For me its 4am right now, i woke up about an hour ago. I woke up extremely dizzy for no apparent reason. I was about to vomit, so i got up just to have a wave of nausea pass me. I about fell multiple times this past hour. all of this and a headache. anyone have a clue as to whats going on?!?!? I'm getting worried.

Im a new rat owner. Just bought two males yesterday. Now I have a few quqestions. Because besides the treats, bedding, cleaning, and health info. IM CLUELESS to the socializing info >_> How do I get my new rats to like/trust me? Also, how will I make them let me hold them/cuddle with them. When will i learn that its time that they trust me now. How will i know when I can fianlly let them on my lap to cuddle without them running away. Hi, my dishwasher has just started to develop a loud noise which I can only assume is a water release valve. The noise happens when the machine has just started a program, it sounds like it fills up with water and then once full, a noise (which sounds like a valve opening) occurs and then the dishwasher does it's cycle. This noise has always happened since purchase and everything else works great but it has become much louder making me believe something is on its way out. The noise is just for a split second at the start of the program. Any ideas? Thanks

Husband and I were Legal Guardians for our young grandchildren (ages 5 & 6) from Sept. 2006 until March 2011, because parents were divorcing and not getting along. The children actually lived with their parents most of the time until June 2009, when father told mother he was leaving her for his mistress. Grandchildren moved in with us until one of their parents could get their act together. Both were messed up. March 2010, Father filed a petition to end our guardianship. We fought giving them up as we did not trust that father (our son) had truly changed, as he claimed. He is an alcoholic, drug addict, liar, cheat and thief (though only arrested and charged with 2 DUIs) and had just married his third wife before he was 30. We live on opposite coasts of the U.S. During the summer of 2010, grandchildren told us and many others (Child Protective Services, Sheriffs, 2 therapists and others) their parents had abused them horribly. (Imagine psychopathic behaviors and words.) We fought the petition as best we could. Unfortunately, the only way the father could get the children was to mount an offense against me, their grandmother. He convinced the court appointed therapist I am crazy and made the children lie about the abuse and put unthinkable words and ideas into their mouths and minds. I never did (nor ever would) do such an abusive thing to my precious granchidlren (nor to anyone). There was no evidence to support these allegations. Actually, if these allegation were true in my opinion I should have been sent to jail for child abuse. Instead, the court used the report to get the children out of the court system and back with a parent. Mother is even less able to care for children and doesn't really want to. Here is my dilemma; these lies are in the court record now. Should I write something to the court in response to defend myself? Is all this going to come back at me if I want to get a job working with children, again? I used to be a school teacher. Will it seem like I am guilty of I don't respond? (We had a lousy lawyer who only told us not to respond to any allegations over the months and at the end. I don't trust him one bit so I didn't ask him.) What do you think I should do, from your own personal experience and knowledge?

I'm a male, and I'm 18 years old. I'm a good person. I have a 4.2 GPA, high state test scores, my college pays me, etc. I have a female friend who is 17 years old, and she used to live with her mom, who sheltered her from everything. She would only let her hang out with one specific friend, and no one else. This girl is a good kid, and I've had feelings for her for more than 2 years now, and her mom wouldn't even let me come to her house so she can meet me! She refused to let me anywhere near her daughter, even while she was there, for the sole reason that I am 18 years old. That's only one year older than her!!! She wouldn't even let the girl have a cell phone. That's not the real problem, though. She moved in with her grandparents a few months ago, for reasons I won't disclose here, and her grandmother is worse than her mom was. For example, she can't go to the movies unless her grandmother goes with her, and no one else can go with them. No one. Even her female friends. When asked why, her grandmother says it's because she doesn't want her getting raped. At the movie theatre.... She still can't have a cell phone, and is not allowed to talk to anyone. The only time she's allowed to see her friends is when she's at school. This girl has been sheltered for way too long, and it's getting easier and easier to see the detrimental effects it's having on her... I don't know what to do! I really want to be with her, but that's hard to do when her grandmother doesn't let her talk to anyone. It's difficult to sneak phone calls in at weird times, etc. Sheltering a kid like that should be a crime.

So last week my lip started to get red blotches on it and very puffy. However, my lips started getting a ton of little bumps on them all over the place! and then they dried up and and my lips peeled. Now that the bumps are gone, my lips are more swollen then ever and the inside of my bottom lip is bright red!! Could this be some sort of food allergy, from seasonal allergies, or skin condition? I used to watch it as a kid but can't remember the name! I ask because I have always been a night owl my whole life. It's not just that, though. I can use a diurnal schedule if I have to, but I always hate it. With a passion. I can't wake up in the mornings and I'm groggy for hours afterwards, which means I can't usually think straight or get anything done. Whereas, when I'm able to sleep all day and stay up all night, I tend to sleep from 9 am to 6 pm, and I just pop right out of bed, refreshed and in my best mood. I don't even need an alarm clock. I just wake up on my own. I'm able to concentrate a lot better at night, and I get most of my work finished when it's dark out. I've always been like this, ever since, literally, infancy, despite my parents best efforts to the opposite. Also, I've noticed something about my family. We all have exceptional night vision. I think the reason why is because our pupils dilate larger than most people's do. Sometimes my pupils will get almost as large as my iris is for no apparent reason (which hurts big time in the daytime, btw). My dad and sister are the same way. That kinda just popped in my head. Also, I've heard that some people's circadian rhythms can be inverted due to genetic factors, so you know... Can humans be nocturnal and, if so, does that mean that I finally have a good excuse when people tell me I should be asleep at 3 am?

Lately i've been really concerned about my inability to feel REAL emotions towards some of my actions. so i went ahead and looked up symptoms of a sociopath online and found some characteristics of these type of people and i provided examples from my life. Please help me decipher if I really do have a problem or something. Incapacity for Feelings or Emotions A sociopath has no scope for emotions or feelings. They only make a superficial exhibition of their emotions. They do laugh, cry, get angry and depressed momentarily. (I often get sad or happy about something but thats just the outside in reality i actually do not feel anything at all i just kind of like fake it? ) Compulsive Liars (pretty self explanatory, yes i do lie for everything...and to everyone i feel like i have to ..to cover up previous lies and i must say i am pretty darn good at this) this is the one i am most concerend about: No Guilt. Whether it's a murder, robbery, lie or any other criminal act for that matter, a sociopath feels no guilt whatsoever...They have an amoral world of their own. ( i never feel bad for all my previous actions really. i have gone shoplifting and done drugs and i steal money from my parents and i see my mom struggling bc she thinks she dropped the money somewhere and i do not feel guilty at all) so what do you think??

Please read this all. My girlfriend and I are both 15. Recently, we have been getting much more serious than ever.
