I'm giving my old ipod nano (2nd generation) to my aunt for her birthday. Her computer is old and so she can't sync the ipod to it until she gets a new computer. I was just going to leave my songs on it so she can still use the ipod until she gets her computer replaced. My question is if she can still charge the ipod using her computer even though it's too old to sync it to. I don't have an extra wall charger adapter to give her, so I didn't know if she would have to go buy one or not. Thanks!!

Find the larger integer. This is what I came up with. 1/2x + 2(1/4x) - 5 = larger number but I don't know how to make into proper equation to solve it.

My cat gave birth to 5 healthy kittens 4 weeks ago. She has been brilliant with them and has had no problems. Up till now. I dont think she is producing milk, when i squeeze them nothing comes out, and when the kittens are trying to feed, they just keep moving around as if they can not get any milk out. Ive tried giving them milk (brought from vets) in a bowl, but they dont want that, i've tried to start weaning them, they dont want food. Earlier today i tried giving them milk from the proper bottle i got with the milk its self but they aren't taking to that either. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated asap as i am very worried they arent getting any food. Thank you.

I'm 14, and I notice that my face is constantly changing. Sometimes it looks pretty slim, others it looks quite chubby, especially around the jaw area. I work out frequently, but not too hard. My body is in pretty good shape, I can see my abs, so I know I'm not fat. I know about water retention, and I drink a lot of water each day, 3+ litres at least. It can't be water retention, can it? As an example I went on an expedition over a couple of days, walked about 42km, drank plenty of water, but didn't eat that much, probably not enough for my calorific needs over those days.I also didn't sleep too well. However, when I got home I looked in the mirror and my face was a lot more puffy and bloated than usual. Why is this? I'm so confused, what else can it be other than water retention? I do loads of exercise, and drink loads of water, why does my facial weight fluctuate so much? I eat pretty well aswell, I try to minimise sugary snacks and always make sure I get my 5-a-day.

For example we take Northern Europeans, the Average Swede/Dane/Norwegian is generally taller than the average Sicillian man or the average Southern European man. The same goes for East Asians, in North China the average person is generally taller than a person from Southern China. In S Korea (Northern Asian country) they are considered the tallest in East Asia, being taller than the average Japanese person (Japan is South or S. Korea) Anyways has it got to do with Climate? Diet? What makes the genetics of people originally from the Cold North taller than people living in the warmer South? Thanks for answering!

I live in a country where negative advertising is somewhat restricted . If you're going to say anything about the competition it better well be founded or you can get severely punished for slander. That being said.. I just saw this Microsoft anti-ad for openoffice , it looks like a "beware of the communist threat" reel from 60 years ago. Kingdom Hearts started out good, but it was destroyed with Disney(just my opinion). Are there any other similar games? I'm talking about the atmosphere, not the gameplay. Like the beginning of the game when they are on an island and then Sora experiences the other dark world. I like the village/island feel at the beginning and the dark atmosphere when he leaves his world. Final Fantasy X is the closest thing I know of.

Sorry this is so long but please read it. I had a dream about the world ending. It was really weird cause these alien ships came down to earth (there was a lot of them) and they started killing everyone with these white beams that where coming out of the bottom of there flying saucers. The space ships weren't as efficient as they needed so they made some kind of really big wave that kills everyone. I saw it happening and I was just waiting to die. When all the explosions and screaming stopped, I opened my eyes an I found that I was still alive. I went looking for other survivors and I knew that I needed to find a female to save the human population. I went looking for a female and all I found where about 7 other males (one was in one of my classes). When I was about to give up looking for a famale I turned over a piece of rubble I found another one of my classmates (grace). When I found her I said "grace, I am so happy to see you." I was walking with her back to where I wanted to start rebuilding and we where talking about what we need to do to repopulate the planet. We went swimming around to other continents (australia) because it wasn't very far. We got back and put the 7 other people to work building a boat. One of the people droped a big pice of steel in the ocean and that where it stopped.

I recently found a male on top of a female toad in my pond. I have made a terrerium for a newt so I would like to put the toads in the terrerium for two reasons: 1, because I don't think they'd like to be disturbed and we have tons of racoons at our house and 2 becuase we are getting fish tomorrow and the fish will eat the eggs. I would only keep them in my house if they are quiet until they lay there eggs. (I will realease them once they have finished) So are toads quiet at night while having amplexus?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 6 years. Lately he has been putting statuses up on Facebook saying things like "What's a main course without a side dish?" I took that as him saying that he wasn't satisfied with just me and wanted another girl to date or mess around with. When I confronted him about this, he said that he meant for that status to be taken literally and then showed me a picture of a plate of food that he ate. So I'm thinking in my head that I shouldn't have said anything to him in the first place. But then, a couple weeks later, he put up a status saying "I'm trying to get inside LaLa land but I don't know if I can afford the ticket." In the past I have had issues with this girl and my boyfriend being very sneaky together and I have recently started to see her name in my boyfriends call log...her profile name on Facebook happends to be LaLa. I took that status as saying that he wants to do stuff with her but can't because he doesn't want to lose me as a result of that. Am I looking into this way too much or is he trying to say that he wants to cheat on me without actually saying those exact words? And also, do I confront him yet again or leave this one alone??

I've taken my birth control pills faithfully for the past nearly 2 years, and I was just wondering: If I were to have sex (no condoms, just pills) and he ejaculated in me a couple of times this weekend, and I start taking the sugar pills today, is there a chance I could get pregnant? I know the pill is supposed to prevent ovulation, but I also know that I stopped taking the pill with the hormones yesterday and am now supposed to take the ones with sugar in them... Is that going to effect anything? Am I going to ovulate and some how have old sperm fertilize an egg? I pushed as much as I could out of me almost right after, but I'm sure that doesn't really do much... Yeah, I was just wondering if there's a higher chance I'll get pregnant from doing this, and if I should just go ahead and skip my period this month and just not have sex right before I'm supposed to start. I'd really appreciate some answers.
