[CardioTrainer Users] Hard and soft pauses (auto-resume)

Make a soft / temporary pause that will auto resume if user forgets to
restart. This would help a lot when doing for dog to pee or poop.
TodayI must not have pressed resume hard enough, as it was paused for
a half mile or more before I caught it.
Thanks for a cool program though!
