Ok im sorry that theres hundreds and hundreds of these questions, but each one i've look at havent awnsered my question. I've just turned 17 years old. I'm 6'3 And im around 80kg (12.5 stone) I have a bit of a belly I would love to lose before the summer. My belly isnt too big so I can sort of breath in 24/7, to make it appear smaller, and that is how I would love it to be naturally. I have a decent gym routine which involves a mixture of HIIT and resistance training, which i'll do at the most, 5 times a week, at the least 3. I have been on this routine since around January 2011 and the only noticeable effect I have seen are muscle growth (shoulders, biceps, pecksetc etc.) which im happy with, its just my stomach which I need to flatten. I'm also a very keen cyclist. I have been for the past 2 years and still continue as one so i'm used to intense cardio workouts. The one thing I think is stopping me see belly fat loss is my diet. Im not very, concentrated, on my diets, as I seem to eat healthy for around a week, then i'll just ruin it on a friday night out with friends or something. I recently have been trying the first stage of the caveman diet, which involves drinking a few glasses of water for breakfast and getting the 'brainrush' feel. Then grazing on nuts and dry fruit throughout the day, then 'feasting' on dinner, and thats when I'll eat what im given. All im asking in this question is, can somone tell me what foods to eat, to flatten my stomach completely. Just listing 'carbs' really wont help, I need some more explanation, the actual food names, portion size, and calorie intake for an active student. Cheers.

i have a little morkie (maltese yorkie) and he will not stop biting and his teeth are getting really sharp. he used to respond to just putting a toy in his mouth and saying no, but now he is getting smart and just wanting to bite skin. I know he is a puppy and they do that but the bites are starting to hurt so i need to stop it . Please help me!

I get a lot of people telling me thats she's really clever. I know every mother wants to think of their child as advanced or gifted and I'm pround of her regardless. she can count to thirteen and understands what it means, she constantly counts little objects everywhere like how many fingers are on her hand etc. she can sing the ABC song but doesnt have an understanding on the letters just yet since 18 months she could say these body parts - eyes, nose, mouth, ears, teeth, head, hair, boobies, bum, hand, feet and toes and can point to them on her body and on animals since 19 months she could name so many animals and do the sounds of a dog, cat, pig, duck, snake, horse, rabbit, cow, bird and sheep she can say so 100's of words, she comes out with lots of new words everyday, she can say sentences like "mummy i have bottle please" "we go park now?" "daddy where are you?" "mummy is that nice?" and you can understand her very clearly She plays a peppa pig game on my iphone all by herself she says and understands oppisites hot,cold, big, small, high, low, open, close she's quite tidy and particular, likes her drink to go in her drink holder, always puts her plate on the side and her rubbish in the bin when she's finished and i don't even ask her to do it :) she can could mumble along to songs since before she could talk, now she can sing most nursery rhymes though she does mumble the odd word that she doesn't know she's got a very high attention spam, she could sit and watch tv for hours if i let her, she's learned spanish words just from watching dora the explorer

I like one of my best friends. She's a kinda quiet, shy girl, but very nice and cute. She's been showing me a bunch of signs that would lead me to believe she likes me (laughing at everything I do, playing with her hair or jewelry a bunch around me, wanting me to give her a bunch of piggyback rides, staring at me and either looking away or waving when I see her, jokingly suggesting we go out on a date a bunch, randomly saying "I love you!" to me, hanging out with me alone before we go out with a group we hang out in, and more). But, she's really close with this guy from her work, who's 21 (she's 17). She's always texting him and calling him (literally all the time when we hang out, I see her texting him). She talks about him to my friends and me as if he's just a mentor/best friend guy, but idk. They ALWAYS talk. She'll even text him through movies. Plus, she'll call up one of our mutual close friends even more than she'll call me up. We do talk, but I'm usually the one to start it. The weird thing with her friend is this: She normally has no problem drinking, but this weekend she decided not to drink at all at her grad party, which is weird since she always drinks (not wasted) at parties. Doesn't bother me at all, but idk if it's because her friend from work or not. He's against drinking, which I respect. Idk It might've been because I was talking to her about how after her last drink the other day she started to act weird, though. She was telling our mutual friend it was because she didn't want to act weird around us and she hates that, and not because of the guy from work. But, it's still suspicious. She's normally completely fine drinking. Is it because of what I said or out of respect for what his friend thinks? Am I overthinking this? Who does she like?

