I am 5'8" and weigh 148..I eat around 1000 calories and workout for 45 minutes+ everyday. But the past week I have plateaued...will my body get back to losing weight? I've lost 22 pounds in 28 days or so..

Okay I'm 16 and my girlfriend is 16 we have been dating for about 2 months and through this time I met her family and they love me as my family does love her, we really hit it off and I asked her out and she said yes, we may have rushed into things as far as the sexual ways but we both loved each other alot and shared a lot in common, I took her on dates and we saw each other in school. But then it all sort of changed and she acted differently like wasn't as attached to me like normal and so we broke up and she says she loves me and I love her but I don't get it. I write her letters, talk to her in person of how I feel, we should get a second chance, and everything and she flirts with me back and says she loves me but at the same time we broke up because she needed space but yet we are like best friends? But I don't want to be her friend... I still have feelings for her I want to be her boyfriend I miss everything about what we had together, everytime we kissed I felt butterflies and I love her sooo much I don't know what to do its killing me, she knows I want to get back together but what can I do to get back with her? Do I ignore her and let her come to me? Or do I stay best friends with her? Please help, oh and it has been maybe 5 days since our breakup if it matters.

I have a small quarter-sized tattoo on my wrist. I was already charged a large $50 to even have it done (got to love these "minimum price" crap...anyways) Plus I tipped like $8 -- sorry I felt $50 was too much for such a small tat, but Everyone around here charges that.. But she told me b/c it was white ink, I'd have to come in to take advantage of the free touch-ups. Now, do I tip?? I would hope not after spending nearly $60 on this, again, NOT EVEN the size of a quarter.

I'm 17, 5'5, and weigh about 200 pounds. I know it's overweight. I don't really show it much in my appearance, luckily. People think I'm about 140...but anyway. I really really really want to lose 50+ pounds by the end of summer, but I'm only 17 years old and the gym is really expensive. I actually eat fairly healthy, and I don't eat breakfast because I hate breakfast foods, but I eat lunch at school (small plate of pasta with whole wheat breadstick) and then dinner, which usually consists of healthy foods since my parents are both on Weight Watchers. Can I please have some weight loss tips so I can accomplish my goal?

I'm ttc but don't yet want to give up my caffeine if I'm not really preggo, so I'm cutting back and want to stay below 180mg a day of caffeine intake. However, I'm having a hard time finding out how much caffeine is in a medium regular iced Dunkin Donuts coffee and in a 22oz Wawa iced coffee.... anyone know? Thanks!

I met this girl a week ago, and we get along very well, until today. I was talking about my main hobby, which she found silly. She said: "Don't you really have anything better to do? You're wasting your time on something stupid." It is a hobby that requires tons of work to become good at it. I've been putting years into it. I felt seriously offended and avoided any contact since. She's been texting the whole time, but I'm just plain ignoring her now. I don't want anyone to make fun of a hobby I've putting a whole lot of effort and time into. I don't mind if it does not interest her, I just don't want her putting my hobby down and trying to make me feel like a moron for having that hobby, cause that is what she was doing. I am about to remove her from my life, as I feel that these are not the type of people that I need in my life. Am I being too drastic about it, or am I making the right decision here? Ever since I was a little girl I've always wondered what it'd be like to be overweight. It's sort of an obsession.... I have OCD, so I don't know if it's just a repetitive thought. But anyway, as I've been a teenager, I've found the only thing that really turns me on is the thought of a woman gaining weight. I think I'm bisexual... the whole things very confusing. Anyway, does that make me gay? Am i completely messed up in the head? I'm 5"4 and 105lbs at the moment, I've been losing weight over the last 6 months or so, am normally 120lbs-ish, but feel fat at the weight I am now. I'm mortified at the thought of anyone thinking I'm fat, and constantly think that's what people're thinking. but secretly, i wish i was, kind of. am i mad? what is this called? is anyone else like this? i cant talk to anyone about it. I had an ex boyfriend who was obsessed with women being "bigger", and he sort of abused me for a few years, using threats to make me eat and stuff... how i ended up with anorexia. what do i do about this?

She won't do as she is asked or told (I am very polite and will most times ask her Please do this or that. She has no regard for the house rules (which apply to everyone). She is verbally abusive to both me and her father and her 18 year old brother. Both my husband and I are disabled so she basically treats us like doormats and does what she pleases, when she pleases.

I only buy products that have the "cruelty-free" seal, and I have a few cruelty free brands (Ex/Clinique) that I try to buy from as much as possible, but I know that certain brands will put those seals on products that weren't specifically tested on animals, even though the brand participates (*Cough* Covergirl *Cough*) It doesn't help that it seems like EVERYTHING is owned by Procter and Gamble or similar supergiants. As a result, try as I might, I always end up unintentionally supporting these companies in some way. Is there anything more I can do to speak out against this, aside from shopping even more carefully?

Okay so I walked into class today and then when I looked back at the table next to mine, I saw a group of older kids, like 1-3 years older than me, looking straight at me and whispering. then I saw one girl laugh a little and say "that is so mean!" and then she looked at me and whispered to the guy next to her "her face is getting red!" Like really, they saw me looking at them and they say this right infront of me, so that I can hear it!? I've never even talked to these people before and if I have, I've NEVER been rude or mean or anything. Like once I even let someone in that group borrow my notes! So anyway near the end of class I heard a girl say to another girl in that group that apparently I "look scary" and I "scare" him. Then I heard them say some other stuff but idk if it was about me because they were saying stuff like "I don't think she ever said anything to him. if she did i'd do something." And I've never talked to that particular guy, except for once when he asked if he could use a spare chair from our table and I said "sure go ahead." And I never thought I looked "scary" .... Like I know I'm not the prettiest girl ever but I don't wear like thick black eyeliner or have piercings all over my face. I have blonde curly hair, pale skin, a round face, and eyes that sometimes look orange-y or gold-ish. What should I do because I felt like crying? Should I ignore them?
