[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : Have I eaten too much today?

I got up at 5:15 and had 1 slice of wholegrain toast(45 calories) with 1 tsp of peanut butter and some green grapes I played just dance 2 for about 25 then left at 6:20 for behind the wheel. I left for the gym at 7:44 and ran the treadmill for 25 minutes I also did this cycle thing for like 5 minutes because I had to leave. I came home and lifted for about 3 minutesish. then at 10:40ish I had lunch of 1 slice of deli turkey breast 1 slice of whole grain bread(45 calories) a small cup of green grapes and some mini pretzels At 11:30 I will ride my bike for 25 minutes then come home and lift and do 100 crunches then tonight for supper I know I will be having mexican at El Toro I plan on ordering 1 soft shell taco with chicken and lettuce. no sauces or cheese and a side of black beans. and I'll play just dance 2 tonight and lift. Will I have eaten too much today?

My older brother lives abroad and about a year ago I moved in with him to finish my last year of high school abroad. My brother is very successful and has a big apartment. He insisted on me living with him instead of getting me a studio apartment so that he can keep an eye out for me. I've had a lot of fun the people here are amazing. But I can't keep any BF because of my brother. Like just last week I brought over a guy and he tried to be funny with my brother. He tried to fist pump him and act like he is from the ghetto. Which was a bad idea. My brother then took out his baseball bat and asked him if he would like to fist pump his baseball bat with his head. Or when I was getting ready and my date was early and met my brother. My brother then asked him if he had ever been with a man. Then told him that he would find out how that feels like if he brought me home one minute past ten. I live in this beautiful country but my brother won't let me date. When I try and talk to him he says: "You misunderstand. You can date. When you pay your own rent or when hell freezes over". I don't have the money for my own place and I am going to college soon. The worst thing is that he has a GF and she agrees with me. How do I make him not see me as the little 5 year old girl that he sees?

I am 27 years old and I have only dated three men. The first when I was 19 - 20. The second from 20 - 24. The current from 25 - now. The first two never kissed me as a greeting or to say good bye. My current boyfriend does it everytime. In the beginning, when he would come to my apartment to visit, before he starts talking or anything, he always has to kiss/hug me first. If I just start talking to him he stops me for a hug/kiss, then he's like "Okay continue". I think it's sweet, but it has taken getting used to. Do most men do this? My parents always kiss and hug hello and good bye, but they are in their 60s and obviously their generation is different. My boyfriend is 31 and has two little girls. I hope it's not a weird, father thing he's doing because my own Dad always kisses me (on the cheek) and hugs me when he's saying hello or good bye. Is my boyfriend normal or different than most guys our age?

SO im going into the 8th grade yayy and I Love spencers style but also Hannahs so there both like glam and preppy so how can I pull off both I love all of there styles so just some outfits would be nice but I NEED REALLY DESCRIPTIVE OUTFITS .. if you dont mind dont worry about the whole outfits being to old because at my school its all about fashion but were still all A students but anyway Im african american tight curly hair mostly straightened and Im 5.2 105 pounds dancers body the usual :) thank you in advance Extra - this girl did this outfit example can you do the same just for back to school monday outfit 1: Okay so take a white long sleeve sort of tight shirt, then take a black skirt that can go right under your breasts and that goes down to the top of your knees , so it is not too short. then (since it is cold) take a pair of black warm tights and either wear white flats (or black) or ankle booties. so there is an example if you could do tht P.S Texas is not very cold we get in the 30's and 20's at lowest just in the winter otherwise its a pretty good temperature my hair is like to my neck and my curls are tight

Recently, my gym trainer and I had a fall out and it ended with me in tears.... the base of the problem is that she wanted me to become 'smaller' whereas I wanted to become stronger and being bulky is not a problem to me. But I did say I wanted to be leaner. However, the gym trainer misunderstood that and went on to 'scold' me everytime I touched the barbell and did my lifting which I found to be very upsetting because it contradictated with other trainer's(more knowledgable) ones.... I love my powerlifting and always will and for her to tell me not to do heavy weights and to only Push Jerk a max of 40kgs is just unacceptable for me... I'm 18 this year and a girl... so yes, I did cry. I did not argue with her and just went about to finish my WOD (crossfit term for workout of the day) The workout called for a 70kg deadlift but I did 80kgs because that was the instructions of the HEAD COACH and she told me to tell him "NO" the next time.... I partially cried because I didn't want to hurt her feelings or his feelings so I held everything in till I couldn't take it anymore... Anyway, my workout partner came to me afterwards and said, "You are a better person than many people." what is this supposed to mean?

