Could a high Progressive Income Tax make Rich people poor or make all incomes equal why or why not ? once you're passed 100%, it's not really just an income tax but also a savings tax. the additional money can't come from income if it is greater than 100% of your income. it has to come from stored up wealth of the person you're taxing them on. PS - look up what 'marginal tax rate' means. it isn't the same as 'income tax rate'. At 6 weeks pregnant I went to the ER for severe right abdominal pain. Found out I had an ectopic pregnancy and left ovarian cyst that was leaking in to my cul-de-sac. Was told to go to my OB the next day. Went and was given Methotrexate shots and a Rhogam shot (Im RH-). I was told I would more likely bleed more than a normal period because my lining was pretty thick at the time the shots were administered (which for me is generally light and lasts only 4 days). So, I got the shots Friday morning. Started spotting brown Sunday. Starting bleeding red early Monday morning around 2AM. Since, I have been bleeding fairly heavy. Not enough to soak through a pad per hour or any thing, but what I figure is a normal womans heavier cycle. Then today, I had some sharp lower abdominal pains off and on and at one point passed 2 large globs of tissue type mass. It looked like bloody patches of skin about 1" wide and 4-6" long, in strips. There were two of them. I bleed fairly heavy just afterward, a red sludgy goo and since have been back to a bright red period. They took more blood this AM and checked my BETAs but I wont have those results until a couple of days. I go back Friday of this week. Im just curious what the strips of tissue could be (endometrial lining?) and if thats normal after the methotrexate shots and dissolving an ectopic pregnancy? Also, how much blood is expected with this? Im not overly concerned yet but I have still be cramping and I am bleeding heavier than I normally do (again, my periods are light and this is medium-heavy). I just want to make sure Im not having issues. They checked my iron this AM and it was fine, but that was before the tissue passed and I began to bleed heavier. Thanks!

On my rooted xperia x10 running stock ginger bread a widget won't delete. It was a youtube widget and I dragged it into the trash. However where the widget was, I can't put anything. I touch that area and after a sudden period of time it opens up widgets but you can't put any there. So basically there is something there but it won't let me delete it and takes up space

I am 13, going into 8th grade. I am a bit of a late bloomer (no period yet) but I have definitely started getting boobs I have never owned a bra, not even a training bra Last year at school, I was teased a lot I am going to a different school this year, but I still don't have a bra. Every time I ask my mom she says either: - i dont need it - we dont have the money (which is kinda true because we are always broke) - i am being silly - maybe some other time - i am trying to grow up too fast But, I really do need one, because even when I wear an undershirt it looks pointy. I want to buy one myself but i have 2 questions 1. Where can i get a bra for under $8? (that's all i have) 2. How can I ask my older brother to drive me to the store without telling him why? (I dont have any friends i can go with because we just moved) 3. How can I hide it from my mom? Because if she finds it she will probably throw it away (she did that when I got some makeup) Please dont tell me to reason with my mom because that wont work! My uncle touches his daughters (Aka my cousins). One is 9 and the other Is like 5 or 6. When they were younger, my uncle had been doing things with them. Okay so I'm gay. And I've always had a sexual liking for nerdy men (I'm 19..btw.) the nerdier these skinny nerdy men look or are (especially if they're the full-on stereotypical nerd; glasses, skinny, awkward, khaki pants, etc) the more I love them. I've always been particularly fond of their legs, like all other guy legs turn me off but not a nerd's legs and one time when I saw this 20-something year old nerd sitting cross legged I just threw myself at him and pried his legs open and forced my face deep into his crotch between his legs, and it freaked him out and he walked away.. I keep getting these fantasies like I'm tied up in a bed, and this nerdy guy sits on top of me and strangles me to death with his thighs constricting my neck until my eyes pop out and so tightly that blood leaks out of my mouth and it is as painful and prolonged as possible, or another fantasy where I pick on a nerd and he gets his revenge and pins me down and kills me with a scissor choke so I can't breathe and I am struggling completely helpless for 5 minutes until every ounce of air has left my lungs and I ultimately die. Everytime I even see a nerd I imagine him doing that to me, especially if he's sitting with his legs crossed. I'm also depressed so maybe that has something to do with it.. I've even tried picking on nerds to raise the chances of it happening but they don't do anything aside from running off or calling me a jerk. I've never really liked the way my hair looks up, but I feel like it would be so much easier to just throw it in a ponytail and go like everyone else. hi i am in to car in a big way muscle cars hot rods. i like to go drag racing mostly illegally and at the drag strip. my bother in in to road racing and has got me in to it. he go's all over Tennessee, Central wisconsin Colorado, Oregon,Washington, and even Alaska. he races in in events all over. i want to get in to it my self as he let me try it out and it was a blast. i what is the best car for this i want to stick with a rear wheel drive car i would like to stay with a V8 i was thinking of a late 80's to a mid 90's mustang or camaro. i also need to stick with a automatic trans i can no longer push a clutch do to a work accident left my left leg almost useless.

I have a strictly indoor cat. He doesn't like to be brushed, won't eat food that has added liquids (tuna juices or the suggested olive oil), and won't let me bathe him. I'm rather poor so he gets cheaper cat food (special kitty indoor formula )but still has a beautiful shiny coat. I do give him a few kitty treats with his food. He won't eat canned cat food, fish, or any other meats. He does like fruits and veggies (and dried flowers) though. What is a good but reasonably priced food I can give him?

