. At the beginning of the year, I liked my best friend. My best friend who is: super shy, super quiet, overprotected, scared to date, and only allowed to date once shes 16. Her birthday is coming up, so that's not an issue.  Anyway she knew I liked her in the beginning of the year. She was ok with it, it didn't harm our friendship. Although she thought I had terrible taste in girls. Then I liked other people.  But, now the feelings have returned. I have some competition. She's that attractive nerdy girl that all the guys like. Right now 2 guys like her. (As far as I know) But, I know she won't date them. They're too immature and too innapropriate towards her.  She likes this kid. However, he hardly notices her and she doesn't like him that much anyway. (She's never had a true crush on someone yet. She never even hugs guys she likes.) We're pretty close, she comes to me for advice, comfort, everything. She doesn't know my feelings have returned.  Should I try to force myself to get over her? Like I said, she's scared to date. She's such a sweetheart though. I'm always gentle around her and always censor my language. (Quite difficult to be honest) She trusts me a lot and I KNOW I would treat her right. Is there a chance she could fall for me? And maybe already does, which is doubtful. What do I do?

I have been great friends with this guy for about 5 years now. About a year and a half ago we hooked up, grew apart, and then became closer than we ever had been. I recently found out about family troubles he's been secretly dealing with for the past 10 years and it really explains why he's been so emotionally unavailable making him unwilling to have a relationship with anybody, including me. There has always been strong chemistry between us and I have always felt that he was the one I was going to end up with. He recently informed me that because of these family troubles, he will be moving really soon. Far away. I've felt devastated since he told me. The other night he came over to see me one last time and we ended up hooking up. It was perfect and amazing. I just wish he would let his wall down and not be afraid to let someone in. I would never hurt him and would do absolutely anything for him, but I guess our time has run out. What do you think I should do? And what do you think his feelings through all this are?

Hey guys, I'm in New York for a little bit tomorrow, and I'm planning to head down to the NHL store they have there. I was what jersey I should pick up while on the way there. I have my choices as, with players name, TO-Kessel, NYR-Richards, Callahan, Gaborik, NJ-Parise, Kovalchuk, PIT-Malkin, WSH-Backstrom, Greene. My favorite teams are the Leafs, Rangers and Jets, but I could go with another jersey. I'm lookin to wear the jersey during pick up games and practices and regular use. I'm leaning towards the Rangers jersey but I don't know if it would look good with black hockey pants. Thanks guys, and let me know if you have any other recommendations. PS: Philly, Bruins, MTL are a big time no :P, and please don't list western teams other than the Flames or Jets BQ; favorite hockey related item?

I'm Sarah, I'm going to be a Junior in High School this coming year. I've played on the JV tennis team my freshman and sophomore year. I really want to make varsity as a Junior. I'm 5'9 and 180 (mostly muscle mass from working out). I'm getting back into better shape. I can keep up with conditioning and everything, I was hoping you could give me some tips on impressing the coach.. prefferably if you play a sport, tennis would be awesome! thanks

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and I am worried about how my 2 and half year old fur baby is going to react. Yelling, crying, or fighting really stresses my dog out. My sister recently had a baby in Jan. and when he would cry my dog would go hide and not come out for hours. He really loved him until he started crying a lot. He is still good with the baby but is more weary and not so eager to let him cuddle and touch him anymore. I know it's the crying that made him more cautious. Is there anyway to ease or train my dog to not get so stressed out by those types of things. My worst fear is that he ends up completely getting fed up with the whole baby deal all together and won't be able to be around them, which would probably result in placing him in a new home:( I would never want to put my pooch in a stressful situation or put my child at risk of any sort of danger.

For some reason, in the last two days, my computer refuses to open livejournal.com. No matter how I try to get to it, it says Problem Loading Page. My connection is fine. I can get on EVERY other website. I was just ON that site a couple nights ago, even. But restarting Firefox does nothing. Restarting my entire computer does nothing. I even tried switching users on my computer. Attempted on IE instead of FF. What can I do?? I haven't been able to find a single option on my computer that even says why it's being "blocked" (if you want to call it that). Please help!!!!