I recieved my Georgia instructional permit in February 2009. I took the driving test to recieve my license the summer of 2010. I failed. In the meantime went off to college. While I was away my permit expired (February 2011) and now Im back home practicing to get my licence. I know I need a permit to take the driving test again but if my permit is 4 months past the expiration, do I need to take the test I took to get my permit again? Thank you in advanced!

I want a baby! why haven't i ovulated this month 10 points for best answer needed!? What are the reasons to why you haven't ovulated? My cycle used to be irregular last year..now it went to regular in october..every 30 days then every 28 days for a few months then every 30 days...last month it decided to arrive twice in one month on the 2nd and the 25th...i had intercourse on the 15th and i did ovulate 19th! i know what it looks like! then i had a period 6 days later?... lasted 4 days..didn't look like one..had little black dots in it..was red then ended light creamy brown.. i haven't ovulated at all and it's been like 16/17 days now? :S ive never been late.. i took a test 7th negative..8th negative..9th negative...they all have evaporation lines!

Every so often my ankle begins to have a good amount of pain, specifically on the top and outside of my right ankle, and also cracks at the same time. This seems to happen when I have a long day on it but not all the time. For example, yesterday I was on it for 8 hours at work and then I came home and went for a 20 min run, soon after the pain and cracking set in and has continued to this morning. When im around this guy(jason), he acts stiff and awkward.I catch him sometimes stealing shy glances at me. He kept mocking one of his team mates about a trick he couldn't do in football for 15mins, when i said it was hard he then agreed with me, he said ' i suppose it is hard yeah'.He agrees with some other of my opinions too. Me and his guy friend asked him a question at the same time.He answered his friend first.I was just looking at him, and he said very awkwardly ' i was going to answer his first and then yours' smiling at me. I get on really well with one of his good mates that he seemed very annoyed about.Once i needed to use his phone, i went into a message from his gf at the time by a mistake and never closed out of it,when i gave back the phone he was smiling at me. Another time he called me good girl smiling at me. Once he asked ' how many bags on my back sarah?' when i answered 2 or 3, he was like ' 2 or 3, 2 or 3, which one is it gonna be??' chanting in my face So i was out one night and so was he, he kept staring at me in the club. He was with his friends that dont like me.We talked briefly and we couldnt hear what each of us were saying but he kept laughing and smiling at me but after a few words i left the conversation abrubtly. He kept staring at me afterwards alot.At the end of the night i was talking to one of my of my girlfriends in the club and he came up from behind me and sat in front of me with his friend( we dont like each other) I could sense him looking at me smiling. I said bye to my friend and gave them a dirty look( i know thats bad but i was kinda tipsy and pissed off he was staring at me the entire night and did nothing in the end). When i left the club i straight away got into a taxi with my 3 friends, a minute later i saw him outside the club with his friend( that i hate) with his back to the crowd, jasons head going everywhere looking like he was searching for someone.

My brother just called me furious over something his wife had done. He said their son (5) has red dots on his privates, that looked like bug bits, such as chiggers. As a treatment, she used an old wives tale that she had heard about putting nail polish on chigger bites. My brother went balistic when he saw her putting nail polish on his sons testicles. This is not the first disagreement that they have had over how they raise my nephew. They fight all the time, over money or over basically anything my sister-n-law does that my brother disagrees with. He has threatened to kick her out more times than I can count, and this is no exception. He told her to get out again, and told me that he is thinking about calling CPS on her for this, and he thinks that they will take it very seriously because, as he puts it, That is just pure ignorance!!!! I am shocked that he would threaten to call CPS on his own wife, especially over this. Poor choice? Yes. But abuse? No.

I scrapped my arm when a tree I was cutting fell and landed on me. I asked my friend to get me some hydrogen peroxide to pour on it but he said I might as well just wash it with the water and leave it at that. He said that peroxide hasn't kept up with the different strains of infections and there were better products out there for anti-bacterial use like Neosporin. Is that true? Has hydrogen peroxide lost its effectiveness?