So this girl i like was hanging out with me and i asked her out kind of in a text message cause i was too shy to say it, i showed her my phone , and she said "oh um I don't know" then i asked her to give it a try, and she said okay, then she told me that she's bad at being in relationships and that i wouldn't want her as a girlfriend anyways. well we had an amazing afternoon, and we were making out and stuff, then the next day, she tells me she's really sorry but she just cant be in a relationship right now. and that she didn't want to hurt me or anything but she just cant . so why the sudden change of mind :S she says she doesn't like the idea of "love" and she HATES when i says she's pretty or beautiful, and she's not like those attention seeker girls who are just fishing for compliments she genuinely doesn't like me saying it. so what should i do with her ? i still really like her . and i know that my best friend ( who she hates now) hurt her before and everything too, like her completely played her. what can i tell her to re-assure her ? or should i give up on her ?

slob I have ever met. When he flosses his teeth the food lands on the mirror and he does not wipe it off or he bought an extra trash can for his side of the sink so he does not have to walk to the toilet area to throw away his dental floss or q-tips from cleaning his ears, unfortunately the crap lands on the floor or hangs over the trash can and it takes many days for him to clean it up even after I have asked him or left messages on paper. I have even gone to the point of putting a towel and liquid cleaner on his sink as a reminder and all he does is pushes it to the side and will say he will get it that evening, well that evening hardly ever comes. In addition I have hip arthritis and bursitis with my two girls I always kept a clean house and now my oldest daughter is older she helps me but I am very limited due to the constant pain, my husband hardly helps unless I ask him and again that process make take a few days or never come. He spends most of his time watching TV, snacking and surfing the computer.

It happens once in a while, but I don't wanna have anymore..So, here's my dream on march 20th I was at this party and I saw this girl I like it was at a some field and huge and it was my turn to play guitar. I finished. Then after she started talking to me, said "I talk to you tommorow." so I was happy. It was march 21st and my mom had her birthday I told her. I was gonna buy her a present..I went to the mall and I made a movie about zombies (typical) then I went to the movies with her. After I saw my sister and some dude. We went in this odd race. And the guy had some disease with worms. He felt bad but didn't care. So, it was getting dark and I still didn't give my mom a present. My friends and I went and our props were still there..We look at the glassed door and see a crowd of zombies so we ran. Some guy lifted this kid and ripped apart his arm..still went going. We (7) went to the elevator and went to the next floor. People were there and turned insane so they tried to grab us making us slow down. We went to the next elevator and the zombies took 5 of my friends (zombies tackled them) and 2 of us (me and a friend went) next elevator we went to the last elevator. There was no people but a crowd of zombies out the door..we started running but saw the janitors and took out my last friend.. They went for me tried to get me. I jumped out the stores window and kept on going I was finally at the final elevator they had gates so they would pass..I stole this Japanese diary and wrote "March 21st, Today.." and I woke up. Weird eh?

I ordered a couple items from Target online and tracked the package just now because it should have came by now. UPS website says it was delivered Tuesday evening, however i was home and no one ever knocked. I live in an apartment complex and normally if i'm not home, they leave a slip on the door so i know they came and bring the package to the office here at the apartment so i can pick it up later. They never just leave the package on my door step. I checked with the office thinking maybe the slip fell off my door or something but its not there. Which doesnt make sense anyway because i know for a fact that i was home and no one knocked. So where do i start? Should i contact target or ups first? And if ups says it was delivered am i just SOL?

