For some time now I have been using what I am discovering to be an unsuccessful strategy for dealing with emotional discomfort. For example: Let's say I have done something that caused me to feel shame or embarrassment (event X) I will think about event X and in an attempt console myself I will tell myself something positive. I have begun to notice that this strategy is having the opposite to the desired effect. Rather that the negative feelings in event X being neutralised, they are being attached to the positive thoughts and events. Subsequently, when I think about the positive events separately, I feel shame, embarrassment and other negative feelings. One problem is that I have notice a that if i do have a negative event happen, I can't help but jump to this counter productive strategy. I need to break the thought cycle AND the deal with the negative feelings. This is a rather simplified explanation of what I am trying to convey, I hope it is clear enough to understand. So what I need to know is, what can I do to break this cycle and stop experiencing so many negative thoughts and feelings?

I'm using a BB Pearl 9100 with OS 6. I enrolled for vodafone 299 plan where I'm allowed to setup up to 10 emails. Prior to using BB, I setup filters in my emails for specific mails to go directly to particular folders created by me. I've no problem receiving emails that are in Inbox. But, I do not receive the emails that are filtered to the folders. This happens for my Hotmail & Yahoo! accounts (I've no filters in Gmail yet). Is there a way to receive those filtered emails in my BB (without having to remove the filters in the email accounts)?

Ok this might sound crazy, but u can hear voices coming from my xbox. (not an xbox live) Its loud humming noise and u can clearly hear voices coming from the speakers. It does this constantly whether or not theres a game in, but stops when u push play.

I upgraded my system everything except my gpu i.e hd 4650 and I upgraded everything ram, motherboard, processor i.e core i3 when I played game artifacts came game crashed and box like lines were appearing around the objects while their movement in the game incase I uploaded a picture. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/854/capturenvn.png/ Incase I replaced hd 4650 with my new hd 5570 and problem didn't resolved so I ran simple MemTest and got more than 50 error in my both ram sticks and yes my asus p7h55-m lx supports kingston qimonda and i use kingston harvest, can this cause problem and can system memory cause problem in graphics like you seen the lines around the chest of the players in the above uploaded pictuyre these line continuesly performs movement previously everything was fine but when i upgraded my system everything went bad so now it is clear that my graphics card is good only my system memory is bad so are you sure that it is bad system memory and yes MemTest shows error in both of my ram sticks. About 6 months ago I pulled my shoulder really quickly.this caused pain instantly.over the past 6 months the pain has come and gone.but this past month the pain has got really bad! To the stage where I'm in agony at times.the pain feels like my collar bone is wanting to break.and pain under my arm and up my neck.I cannot lift the arm above my head.I went to the doctors who said ligament tear and sent me for a xray.the xray came back fine so now I'm being sent for a scan on my shoulder.3 doctors have told me it will be a tear.I have to wait until tuesday for the scan but I'm finding it really difficult.also I work with ppl with challenging behaviour and am on my probation at work so if I'm sick I owe them money! I'm really fed up with this now! I don't know if I should be working with the injury or not?

I don't have friends and the ones I did have are all on drugs, dead, or in jail . I certainly don't have a girl friend (I pretty sure girls don't like me which bums me out completely) I not a bad person I've just led a tough life and now I'm pretty sure I'm going it a bad place my life not only that I'm on my last leg. I don't even know why I wrote this its not for attention. I feel as though I've kept this anger in me repressed since I young and it's build up greatly over the years. through fights I could take out my anger of life on the world but fighting isn't acceptable in public society unless your a ufc fighter of something which I'm not ( probably could have been if I was in the shape I was in when I was 17) anyways any suggestions

Usually at night my feet will tend to itch like crazy, feeling like they're on fire. There's no rash and it seems to otch most on ball of feet along with sole and between toes. My right foot's heel also seemed to be more elevated than my left and it hurt to walk ob as if i pinched a nerve. Its hard to sleep at night with the itch and burn, and im uncertain as to what this might be? my hands woyld also itch but not as bad as my feet. I also have a skin rash that comes and goes. This has been happening for 3 days, going on 4 as of right now. Thanks for your time, hope this all goes away soon!!:(
