I am trying to lose weight while growing several inches. I am 205.5 and 5" 10" male. I am trying to lose 22.5 pounds and I am trying to grow at least 4 inches, preferably more. I am 14, 15 in 2 weeks. I am traveling to my homeland, Serbia, in 2 weeks. I always gain 3-7 pounds there. (I excersise whole day but the food is just so good!) I am very fit, so I can do strenuous excersise. (but I am not trying to gain muscle mass) I am overweight by a little bit, and I am trying to lose all the extra fat. I want to lose as much as I can before I travel, and I want to lose all the weight before winter. I have biking, running, stretching, fishing, weight lifting, and swimming available. What should I do? How much should I do? What should I eat? What should be my calorie intake? How much should I sleep? (I have been very tired ands stressed for the past 2 weeks, for multiple reasons) Help?

I was hanging out with my boyfriend the other day and he told me that he didn't feel well (which is all the time). I get really sad when he feels sick, because I start to worry that something is going to happen to him, and I actually started crying. Not like bawling, but a few tears dripped from my eyes. Hi, My horse keeps on cutting himself on various places in the box what do i do to prevent this?? We have a double horse-box with a partition in it and only 1 horse. Every time we put him in the box he is resistant to go into the box and i need some one behind me to wave the crop/whip around to make him go into the box. I do not find this ideal and i was wondering how i can prevent this as i hate using the whip/crop to scare him into the box?? He kicks like mad in the box when we start to drive , ESPECIALLY when we are going around turns and he ends up cutting his lower hind legs and then i can't ride him when we get there because of the cut. I have boots for him but he finds the boots very uncomfortable and it is very hard to put on him What can I do to prevent him cutting his lower hind legs?? Also he cuts his hip area off the partition. The cuts do look very sore. What I've done to help prevent this is: I've put his winter rug over the section of the partition where he gets cut and he doesn't get cut but it's not really ideal. I was wondering do i have to take out the partition and maybe put something else in or is it all about the position he is in in the box or........ what? Please reply as quick as possible thank you :)

i am looking for a book recommendation for a teen/young adult (or adult as long as it's not too much) book with lots of romance, not just a little at the end. sort of sprinkled throughout, like the book perfect chemistry by simone elkels, or the paradise books by her as well. realistic fiction preferably, but if it's really good i wouldn't mind another genre. i'm not sure... i'm just in the mood for a really good romance. not a big fan of love triangles, but i do love a happy ending :) thanks.

I just herniated a disc towards lower back. My doctor says for now don't exercise or do anything. My doctor says the Nov. 20th Marathon is out of the question and that I should do as little walking as possible now and no swimming. He hasn't ordered an MRI either. Is this a bit odd?

I'm 15, and I have been vegetarian since I was 12, and vegan since I was 13. Lately, I've been getting REALLY bored with the food I make. (I've cooked every single thing that I've eaten since I was 13 years old.) Do you have any ideas/recipes for me? Nothing too complicated to make, or anything that takes hours and hours :P Also, nothing weird like spinach stew with lentils and eggplant "froth", and twigs on the side... the problem we had 2 weeks ago My daughter is 16 and is her boyfriend. the boyfriend got his previous girlfriend pregnant when he was 14. when the baby was born, due to the stress of having a child she committed suicide. her parents couldn't care less about her baby. so he was left with his daughter. he still goes to school, and when he turned 15 he got a job to support the baby. he seemed very protective of his daughter. anyway, my daughter started hanging out with him about a year ago. i thought they were just friends, not anything serious. yesterday, i heard my daughter saying things "like your so cute". i walked in and she was giving his daughter milk and called her mommy. i called him to come to our house and i called his parents. my husband is saying that he cares for his child and our daughter is helping her boyfriend. he also really does love my daughter. they get along great and look like a great couple. he may have made a bad decision, and trying to change. but my daughter is far to young to be taking care of a child. i have no doubt that my daughter when she gets older, she will be a great mother. but right now she just seems to young to be a mother. well we all talked about the baby being at my house and my daughter taking care of it. the baby slept in my daughters lap during the entire conversation and still called her mommy. we agreed if the baby is going to be at are house during the night, that there must be one of the parents there. we also agreed if she wants to be the mother of this child, me and my husband agreed that she will have to do every responsibility of having a child is(diapers, sleeping, feeding, and loving) and get up at 2am to take care of the Babbie's needs. we think it is a good life lesson for our daughter to understand how to take care of a child. his daughter will stay at our house 2-3 days out of the week, and sometimes boyfriend will spend the night over on the cough. the problem is now the problem is she is starting to treat the baby as if it was hers. she is extremely attracted and defensive of the baby. she is using her job to support the baby(the boy does too) and her boyfriend is sleeping at our house a lot more in her bed. they leave the baby in her room while it sleeps and the door is always open. the boy says he has learned his lesson about sex and is going to wait till hes married. that's why he leaves the door wide open, to think that will gain trust. what should i do?