Please note we've been giving him the same kind of food for months and we have never had a problem. It is now 10:06 pm. Starting at about 3am this morning everything hes been eating, dry food or wet food, about an hour or so later comes back up practically in full chunks and barely digested. Otherwise he's acting perfectly fine. He's running around like normal and playing around and jumping on everything, but no food is staying down. I've taken away his food for the rest of the night nd left water so he stays hydrated but I don't know what to do and I don't get paid until next week so I can't afford a vet visit until at least then.. someone help?? The cat's also not even a year old for age ideas.

I downloaded GOW2 on a torrent site and have an external harddrive that I use to hold all my media. I can plug it in to my xbox and play music and movies etc. just fine. I configured a section of the hard drive for the xbox so that i have enough space to move the game over. The file type that it downloaded as, is R00 File (.r00). all the files transferred onto the hard drive when the xbox configured te given space all are named Data0001 all the way through Data0011 (each just over 1 gig in size). I have several programs downloaded for this type of transfer as I have done similar transfers before but they were only online demos or trials. If i could have detailed instruction or a url to a site with detailed instruction, it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Okay well i kinda really like my guy friend. Were just friends never dated before... I've known him for about 2 and a half years now, i've liked him like literally for about 2 years. And like after a week i started liking him, i told him that i did, and he said he also liked me a lot too. But just recently, like about a month ago i guess, he told me to find someone else to love? & that he doesn't like me like that anymore. It really hurt me :( I guess i thought i could just move on. But i can't I don't know why. I keep bugging him, telling him how much i care about him, he just does not care. & yesterday night i asked him, if he ever did like me ? Like before, not right now. (Cause i kinda had a feeling that he never did like me, he just lied, so i wanted to make sure) He said yes, So he did like me before but not now. I asked him what did i do to make him not like me anymore? He didn't reply, So i just left. today before i got off, i message him asking if maybe he wants to tell me today, why doesn't he like me anymore? and i told him, i'm not going to be talking to him anymore, so it really doesn't matter if he thinks it's to cruel or something to tell me, because i'm done with him. He still didn't wanna tell me why. So i just said, i think i know why. (I think it's because i talk to much and that i'm annoying to him) He does tell me i'm annoying sometimes, so i just leave him alone for like hours, and then try to talk to him, and he still doesn't wanna talk. I don't get how im SO annoying, when i barley talk to him anymore? I try to give him space, and leave him alone for hours, but that doesn't seem to work. I know most girls would of just left already, but i just can't i don't know why :( i feel pathetic. I just really want him to tell me why, he's mean to me, and how come he stoped like me, That's kind of all i want to know, but like i said he doesn't want to tell me why( he won't even tell me why he's so rude to me... i dropped my iPhone 3GS in the toilet this weekend on accident. I snatched it out it in 2 seconds but it has a minor problem (or 2). It randomly turns off every once in a while. At first, it was every couple of minutes but it has gotten better somehow and now its every few hours. Also, it seems that not all my texts are sent. This has only happened twice. I told the guy at the att store and he said theres a 1 year manufacturers warranty and they cant always see water damage so I want to know how I can replace my phone. I read that you can damage the pins and they will take it back but I am wondering about some other techniques I can use so I can get everything back to normal, and if they will be able to see the water damage even though the phone mostly works

We went out for about 8months, and he broke up with me because I fought with him too much. it wasnt really me who started fighting i would just try and talk and come to an understanding with him.We fought once every week or two. and he made huge deals about it and i would always end up apologizing, my fault or not. at the end he blames EVERyThingg on me!! he used to complain that i would make him see me when he was tired or had studying. and we would see each other once every two weeks and i never forced him but i knew he was going out of his way for me and i thanked him so much everytime...but he complained. :( We were each others first so it was a little complicated in that being we weren't too experienced. When he broke up with me i tried so hard to get him back and i still do kind of but he threatens if i try again he will never speak to me again... he just doesn't want any relationships. He said he doesn't want to deal with the fights anymore, and that he doesn't want any girls in his life he just wants to concentrate on school and finish. its just really tough because he was my first love and i didn't expect the break up at all. and it hurts a lot knowing someone you love so much can walk out of your life. These past 3months have been hell we fought more than ever, he said some messed up things and he treated me with disrespect saying very mean things to me..when i cried he used to hang up on my face ..and i cant get over him! whyy?!?!! I fell in love with the wrong person and i dont know what to do!? he said lets be friends but from the outcome of these 3 months friends is not working out...someone knock some sense into me.

[ Movies ] Open Question : Fan made MJ movie trailers (we're MJ fans lol)?

So my friend, my sister, and I were on YouTube looking at some fan made MJ movie trailers, and we decided to rate each one of them between a 1 and a 5. We came to a disagreement when it got to choosing an over all best trailer. I want you guys to tell me which one of these you think is best + why, and if you know of anymore MJ trailers please give me a link :) I think the one I chose is best because unlike the others, its audio doesn't belong to an actual movie (not talking about the music). You can tell it was edited from scratch (the voice over and some of the voices). I know some of its content belonged to other movies, but I feel that the plot was original and didn't follow a certain 'script'. And I like the story behind it lol.