Okay so its not "can't get you out of my head" just to state before I proceed on trying to explain It was in a trailer I saw in probably 2006- 2007. It was very dramatic and only said "la la la... la la laaaa, la la la.. la la la.." then sped up and then drums came in. it progressivly got faster near the end of the song and more intense. So I did really well in high school, was involved with sports, honor society, etc. When I was young I wanted to pursue a career, but my parents enrolled me in year round baseball. So all I ever did, knew, was baseball and school. Then I went to college for baseball. And my grades showed that. I had to make a decision between baseball and school, because school was tough and I wanted good grades. So I choose school. I think that really upset my parents, but I don't know. So then I graduated school with a degree, and went out into the job market. 2 years now and no luck on a solid job, seriously have submitted hundreds or applications. I learned a bunch of trades and put those to use just to get by. I landed some odd jobs like at a hotel and a pizza joint. All the jobs I've actually landed never required a degree. I was always told, all I needed is a degree to get by. The degree, if it matters, is American Studies, which is a bundle of business, history, communication, politics, law, sociology, and geography, and some others that I can't think of now. So now, I don't have much of a choice but I live at home. I don't know if my parents expected me back, but it seems like they did since they offered me a place to rent in their house, and left me responsible for a bunch of the chores and the lawn care/house maintenance. (have done numerous projects, including painting the interior of the house) So now, time keeps passing. Applications get put out with either rejections or no response. The only ones who do respond are people from pyramid schemes, and I know for a fact they're pyramid schemes. I could hold down an 8 dollar an hour job, but that seems like a waste of time to me, since I can go do my trades like carpentry, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, you name it..... However, I don't want to be doing trades for the rest of my life. I want to get my own land, but it sees like a pipe dream. Because there's so much involved with that, like well water, electrical, hvac, the works. It's like I want to be able to make decisions, to put myself around nothing but good people, to say ok I'll take that plot of land, and all that, but in all reality, I feel like I'm still a dependent. As I do take care of all expenses and bills, it seems like if I were to go out on my own I'd probably sink fast. I know some of my friends who did college in the same situation as me. But I know some who didn't even go to college, who are financing a house, nice cars, and are getting married. I'm mid 20's nearing 30s.... I thought military, but I'm not doing that based on personal reasons. What do you suggest?

I have been sectioned in a psych ward now 4 times. It's apparently to stop myself from harming myself and others, and that it is there to help me. What bullcrap. They lock me up in a room, with absolutely nothing to do. They force me to take medications which block my thoughts and make me energy-less. If i defend myself or even raise my voice i get taken out and put to sleep. How exactly is this helping? I'm perfectly happy before i go into them and they make me depressed. I know what's really happening here. They are trying to make me miserable so that i take Prozac (mind control drug), because i know about government ops. Last time i was in a psych unit i was sharing a room with a psychopath. It's obvious they wanted him to kill me.

Last year after having serious financial problems, distant relatives of mine were kind enough to just give me their cabin in Wisconsin. They had not used it for a long time and decided it would be better used for me and my 4 Daughters. I was grate full and took them up on this offer. I relocated my family here and found employment. No sooner did we settle in, and a neighbor from way down the road came to my door and notified me that the man next door is a registered sex offender and this is not a good living situation at all. I looked him up on the registry and it said he was convicted of first degree sexual assault of a child. I was mortified. I spoke with my local police and they said that they do monitor him monthly ans that's all they could really say to me. My home is set up off a lake with this guy right next door and another home adjacent witch is vacant. The next neighbors are about a block down the way. I cant move, I have horrible credit and no money. I also couldn't afford to rent at this time. I went ahead and took every precaution I could with my children. Installing motion lights, dead bolts, and extensive talks with my Daughters on safety. This is a pretty small town, last night I was at the grocery store when a woman came up to me. She told me her first name and said Blank Blank my neighbors name had worked for our company, I was his supervisor. She said you need to check his criminal history. I said yes, I know of the sexual assault. She said no..you need to check his criminal history when he lived in Illinois. I said what is it? she shook her head and said you need to find that out on your own, but you need to know this. She said she cant and will not say anymore. I also found out earlier that the reason the house next to me is vacant is because a single woman lived there and this guy drove her crazy. Two times she caught him window peeking. She had the police out both times. They questioned him and he said it wasn't him, maybe she saw a deer? She was so rattled by this guy, tried to sell the place and couldn't. She let it foreclose and left. I went to look up his history on line, and the Illinois police charge $20 and make you jump through so many hoops to get it. Why cant this just be online for free like our state? It's like you have no rights, and the offenders are protected. My kids cant go outside when I am not home. I call them non stop while I am at work I have the one whole side of my house permanently closed off. We have the blinds drawn all the time. This guy wonders around after midnight every night he just walks around the lake and woods. He just freaks me out. I caught him a month ago hiding behind a tree by my house with a camera. I asked him what he was doing and he said oh..I am trying to get pictures of deer. He went up on my deck when he thought no one was home, when confronted he said he just wanted to use our outdoor outlet. But had no cord for anything. I don't even have $20 to check this. I am mad that the state has to make money off of people in this way. Why do they get away with this?
