Posted: 23 Jun 2011 09:44 PM PDT im 13, when i was 11 i dislocated me knee a couple moths later after i was told it was heeled it happened again an ddt just kept happening again finally got surgeryey when i was 12 the surgeryey was soposese to be Graniteie but of corse it happens again now almost 2 years later from being on cruches and in wheelchairs sitting around not doing nothing i gained a ton of weight right now i am 5'7 and 222lbs ;[ when i was 11 i was 5'2 and 130lbs i was never stick skinny but now i feel horrible its almost 100lbs more then i was, thats 50 pounds a year ;[ please i need some real advice..my family cant afford for personal trainers on mebership to the gym but i can do things at home like riding my bike wich has been what i been doing also my knee is still no heeled i may need surgrey again but my doctor did tell me if i loose weight it would take stress of my knee and could help it heel so once again please help i really need to loose this weight.  |

He is now 22 and I am 20. We broke up about 2 weeks ago because he told me that 2 months prior he had cheated on me with some girl at work (they kissed). I was devastated and like a fool didn't want to leave him. Reluctantly I gave up and left him alone finally. We have been through so much and thought we were so happy, I basically lived with him and his family, I even went on vacation with them and was there for him when he went through some tough times being in the military for a short while until he was discharged for certain "issues". I thought we were completely and utterly happy until he dropped this bombshell on me and although I am coping it's still hard. I have however been talking to an old guy friend and we have been hanging out lately, I made the mistake of having sex with him twice, I know I did it because I am lonely and it was wrong. But, I just recently found out that my ex is now talking to a 17 year old girl who is one of his brother's friends. They almost seem like a couple already, I texted him about it one day out of rage and he told me, "It's called moving on." I know he's a "free" man but after literally 4 years of being with me how could he move on that quickly? Is this just a rebound for him? Do you think he'll end up calling me and wanting me back in the future? Should I even consider getting back with him if this were to happen? I am so confused, please help, thank you :)  |

So the next day another worker came over and he had a son, who was 16 until the last day we were there then he turned 17 I should probably mention I'm 15 turning 16 soon. He's the sweetest guy ever and he stayed two houses down from us. My friend and I would kinda just hang out by the lake until he was done working then he'd come over and give us a jet ski ride every day. He'd always flirt with me and wrap my arms tight around him when we were driving and he'd come over and hang out with us and pay special attention to me such as pick me up and throw me in the water orrr flipping me off my intertube in the water haha and he seemed to stare at me a lot. But the thing is he's from a different state from I am, and he has a girlfriend. Now he never mentioned her and continues to flirt with me through text since I got home, we text all the time and I wouldn't of known about his girlfriend until I saw it on his facebook page when I got home, I think they've been together for 5 months. He compliments me and says he'll come get me and take me down to the lake. But other times he'll act annoyed with me or something :/ I don't even know.. He always tries to talk to me all the time and flirt. Anyways I'm just really confused by all of the mixed signals he's sending me and I don't want to get between him and his girlfriend... but I really like him. And it seems to me like he might like me a lil' bit. But I really wanted someone else's opinion. Sorry that this is so long haha.  |

Posted: 23 Jun 2011 09:43 PM PDT i want to gain muscle, i'm 15, 117 pounds and 5'9 and i want to build muscle instead of splurging on fatty foods. which doesnt work for me. so i started working out by lifting weights (oddly, my right arm is more muscular than my left arm but i have been doing the same amount of reps for each arm, and i'm right handed) and i've been doing squats and running on a treadmill. i want to gain muscle in all of the areas in my body, but i also want to become faster, but from what i've seen, muscle doesnt always mean speed. so i want to have muscle, but is it possible to have so much that it slows your body's top speed? thanks for your answers in advance.  |

I wasn't lucky enough to join the military due to medical problems so I have no idea what's on them. My brother and father both had them but I never got a chance to see them, and they're dead now (old age) Do both tags have the same information and what information is printed on them? I have seen with my naked eyes black women who were more beautiful than beauty itself, yet I condemned myself and conformed to my so called White Society. I did not want to seem like the odd one out trust me....so i did the normal thing and acted out ..I used stereotypes and said something s to my friends that would hurt black women with hearing empowerment. I did this because stereotypes like Mammy keep me from doing something that could potentially hurt my reputation. I was afraid to be individualistic! The thing is I had really liked them and the race barrier and stereotype is not making me safe at all, it is just hindering me from being my true self. Posted: 23 Jun 2011 09:43 PM PDT His name is Tanner and unless I find another good loving home for him by monday, he's going to be put to sleep. He was a rescue dog and was abused and not socialized when he was young. He's an 11 month old Anatolian shepherd. He is fear aggressive and very protective of me, im his gal! Long story short, he ended up biting someone (not bad, the guy only needed two stitches) and now, unless I find a home for him by monday, he has to be put down. Please, I love him so much. no rescue group or sanctuary is taking him because it was an unprovoked bite. He let go right when he bit though and sat down. he's not a mean or vicious dog, he's young and scared. Since i got him 4 months ago, he has come leaps and bounds and has made tramendous progress in his basic trainging and on his fear problems. Please, help him! He is now declared a potentialy dangerous dog, so there is a registration fee that I WILL PAY if someone can take him. My landlord wont let me have him at my home and I don't have the time for him. I live in county but I work in the city and I would have to pay reistration fees for both. I can't keep him although I would love too, I've tried dogtown, cesar, and about 100 other places. No one is taking him. PLEASE HELP! I live in WA on the olympic peninsula but I would be willing to partialy reimburse someone if they live out of town or state.  |

Is it safe to use another moisturizer other then the greentea moisturizer, which is sold separetly? It comes with a little sample bottle of the greentea moisturizer and I've been using that to prevent my skin from drying out, but the bottle is almost out. I have this clean and clear daily moisturizer with sylic acid in it though.  |
