Ill make it short and sweet. I found texts on my moms phone to a contact labeled "Work" when i was texting my dad. Do you gets texts from work? "Weird" I thought. "Lets check it out" So I look and it says ( from my mom ) hey I was taking a test online sorry i was thinking about you the whole time. From "Work": Good i hope you passed. Then another after: I was thinking about you too. Then one more: I hope you were thinking about what im thinking about.... and that was that. So i gave my phone to my mom after texting my dad and, suspicous, checkedd it again after she went to bed. The texts were gone! I checked the contact and thhe number is not her work number. What should I do?

I find myself clinging on to negative emotions like anxiety and fear after being hurt over a huge crush last year,I have fear of allowing positive feelings and things to flow.Earlier this year I clung on to anxiety I let that go and now clinging onto fear I can't just let myself be like I remind myself of fear everyday its kinda like allowing joy and positive emotions is to overwhelming.I want to get back to me and feeling positive seeing things positive and just letting everything flow but I feel stuck in fear.My mom tells me i'm concentrating on fear to much and that its all in my head but I feel like letting go and stop thinking about it is easier said than done,I feel like I will always be afraid of feeling positive even if I do let go if that make sense.I know all it takes probably is to let go stop thinking about it and just letting my feelings flow but that is so hard for me i'm afraid to take that step but I miss the old me.Help please!

Okay, I am leaving wednesday for North Carolina. Way into the blue ridge mountains... I planned on bringing my bird, we will be gone for a week. Will the altitude changes hurt him or make him sick? This more applies to university applications as a whole; let's say I need Math "51" (just an example). When I apply in Fall, I do not yet have Math 51 complete. I will be taking it in the Spring. Ok, this might be a long question, sorry. You don't have to read all of it, just at least read this paragraph, the next 2 paragraphs, then skip the following 4 paragraphs, then please read the rest. Anyway, I'm 16, I'm a sophmore, and this will be my second year of cross country. We had this little meeting at the end of last year where we look over the next cross country season, we write how many miles we will probably be able to run this summer, figure out summer training runs, etc. The coach said he wanted each of the veteran cross country runners (that would be me and a couple other guys) to run 500 miles this summer. Well, I wasn't able to attend the summer training runs because the school district border lines are messed up and it would take a lot of gas to drive over to the high school to attend the runs. Sadly, I didn't think of biking (stupid me) until 2 days ago. So anyway, I wrote down that I would be able to run at least 500 miles this summer to my coach (he has this piece of paper where everyone would write down their mileage). The problem is, I only ran about 415 miles. It wasn't because I was lazy, I only ran 415 miles because of some hard times I experienced during the summer. For example, I ran a marathon on June 25th. Then I did the most stupid thing by running on the following Monday (I felt good. I thought I could handle a little running). Well, that run on Monday resulted in me getting I.T. Band Syndrome (which I admit, is totally my fault). So, I couldn't run for about two weeks. Then, the week after I was able to run, my grandma had a stroke. My grandma and I were really close and I was scared for her suffering, so I stayed at my grandma's house (along with my aunts and uncles and cousins). She went into a coma like state where she was there, but she also wasn't there (if you know what I mean). She couldn't eat or drink. So, my family and I would take turns watching her during the night so that my grandpa can stay with her during the day (our goal, since we knew she was going to die that month, was to maker her comfortable and to make it easy on my grandpa). She died on July 30th. Her wake was on August 2nd and the funeral followed. While I stayed at my grandma's house, I got in a little running, but not as much as I wanted. So then, my whole family had issues and I just needed a break from my dad's side (that's the side my grandma died on) so I went up to stay with my mom's side for a couple of days. I didn't do much running then because I felt my I.T. acting up again, so I just went on the stair stepper and went at a slow pace for about 2 miles for 2 days. Throughout the coarse of my summer, I've ate a couple of unhealthy food items (it was just like an ice cream cone that I shared with my dad and a small wrap with a little cup of pasta. I only ate it because of all of the stress with my grandma) that I think my coach saw me eating. He might be mad at me for doing that, too. I also ate more unhealthy food while staying with my dad and mom's side that he didn't saw me eat. Hopefully that doesn't affect my running. So now, here I am, the night before we're supposed to hand in our cross country calendars showing how many miles we ran, and I'm about 85 miles behind what I said I would do, and what the coach wanted us to do. I know this is cheating, and I don't feel right to do this, but do you think I should add a couple of miles onto my summer cross country runs? I can make up those extra miles by running more at night time, since cross country is during the mornings. What do you think? I know some veterans that aren't going to be running that much because either they don't feel like it or they're busy, but they also didn't attend the meeting at the end of the last school year so they might of not known we were supposed to run that much. I'm just feeling really bad about this. Please help, and sorry for the length of the question again!