My periods are very heavy. I get leaks on the bed overnight when I even wear 2 pads, sometimes if I forget to change the pad then it will leave a bloody mark where I was sitting. I don't get any cramps but my periods are very heavy, they're at their worst for the first 3 days and they last around 5-6 days every month. I'm diabetic type 1, and I also have hypothyroidism so I have blood tests and see my doctor every few months. Everything else is normal except I'm borderline anemic and no matter what I do, my periods just won't change! It's a nightmare! I'm 17 and it's been the same since my second period (I was 13). I'm a healthy weight. Not sexually active, but it might be a good thing to be on anyway for when my first time comes?

ill give u the short version. we were married young,, i got a divorce from him two weeks ago, but in the midst of that marriage came our little girl who is now 1 1/2. he doesnt have a job and im not sure if hes looking for one. the last job he had (which was paying him very well) he got fired from for sexual misconduct, to which he blames the company heads for "watching him because he was so liked around the office". smh. anyway, as of late, thigns have been pretty hard for me financially, and overwhelming, so much so that i tried to call him to let him know that i need him to contribute to our daughter somehow because im not cutting it alone (i have public assistance which got screwed up, im towards the end of an unpaid internship, and im just having a hard time finding money to take public transportation to get to work) he doesnt answer his phone. i texted him two days ago saying that we need to talk, he hasnt responded. im so fed up and sad. what should i say to him? he has court order child support from both the marriage and pub assistance, both of which he doesnt pay.

I'm just curious because my mom is super tense whenever I drive. I'm a good driver, she just gets so crazy, and I can't speed like one km over the limit. So I have an older mom, she's 52 and I'm 14. I try my best at everything and I get all A's in school. Sometimes I fall back on my chores because I'll come home from something and be really tired and wanna rest. So right now she's mad because I bought a $90 pair of shoes. So she cussed me out last night, like calling me a s***a** teenager and like a bunch of stuff like that, and how I ruined my parents marriage. I try to defend myself (I don't cuss, I'll just say stop it) then she screams at me to stop yelling. So she dragged me to the movies with me and my brother and when we pulled up to the theatre I was just sitting there saying nothing. Then she said like "you can't ever be pleasant" and I said "I'm not even doing anything" then she told me she hated me. So I just broke out crying. We went into the movie theatre and I tried to hold in my tears but when we got into the movie I just ran in and sat by myself and cried (quietly). She made me come sit with her and kept trying to say sorry and everything. But I don't respond. We got back home and a few hours later she called me to her room and started saying sorry. But that eventually turned into chewing me out. So I just left. She makes me feel terrible about myself and I try to avoid her but she just doesn't stop. How can I make her STOP?

I am a girl and I have this best guy friend that I have known since I was little. Recently, we shared a kiss together, but it was only because he wouldn't tell me how many girls he had kissed, and would only tell me if I kissed him so I did. We tell each other that we love each other on a daily basis at least once, and have talked on the phone for hours at night. We also are comfortable enough to cry in front of each other. When I broke up with my boyfriend, he rode his bike to a park to be with me and held me while I cried. So this sounds like a cheesy romance movie plot, but it's true. And I realized that I have feelings for him, but I have a boyfriend (who happens to be the same one I broke up with and my guy friend was there for me). What do I do!?! I recently had my female monarch marry the Physician Hero. When asked, I chose the castle as my home. However, the physician still stays at his clinic. I bought a surgical and crafting table, yet the physician is still at the clinic. We just WooHoo'd at his house.....will he come home ever? I already have a double bed as well. Its a Gemeinhardt 2SP L43032. Very good condition, the only thing I don't have for it is the cleaning cloth. It is older though, I got it about 7 or 8 years ago. Thank you for the help!
