hurt physically and mentally. he cried after and so did i. What can we do to make things work. he refuses to seek help. I'm tired of the physical and sexual abuse but i cant blame him for any of his actions. after all he has been through how can i be angry with him. I realize that he is still a man and i don't understand why he is taking all his aggression out on me.

I'm 20, in college. My best friend at school is this guy, we have always had this kind of flirty ambiguous friendship. above friends but below friends with benefits? flirting, close physical contact that *rarely* edges towards sexual, but it has happened. Unfortunately I'm head over heels for him and he.... keeps backing off every time we get too close. he locks up and conveniently "forgets" whatever has happened. It breaks my heart every time and I cant deal with it anymore. His friendship is really important to me, but how do i take the time to sort out my feelings and still preserve that friendship, even though I know there will have to be different boundaries in the future. I'm from a pretty small town so I never dated much in high school, and its made "just going out and meeting other people" pretty much impossible.

So here's the scoop(: I have this story called "Teach Me How To Love" on fanfiction and it's been my 2 year project . I've worked on it for a really long time , I'm 13 now and I started it when I was like 11 (so the first few chapters were written when I was younger and they aren't as good) but I've been told it's a pretty good story . It's not all the great to me , but if you read the reviews -it's apparently good :D I have about 330 reviews or something around that number and 27 chapters . That length of story normally has much more reviews -but considering I'm not a great writer , I guess that's why . What I want though , is for someone on DeviantArt to please draw me a scene from my story ! It would be the greatest honour and would make me so happy ! That way , my story could earn some more popularity points(: This will probably not be answered , but I'm just hoping for the best . Ok. So, about a year ago, I had oral surgery to remove two baby teeth that wouldn't come out on their own. One of them grew in just fine after 2 or 3 months. The other one, on the other hand, started to grow, but never completely grew all the way in. You can feel the edge of th tooth, but it's very small and almost unnoticeable. I remember the oral surgeon saying that if the teeth didn't grow in, they'd have to use a "chain" to gradually pull the teeth down. Does anyone have any experience on this matter? What will the chain look like? Will it be noticeable? How long will I have to have it on for? Will it be painful? I'm going to the dentist tomorrow, but I'm quite nervous about it, so I was wondering if I could have some background info to ease my nerves. Thanks. :)

So I'm in my early 20's and have been single for a while. I just recently got into a long distance relationship (3 hrs) a coulple weeks ago and I am kinda used to being alone and I have trust issues. I really like this guy and he treats me good and I know he really likes me to. But I'm not sure if he's "the one".. even tho it's only been a couple weeks. I have a tendancy to over think situations like this and second guess everything. I just don't want to get in too deep before I have to hurt him... if I do. So I was just lookin for some advice on if I should wait it out and see where it goes or just nip it in the bud while I'm having doubts now.

The question that I asked may sound very hypocritical, because I'm about to judge religion anyways, but I don't believe or disbelieve in any type of religion. I find it fascinating that people would put such blind faith into something so unrealistic just to certify their belief that there is a world after death. Many people that judge you for being an atheist, Buddhist, Christian, Agnostic, Baptist, Presbyterian, Catholic, or any other religion always assume that what they believe is right and what you believe is totally wrong, so out of the question. But half of them don't really have any idea what they are actually talking about. Now bear with me here, half of many Christians(just making them an example, not targeting them specifically) were raised to believe in God. If you were raised, let's say an Atheist, there is a huge percent chance that you would still be an Atheist in your adulthood. Just like in today's society, we were taught to believe that the Holocaust was very wrong (which ofcourse, I believe as well) but why? If they hadn't had taught us about it, we probably wouldn't even think about it. Same thing with African-Americans, they were treated horribly, but in those days, most people really didn't think about how wrong it was, because they weren't taught differently. So, why in the world are so many people judgmental about religion? And just know, I'm not targeting any one religion, I've studied religion, and I find it very interesting. So don't start being mean on answering, I'm just asking a question. State your opinion.

I really need a way to improve my bench about 30 pounds quickly! i have football on monday and im only benching about 130 since i hurt my shoulder. So right now I have a 5 gallon tank with a betta, african dwarf frog, and some kind of shrimp. I am moving to college this weekend (1.5 hrs away) where I am going to set up a 10 gallon tank. I want to get some neon tetras but was wondering how I should go about doing this? I'm going to be adding most of the water from my 5 gallon so it has the right bacteria and everything, but does it still need to be cycled before I add the neons? Can I just add them right away or should I wait a month? Under normal circumstances I would have waited but the fish store is having a 50% off sale that ends this weekend and I don't have a lot of money... Buying the fish now would be really great :D Unless this is going to kill them... what do you think?

a person I know died in a car accident, and the autopsy revealed that they had Advanced Bladder Cancer. They had a tumor in their bladder the size of a tennis ball. The autopsy also revealed that their arteries were clogged anywhere from 50 to 90% clogged. Just very curious because this person would not have gone to a doctor anyway even if they didn't die. I've always thought that ancient names had a sophisticated touch to them... I don't have any children but I was wondering if you would ever consider naming your boy or girl after a god/goddess. Hera/Juno, Zeus, Poseidon, Demeter/Ceres, Rhea, Hestia, Hades, Chiron, Ares, Apollo, Artemis, Hebe, Athena/Minerva, Aphrodite... Or other famous deities in mythology, like Circe, Thalia, Calliope, Nike, etc. This is just for fun, and curious about what you all have to say. Some are quite nice, like Luna, Diana, Selene, etc.

I'm a decent student whos midway through college and am starting to look towards law school. I've heard the market is terrible for lawyers and was wondering if there were any truths to that tale.I dont expect a six digit salary but I want to be sure that all this schooling pays off. Is my becoming a lawyer a good career choice? Or will I just waste my time on nothing? My greatest fear is that I will not find work and be, I dont know, homeless or something...