A little about me, im a 25 year old mother of a 4 year old girl. Ive been seeing my boyfriend for about 9 months now, and up until the past 2 months, i've always had a very high sex drive. (not that I am slutty or sleep around ever, ive just always had a very high sex drive) I mean, I used to masturbate frequently before I was sexually active and then once I DID become sexually active, started getting into all kinds of cool, kinky stuff with my boyfriend.... but now... it seems like if i were told id never be able to have sex again, i wouldnt mind very much. I love this girl so much, iv never spoken to her do, I'm in grade 10 atm going into 11, but when I was in 9 I started to like her so I tried to get her attention, I would cut my eyes at her a lot, dnt worry it wasn't intimidating, so igot rid of that habit, and when I got to year 10 she started to do it to me :) I find it cute, she doesn't as well as me do aww :), sometimes she puts a innocent look and stares at me but sometimes she cuts her eyes, there was also a time when she was biting her lip and I caught her staring at me and she looks nervous :), sometimes I catch her staring at me, when I catch her she looks away, and it happens to me aswell, I stare at her and she catches me and I look away and pretend like I'm not looking her, :o, there's also another thing that's happend a lot, when I'm with my friends I look directly at her and smile but I act like I'm laughing with my mates and she does it aswell!! This is what I do on a daily basis... 1-Vertical Leg Crunch (Hold 1 minute) 2- V Leg Raise (Hold 30 seconds, 2 reps) 3- Crunches 30 reps 4- 20 push-ups 5- jumping jacks 100 reps 6- Jogging / Running one hour everyday (I need to get back into that, I'm starting tomorrow) 7- Biking to work everyday about 20-25 minutes total (uphill one way) 8- I'm in hockey and usually we practice 3 to 5 times a week Also, I have a job were I'm standing up the whole time and constantly moving.

okay well my mom is being the biggest...UGH okay well this is going to sound small and irrelevant but my curfew is 11PM because i'm 15. which i personally think should be 12 because my friend whom is 16's curfew is 1AM and if i'm a year younger than her it only makes sense if it's 12. all my friends make fun of me and don't want to hang out with me because of my early curfew. so tonight i asked my mom to extend my curfew JUST THIS ONCE to 12 and she replies "i'm tired" so i said well i mean last time i asked you also said no and summer is ending this week so i mean just once could i please extend it and she said sorry. and i said whatever i'm staying out anyway because that's annoying...so she called me and yelled at me and told me i could stay out till 11:30 and i was like whatever. so i hung up and she calls back and says "for hanging up on me you have to be home at 11" so i'm home now and i feel like crying. my mom always makes me feel like crap and tells me i need to "stop eating" and things like that. it makes me cry sometimes because i'm extremely insecure of my weight and things like that. she never lets me do anything with my friends. she doesn't let anyone come over or let me sleep over at people's houses. i just want to know how i can talk to her and tell her how i feel. the things she says to me are so rude and disgusting and yeah. so please help.

My period cycle is not regular. sometimes my period didn't come in 1 month. sometimes it only last for 3 days. I had my period at 15th July last month. Then my fiance and I had unprotected sex on the 19th of July that same month. but there was no ejaculation and precum. but I know there might be some sperm too. on the 2nd on August we had unprotected sex again. still no ejaculation and precum. I ovulated on the 12th of August. and still on ovulation now. Today on the 15th August I supposed to have my period. I took a pregnancy test today. and it immediately appear negative. How long will I have to wait to use a pregnancy test again? say if I took it a week later, will it be accurate?

When I run the cmd prompt and type in "ipconfig" it doesn't come up with an ipv4 address. It just shows my Ip Adress, my subnet mask, and my default gateway. So someone could help with with this I would appreciate it.
