I am training for my high school's freshman cross country team this summer. I started with a 7:45 mile and have worked my way down to a 6:48 mile in about 12 days. I am just wondering what a good time for an average freshman male cross country runner is so I can set a reasonable goal for training this summer. Also, if you could tell me what a good time for a 3 mile run is I would appreciate it!

Male, about 10-11 years old. This morning he seemed fine. A while later he did that 'stretches neck out' kinda swallow, a few times, and I thought maybe he was feeling a hairball coming on (he doesn't get those too often though). He was acting normal and was laying around outside when that happened, I went out for an hour or so and came back, he was still laying around but in a different spot. I noticed when he meowed to greet me it sounded a little muted, and then he started doing the "hard swallowing" again, but a lot more. At one point he just sat there trying to swallow over and over. My dad says we're taking him to the vet soon (by tomorrow) but I just want to be sure this can wait at all. I'm thinking there's grass stuck in his throat or something or it's swelled up, but I'm worried. He wants to eat and drink (and he gets excited for treats) but he can only eat very little or a drink a little and stops and stares at it, trying to swallow repeatedly. Sometimes he meows normal and sometimes he tries to meow but gets cut off and tries to swallow. He's eating a little now and coughing/making labored noises, but otherwise looks okay. He is a little lethargic also.

Ok so i'm home alone and i'm completely at a loss for what to make! I cook a lot, but only from a recipe and my recipes are getting boring. so i made a list of ingredients i have. -White potatoes -Green onions -Celery -Bok choy -Brown beech mushrooms -White beech mushrooms -Zucchini -Snap peas -Lemons -Cucumbers -Red bell peppers -White onions -Eggs -Milk -Rice -Rice vermicelli pasta -Penne pasta -Tuna -Bow tie pasta -Bananas -Apples -Orange -Mozzarella cheese -Cheddar cheese I was thinking maybe something with pasta but again i'm clueless! During the Crusades, there were the crusaders & the Knights Templar. They were a secret society, that were eventually betrayed by their own and all but exterminated. Being a secret society, they still must exist, in some form, to this day. A few books that I've looked at, mentioned something about a modern-day Templar order. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it true or just a rumor? I always wondered, if they do indeed exist, how does one join. Or what it's like, being a member of a secret society like that. Can non-Catholics join? Just a thought.

We have been dating for a little over a year now, and I feel like it's routine just to kiss him anymore. I feel obligated. He as never done anything really wrong and has always treated me wonderful. I'm from Alabama, and we have a lot of northern visitors come down here and their very disrespectful to us! I work at the local diner to earn extra money. They can tell I have an accent and they start talking to me like I'm stupid and can't understand them. It really pisses me off! I go to school, I get a education. I honestly do no know where to stand on this issue. Like I love the US and Mexico. I wasn't born in Mexico but I still consider it to be my country as much as the US. I even have dual citizenship because both of my parents were born there. I always feel like I have to choose between one or the other. Why can`t I just root for both of them. I constantly think about food. I just want to eat all the time and everything sounds delicious. If I pass up a meal I feel guilty about it later and obsess over it. I'm not disgusted with myself nor do I purge. Im just wondering if it's unhealthy for me to eat too much. I only weigh 95 lbs, and as much as I eat I don't gain 1 lb. If anything I will lose a pound or 2. I don't get it. Do I have an eating disorder? Or do I just love food?

I know that I have to beat back the werewolf and dwarf and throw the big boulder and hit the hag but I just can't seem to get it. The rock never clears Caspin (who is in front of the hag) I use using the up arrow key (on the Wii) to throw the rock, is there another button I should be using instead? I graduated 2006 with a BA in Theatre. 27 years old now. I am now considering a career change and have always had an interest in Computer Science. Would it be a good idea to go back to school to get a BS in Computer Science? Would it be more beneficial to go back to school to get an MBA and do Computer Science some other means? Or I guess MBA and BS CS would be a pretty good combo. I am interested in programming as well as CIS.

I'm currently 19years old and have been gone from my house since I was 15 1/2. I've been living with my boyfriend since I first left and am perfectly fine. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named D'angelo 10days ago. I've called my moms old phone once and her number is still the same and she's not living in the same house but I know where the house she's staying is. My question is how do I go home? Not to stay but make things right, the reason I left was because all my stepdad did was touch on me drink and even raped me. I tried telling my mom but she always played me as a liar (when I told her she acted all caring then that night I heard her talking to him an said I had a wild imagionation and was a compulsive liar). So I left a few nights later one day, I didn't go far about 4hours away to ATL. I remember seeing me on the news for a few nights but after that everything went away and I've been living a normal life, to be honest only thing I did was change my hair an got fake glasses an contacts and got a job. I looked the same to me so I thought nobody cared. Advice please, I just want her to meet her grandson and make things right but honestly I'm scared she'll hate me. She not a very forgiving person from what I remember and is always wrapped in her job making them happy instead of family. I'm also terrified about what my family will say if they'll hate me also! Patron-Hera/Juno) Piper Leo Coach Hedge Thalia (She wont turn on her brother) Jake Mason (He is Leo's cabinmate) So, which side would you take, if Jason and Percy declear war on each other. I've tried to even out the lists as I am sure Connor and Travis would be on Percy's side, while Jake will be on Jason's side as Leo is there. I am sure Thalia wont think twice about helping her baby brother over her friend as she sometimes fights with Percy.
