It's confusing because the Social Security website lists Vietnam as one of about 14 countries that it "cannot send benefits to". Does this mean you're not allowed to live there? Or does it simply mean they can't mail a check to you there for some technical reason? Can you have your benefits direct deposited to an account in another country and then access your money with an ATM card in Vietnam? Or would this be illegal?

Whenever I ask my cat if it loves me, it just ignores me. I accidentally kicked it a few days ago, so do you think it is mad about that? Or maybe its still mad about the time that I mistook it for the dog and put it in the oven for Thanksgiving? What are your thoughts?

I don't know what's going on with my cat! :( i got her when she was about 2 months old, she's currently 6 months, she hasnt had her shots because a friend just gave her to us after and we dont have the money. she seems fine mostly, but lately she;s been scaring me with these spazz out moments. she's fine then next thing i know shes like falling off the counter biting like hell at her leg or something, i dont think its a seizure, she snaps out of it when i pick her up and wiggle her a bit. and shes fine, but she has them atleast once or twice a day.. i just worry cause she loses clumps of hair sometimes from biting so hard.. she still eats and drinks just fine. and i recently put flea stuff (seargants for cats and kittens) because i thought it might be fleas but she just did that again...im at a loss...what are these? please help. thanks

He usually is afraid of noises, but I tried placing a tin can with coins on the window ledge and jingle bells in the window and he pushed them over. Last week, while I slept, he pushed the bottom of the screen out and made a flap through the frame and the screen. Any other advice or thoughts? Please help!

I had a fun weekend. I have friends to hangout with. I smoke weed,drink but at least one of those a week. last time I was drunk I was crying my eyes out and I don't remember. I've been very emotional lately.all I want to do is cry and I'm extremly upset.I'm getting soo frustrated and angry now. I have anxiety and depression but it's seemend to increase by 10 times more now. theres a manga that i was reading a while back and i was wondering if anyone knew the name of it. the only things i really remember about it is its about a young man who and pilot or drive any type of vehichle. if anyone has a guess that'd be great! cars, boats, planes i dont think there is any robots ands it a manga not anime (there is no anime vrsion at least i dont think there is... also the main character is a genious at operating vehichles i know in one chapter he's underground in like sewers or something on waterskii's chasing robbers and in another hes at some sort of dig site or constructionsite please HELP!?!

For me, I say Yes. Because in 2006 in my high school, I have a very bad luck myself for the whole 12 months (1 year). So in June 2006, I started to figure out myself why I have so much bad luck. Then I try to recall back in January 2006 what happen. And then, I notice something in January 2006 that I think because of I sneeze inside the toilet that time in 01st January 2006. Because that time I really did sneeze inside the toilet. So, for my opinion, that's where the bad luck started place. So... what do you think? Is it really true that sneezing is also part of our bad luck or might be something else?

this game is so damn bugged its deterring me from enjoying the gameplay itself. Mainly manager mode. Player transfers have about 5 diff. problems, sometimes it won't give me a reason why the offer wasn't accepted, sometimes an offer will be successful when i sim a game to see if the offer works and when i re-load, give the same offer, and play the game, he won't accept. This happens numerous times. Also the assists are not counted at all on the stat sheets, and all games are played at night. I plugged my Xbox into the internet, as I do not usually play xbox live, and i downloaded updates for the xbox and the game, and the fifa patch barely changed anything, except now it is possible to transfer players when before the download it was downright impossible. What can be done to change any of this?

He texted me today asking what type of ring I found interesting at Zales. He was there. We had looked last weekend at all the jewelry in the cases, not just rings. If a guy was going to propose or buy you a ring of that nature, would he actually tell you or ask your preference. He also asked me had I sold all my previous sapphire rings? I used to wear a bunch of them, like 3 and sold them all when I divorced (I was married before) I figured he would buy some earrings or something, but asking me had I sold all of my sapphire rings? I have been wearing loose ponytails (don't pull my forehead skin) for as long as I can remember and about a year or so ago I started noticing my hair is starting to thin right about where my hair band goes and all the way down to the bottom. I have my normaly thick hair for about 8 inches or so before it begins to thin. If I stop wearing ponytails, is it possible to reverse this thinning from the bottom?

Hello, When my heart rate gets high my blood pressure drops and I feel faint. My doctor says that it's my heart and brain getting mixed up, and that there is no cure for it, but I could grow out of it.
