I have a platy in a 5-gallon tank. It's looked like she has fin rot for a little while now, so I medicated her and changed her water afterward. When it looked like the fin rot was coming back, I started medicating her again. Yesterday she developed a weird, frequent shaking. This morning I found a very large (5 mm diameter) black spot on one of her sides. It bulges out just a bit. My platy is at the end of her life expectancy, but this seems like a very bad illness, not just old age.

I cried loud and broke some plates because I felt my head would burst if I didnt cry. I was having this melt down as my spouse messed up the kitchen which I finished cleaning after 3 hours and I felt so sad when he messed up everything.

in august of last year i was chubby at 196. 2 months ago i was steady 185.. Yesterday i hopped on the scale and weighed 169 and almost screamed i was so happy with myself... Im 5'11'' and have been for two years... I quit smoking about three months ago... And i notice lately i have much more stamina, strength, and feel healthier. I was on adhd meds most of my life but have been off for all meds for about 6 months now... And 'mens health' wise... Oddly ive 'grown' a half an inch downstairs in a month... Idk what to think other than whatevers happening is awesome. Possible growth spurt?

I only experience a partial hair loss during chemo for Hodgkin's Lymphoma, but it did become more fragile and less lustrous. It began to grow back in fairly quickly after I went into remission, but was finer and more prone to breakage for a while. I just used gentle shampoos and conditioners and never bought anything specifically for hair regrowth. Now I really would like to find something as soon as possible. My hair has been falling out throughout the summer and is now substantially thinner. I'd been having some other weird issues, so I had tests done and found about this stomach issue that is apparently contributing to anemia. Chemo isn't directly responsible for the hair loss, but I think it's been a factor. I am getting treatment for anemia and modifying my diet (I'm a picky eater vegan and I'm going to be eating more things with iron and getting more calories every day from this point forward) but I want something that will directly help with my hair. I am completely freaking out about it now. It's noticeable to other people and I'm getting bombarded with questions about whether I've relapsed. If anyone knows of hair regrowth products that aren't gimmicks and will actually work please let me know. Also, if there are any vitamins or other things I should try I'd be grateful if you could tell me about them.

This coworker is very professional most of the time. But when he latches onto a topic, getting him to let go is like getting a bulldog to let go of a juicy steak. He can derail meetings faster than anybody I know. These aren't his meetings and he may not even have an agenda item. But he will interrupt whomever is speaking, put people on the spot, ask distracting questions, dismiss responses, take over the discussion, divert it to whatever is bugging him, and basically shred the agenda. I have tried to get meetings back on track by ignoring the coworker and asking the speaker a pertinent question, pointing out to the coworker that we're there to view a presentation or discuss a particular topic, and offering to discuss the coworker's issues offline. I've even taken him aside after meetings and explained how rude and disruptive his behavior is. During one meeting, I became so angry, I decided that my best response was to leave the room and cool down. Nothing I've done has worked. I'm giving a presentation soon and am dreading his disruptions. How can I prepare myself?

im 22 and a flight attendant of course. do guys as young as 16 and 18 ..til about 21..think that they can actually flirt with f/a's?...i have often noticed most teens to give a sly glance whenever we pass by(not in the wrong sense though) n they think we dont notice..they even call often for different things.. i am confused..is it because they like the attention or is it because they love being mothered like that? i have had no problems though, but its kind of cute how these young men actually play games n think we woudlnt know>> lol.. no offence, just a genuine doubt... p.s: i fly in a 5 star carrier and the kids who travel along r usually from a good background. so no doubt about them n they r not perverts. just their behaviour is a bit too juvenile.

When i have been riding my horse around corners it looks like she is bunny hopping. When you look at her stifle it looks like one side is dropping/twisting. It doesn't look right. She almost feels lame around corners. She hasn't been broken long could she just be finding it hard? However she has recently got quite tense in the neck as if she has back pain or something? When we ask her to go long and low the lameness around corners comes out most. Do you think i should get the vet or a physio? Also she keeps wanting to avoid the right rein and on the right rein when you canter she keeps going on wrong leg almost as if she is trying to get wight off a certain side! I do think somethings wrong she doesn't feel right! She doesn't look lame when walking her or anything just when round corners? When we first got her she was kicking her her right leg up which was odd! Has anyone got any ideas of what could be wrong! Will definitely get help. Just wanted opinions. Thanks x

I'm 22 weeks pregnant. I have noticed a few little roaches in my apartment that are starting to come out from like the drains or maybe the apt next door (those ppl look dirty). I am only around 8 weeks pregnant, but I have a definite bump! I'm normally around a UK size 8-10 and have quite a slim stomach, but in the last few days my stomach just seems to be getting bigger and bigger...so much so that i've actually had friends asking me if i'm pregnant! is this normal? I've been told that there is a high chance of conceiving twins as twins run in the fathers family and mine (and i'm a twin!) is this correct? scan isn't for another week and i'm getting excited!0

I have noticed in the past that the day of a date, I've always felt sick. It feels like more than nerves. I will either be nauseous all day or have mild diarrhea. My doctor told me I have IBS. So I've always chalked it up to this. I don't want to sound crazy, but my stomach only gets very painful before dates with guys who have ended up hurting me. I sometimes feel like my stomach knows better than my heart does. Almost like my stomach was trying to tell me to STAY HOME and avoid the guy. I was nauseous and sick everytime before I hung out with my last boyfriend, and he ended up cheating on me. There have been a few guys who never made me feel like this. I have a date tonight and I woke up nauseous today... Either I'm paranoid, crazy, or my stomach actually is somehow telling me something... Have you ever had similar experiences? Or do you think its just the IBS?
