1. im having terrible cramps today, my period was so light yesterday! today it seems heavy but im not sure, how can i lighten my period? i dont want drugs and medication, just naturally! a nd i wanna get rid of my cramps, it hurts so bad! i want to do that naturally to no ibuprofen or any medication! thnx! 2. 2moz i have a dentist apointment but my periods gona be on 2moz! is there any way i could stop it for an hour or 2 or 5? wud be soo grateful for just an hour! :D X 3. im so depressed when im on my period because of cramps and i feel so dirty! is there any way to feel better? :) 10 POINTS! p.s im 11 and i hate mother nature for periods! :(

I am about to upgrade from everything messaging to everything data, does this really mean that I can start downloading videos, music, movies, games etc. like crazy? or does it has a limit? I read some about 5GB limit but those were old forum posts but I would like to know how is it doing actually, I ask this because after selecting everything data plan I will be charged another $10.00 premium data add-on fee. so I would like to know before I get biten by those unfair sharks.

i thought i was at 1000, but i realized i ate half the pb jar which is like 1200 calories :( i cannot gain weightt! ughh, i never eat more than 1200 calories any day.. i walked 3 miles today and have 2 1/2 hours of volleyball tonight, but i know i'm still going to gain weight. should i just eat 500 calories tomorrow to even it out? i'm 5'7 and 116 pounds. 16 yeaarss. should i exercise more today? help:(

I think mostly adults say it to teenagers who are troublesome are annoying. Prick means thorn. So is it like what a pain ? like stabbed with a thorn. And is it okay to say stab when it is a tiny thorn in a plant that made a drop of blood in my finger ? Usually people say cut right ?

I quit my job a few weeks ago because it was a terrible job to have and I was getting physically assaulted every day. Anyway, these were the hours that were supposed to be in my check (it's bi-weekly. I quit in the middle of the pay week which is why I have two sundays in there.) Sunday- 1pm-1am Tuesday- 3pm-1am Thursday 1pm-1am Friday 3pm-1am Saturday 9am-2pm Sunday- 1pm- friken 9 in the morning. I get my check and for some messed up reason it has 59 hours of regular pay and ...only 6 hours overtime!? First of all, I am missing hours and second, I don't get why I have 59 hours of regular pay. Also, are they allowed to make me work 20 hours straight? Without a break or anything? I tried calling them to tell them about the error, the women said she would talk to my manager and call me back, which she never bothered doing.

I'm 15-16 and of course, I fap (not more than ounce a day). Sometimes, during the night, I fap, but in the morning, it seems it was a dream, but I don't think it is ? Just last night, I remember fapping in my bed at like 12-1 o'clock in the morning, but now it seems so weird, like it doesn't feel like it really happened. Is this normal ?

Guess we see eachother about 2 times per week i stay over hangout, movies, dinner etc After i stayover/sleep with him, i prob hear from him in about 3 days. Is that about normal? How long do most guys wait to get back in contact? We had been casually seeing eachother for one year but last couple months we said to see eachother twice a week. I get annoyed at him for not texting the day after or am i being too needy.? I've let him have it pretty good for one year. He said to me last night that 'that i am so attractive and would have to be crazy to ruin what we have.' so maybe he does care. Should i say to him 'if you don't contact me sooner after we see eachother, i am going to end this'' or how could i put it?

I have two male bettas and a fish tank with a divider that is transparent.the tank is small though but does that affect how long they live because I had a few bettas that live in the same tank but doesn't live long..for only maybe a few months but that's ok so my question is if the tank is ok and will itl affect their lives if they will live long?? thanks.

Ok maybe I am mad! I am with a guy for a year already. He was with his ex for 7 years. He moved out to live with me then due to the circumstances he moved back and since is trying to get a flat but nothing is moving. He just called me to say he loves me out of nowhere when discussion went randomly wrong. I asked how does your ex look at the fact that you are dating me and living there? I understand it should not be her choice at all but his! He answered:'It's complicated'. I am so confused. I know he feels terribly guilty for her and she is his friend and i know 100% there is nothing intimite happening among them. But how he can not get tired of this situation? I have no words to explain my frustration. Feels like been hanging there for too long to start analysing all over again. I just want them to go separate ways - why dont they???

My husband and I have been separated for 5 months. He left me for, and now lives with his ex-girlfriend. Since he left I have lost 30lbs. I look even better then I did when we first met 5 years ago. When he comes to pick up our child I always try and look my best, and I know he has checked me out as I have caught him. I act happy and normal when he is here. We don't really talk anymore because I gave up in June trying to win him back, so I stopped texting him to chat. I want him to come back but on his own because he wants to. But in the mean time I'd still like to make him jealous and/or miss me and see how good I look. How can I achieve this? What can I do that will drive him crazy!?

My mom always told me she watched Maury because Jerry Springer was so fake and exaggerating. I was watching it today and it was about sisters. See, I have a group of friends and there has been quite a few opportunities for us to get together during these holidays. And I've had to miss them all. One time I was on holiday, one time I was sick, one time I wasn't able to because I couldn't get anyone to drive me in, one time was my mom's birthday, and a few times I've been helping my dad with work. Right, so this last time was meant to be a last thing before going back to school apparently (except there are still weeks left...) and I'm not free until next week. I asked my best friend if we could change the date, and he said no. Apparently it's "not possible" but he wouldn't tell me why. When he's been complaining about having nothing to do for weeks. I got frustrated and asked if this was just because I had been missing all the other times, and he got mad and went offline (we were on facebook). Now I'm just miserable, to be honest. I'm an only child and I don't get to spend that much time with my parents, and since I'm going to uni next year, it was nice to spend time with them. But I'm just being made to feel guilty over things that I don't think are my fault (unless I'm missing something) Anyway...how do I fix this? How do I get them to change the date or at least not have my friend hold a grudge?

Yesterday I was at my riding lesson when my instructor decided to take the stirrups of me and told me to go into sitting trot without the stirrups. This was fine by me but the horse I ride Is very bouncy and that made sitting trot very hard. I tucked my butt into the saddle and tried my best but I was still bouncing. Is there anything I can do to help me stay in the saddle? Thank you!
