I went to the dr today for lower back pain it is not a sudden thing or a strain or anything and she wants me to do physical therapy but my insurance wont cover it and she prescribed me methocarbamol 500mg once three time a day I tried taking just one and nothing so an hour later I took another and still nothing I am in so much pain in my lower back and hips it is killing me and I had to ask her to even prescribe me just the methocarbamol I didn't specifically ask for it I just ask for something for the pain what can I do to let her know it is not helping at all without looking like a Pill Junkie Because that is the last thing I want but she also prescribed me zoloft for anxiety attacks and The First Side Effect Is ANXIETY so I am kinda scared to take it some one please advise me to the best of ur knowledge of what I should do so that she understands the pain I am in she is taking it as I just have weak muscles and that is not true by all means I exercise call the time and carry around my 28 lbs son all day long and i cant keep doing it with this pain I NEED HELP

I wanted to charge my ipod touch 4g today and it made me restore my ipod. I figured out how to get my music and apps back but the pictures and videos that weren't synced to my computer are gone from my ipod now. Those were super important and now they are lost. Is there anything I can do to recover those lost pictures and videos? Is it possible to restore my ipod to an earlier date like you can do with a computer? Please and thank you! P.S. I have an apple computer so if you want me to download a program or something please make sure that it is mac compatible. thanks once again!

I am looking to get my teeth straightened and have looked at regular wire braces and Invisalign. I found that the wire braces could have clear brackets but that a metal silver-color wire would still be needed. Then I did some research and read about Clarity Braces and White Arch wire. It was not enough information. Are the Clarity Braces and white arch wire a pair? Or could clear brackets be paired with the white arch wire? Are specially trained orthodontists required to install either or both, like Invisalign style?

I live in Indiana and the father of my 13 month old hasn't established paternity, we do not have a custody agreement, he isn't on the birth certificate, i'm the primary care giver, and my daughter has my last name. I thought some of the northern states made it illegal to buy slave products, as part of the effort to eradicate slavery around the time of the civil war. (Or so said the school books anyway.) But today it is perfectly legal for products made by human trafficking victims, and indentured kids in third world countries, and other slaves, to be sold all over the place. Just look for a walmart, target, old navy, etc.. Why do the anti-slave product laws not apply today?

My parents who are both in the medical field told me I exhibit nearly all the symptoms of adult ADHD. I just switched out of nursing to another major, and I still live at home which makes me more depressed than I wish it did. I don't know if I should listen to them and I don't want to be labeled as handicapped. Do you think they are just upset I switched out of a medical profession? If I am supposedly ADHD how will that affect me?

& summer. the balls r like the tufts at the ends of yarn for hats and sweaters. they r soft and somewhat fragrant. the r small tuft balls maybe an inch across. also this tree is somewhat fragrant and can be smelled alot when i water it. very tall higher than my two story home. bark that is cracked and comes off in places. bark is medium in color, underneath is pale. i live in Bell county east central texas. any ideas? p.s. the doves have claimed these trees if that helps. umm i think the leaves are like maple type in shape (dont know leaf categories) except very shallow v's around the edges. and thin. except for where it sprouted out of the bottom of the tree and down there the leaf sizes range Alot! also the color of these leaves is not a very dark green. more a bright green. i think a little lighter than my grass color.

I was at hockey practice this one time after a long hard day at school, and I was just lettin loose during the whole practice . . in other words, I was not thinking (sounds weird, but it's like there were no thoughts going through my head), I didn't think twice before doing anything on the ice ie. I was riflin bottles off the net, ripin posts, throwin sauce like mad, danglin my teammates, lol, 6 v 1, couldn't touch the puck I was danglin so fast :D Near the end of the practice, I started feeling like I was seeing through someone elses eyes. Let me explain. I got to this stage that I started thinking and talking to myself inside my head, but I couldn't stop doing what I was doing on the ice, like my body had a mind of its own . . which was amazing, I never realized how skilled I was .. I felt really light headed, so i asked my trainer what was happening, he told me it was WINNERS MIND. What is that? How do you stimulate it? I'm at this really good camp right now, I'm puttin up a bit of a show, but I still think I have a lot more to bring to the ice, and I really want to feel good before my game tmrw so I can really showcase myself. thanks.
