I am just starting my credit build & house life as a young fellow I was a victim of credit fraud as a child, family used my name for apartments, credit cards, rental cars, video rental stores, car insurance & other things. I was wondering from experienced people where to start, from file claims & getting rid of this fraud past and start from new.?. Can't find anything on the internet without it ending up saying pay for this & nonsense

DISCLAIMER: This is a hypothetical question and I realise that there are many more things that create a serial killer than a simple gene. Let's say a gene was identified that every serial killer, rapist, and abductor has. People with this gene are much, much more likely to kill, rape, or kidnap. This gene can be found through a simple blood test and the government is starting to screen children to see which ones have the gene. What do you think should happen to children who have the "serial killer gene", if anything?

I live in England and recently attended a speed awareness course (as an alternative to three points and a £60 fine) because I was speeding. Today, I'm absolutely certain that I ran a red light on a pelican crossing, I'm not 100% though. No people were about on the crossing or at the side of the road or anything. I'm obviously on the system for three years now for speeding, if it comes back that I did infact run the red light, does this mean I will have my driving license taken away from me or will I be offered the three points and a fine? Both of the offences were in different counties, if that helps.

So, I was just wondering because every since we started 8th grade, he's been trying to get my attention a lot. We use to be the best of friends, but then we dated and he broke up with me because a girl told him to. I didn't care so I shrugged it off, but then he started acting extremely mean to me. For example, when I asked him a simple question ("Why are you mad at me?") he would ignore me or yell at me telling me to leave him the **** alone. So, I was really hurt since we've been friends every since first grade :(. Anyway, then he asked me back out and of course I ignored him. Okay, so now we're in 8th grade and every since I've ignored him. But, he keeps bothering me trying to act all nice. He won't stop trying to get my attention and waving at me >:(. I know I sound rude, but I don't want to talk to him after he's been calling me a dumb@ss and stuff. To make it worse, the girl that told him to break up with me, now goes to my school -__-. What should I do? Should I tell him to piss off or forget about it and be friends??

I "play" archery (which is an olympic sport). Its awsome and the first time you shoot a bow you are hooked!! I decided to sign up on a whim today for several reasons. Such as being active, keeping my grades up, and meeting new people interested in the same things I am. I was thinking for several years in the past about joining track and field, but decided cross country would be better. When I run, my legs go out a bit. It's a bit strange, but I've been told the coach will help me fix that? I don't know if he'll have the patience. Also, I haven't been running much this summer or before that at all, but I want to push myself. I work hard at things and I don't quit, but I need your advice. Should I not officially enroll myself in the team, or....? I'm already pretty fit and not overweight or underweight. I have strong legs.

My one friend is really still on my facbeook but he deactivated his facebook account but it turns out he isn't searchable or anything and is temporarily off my facebook account until he signs back in and activates his facebook again. However, I want him off my friends list for good and to not appear on my friends list anymore even when he reactivates his Facebook again. Because when he gets his Facebook back sometimes and decides to activate it, sometimes he appears on my friends list again but then when he deletes his account, hes off there but I want him off for good. How can I do that if he deactivated his facebook account? I don't know when he will reactivate his account again either.

I just moved into this middle school for 7th and 8th graders. I'm going to be in 7th grade but I transfered from another district. Most 7th graders are from the same district, so they all knew each other. So the classroom is always loud, and people always talk to each other but I don't know anyone so I have no one to talk to. Between 2009 and 2010 sales dropped by 35% (ouch!). Anime dvds only sell several thousand copies, but there's got to be so many more fans than that. Don't people care about the state of the industry? They don't do these things for free.