I really like this guy, and i'm 99.999% sure he likes me back. He shows signs of interest in me a lot. Something keeps telling me he's going to ask me out...and i think i'm right. Recently he has been staring more, and says 'hi,(then my name)' when i'm alone, but not when i'm with my friends. I like him but i don't know if it's right to go out with him, as he's really popular and nearly evey girl likes him, and i'm not so popular and not very cool also not the best looking girl in the school. Okay, by beliefs, I meant that I used to be a strong religious kid. But, after puberty(I recently finished) I've been doubting myself, and everytime I think about it it kills me to think that I just. . . don't seem to believe. I mean, I don't know what happened. When I think about it I break down and cry sometimes. I've been praying for help, praying so hard I'd start to bawl. Nothing has been getting better. Down in my heart, I really hope that he understands and if I die that he still brings me home even though I am in a bad time of life. Just for him to remember that if he does decide to end my life, that I still didn't have time to sort through it and figure things out. I am also hoping with each ounce of my blood that its because I am getting emotional from ending puberty. If this happened to you, or to your friends or something, tell me. I'd like to know what is happening and what its from, or if I actually need help. I just need an explanation. Please, help me.

I am running a legit version of Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium (preinstalled on my machine). Recently, i installed ubuntu (10.04) from "Inside Windows". Played around with it, restarted went to windows and back a dozen or so times, everything was perfectly fine, i never had a problem with ubuntu. But, i wanted to acsess my windows files, so i looked up how to do so thru ubuntu. It had a lot of terminal work using commands. It worked fine, and i got the files i needed. I went back to windows and played a few games like i always do, then completely shut down my desktop. When i went to boot it back up the next day, i went to ubuntu. Gets stuck booting, and only shows the blinking cursor on the top right (left it for an hour). Windows hangs at the bootlogo, right as the balls of light that make up the windows logo come into sight. Recovery mode on ubuntu fails. Safe mode, recovery mode and every mode (thru the HDD) available in Windows fails. What can i do? i CANNOT risk loosing all of my files, reinstalling would be a last resort.

This is my 2nd baby. My first came at 38 weeks at 8 lbs 13 oz, caused my to have 3rd degree uterine prolapse, 3rd degree cystocele, 2nd degree rectocele. This baby, when I was 30 weeks, was already over 4 lbs (2weeks ahead of schedule). 1st I have had a history of left reflux in my kidney when I was a young child. UTI 's stopped in adolescence. Started up again when began intercourse and an penned to them ever since. The pain is in the bladder, no stinging or burning, just hurt when full (and full is barely full). OB and lab tests confirm no UTI. I can't go more than 20min without the urge to pee. And once I go, no relief, just utter soreness! Is this because of the baby putting stress on my bladder? Is there anything the can do to help with the pain? I go to tears now if I have to hold it more even for a minute? I'm even afraid to drink water if I am not home and know I am close to the bathroom. Help...

I am a 16 year old girl and I am planning on losing my virginity. It's really not that big of a deal to me, and I just want to get it over with already. Please don't give me any lectures, because I honestly won't care. I already know about condoms and birth control, and all of those safety precautions. I basically want to know, how will it feel? Will it hurt my first time? I use tampons, but will that even make a difference, in how much it does or doesn't hurt? What do I do during sex? My friend has three cats. Her parent's wont let her buy cat food anymore and I think that's crap. They do eat wild animals though like mice, rabbits, birds, etc. One of them is pregnant now. My friend asked me to adopt them (because I love animals and my house is huge with 9 bedrooms alone) and I want to but I'm not sure I should move the pregnant one? She's thin though and can't catch food well and my friend told me that the other two will share their catch with her but I don't want them to be living off this. Will the stress of the pregnant cat being moved to a new location be worth it? My rescue cat Shadow is allergic to pollen and gets shots monthly for it and he's allergic to regular cat food and has to eat special low allergen food btw so I'm okay with spending a lot of money on cats. I have a small patch of disfigured skin right below one of my breasts that has always made me self conscious about wearing a bikini. I would like to get it surgically removed but I would like a ballpark estimate of how much it would cost so I know what to expect. It's tiny, it looks like an oversized mole from a distance but a doctor once told me it's a third nipple or something of the sort. I would like to be able to wear a bikini without anxiety. I know prices vary from one place to the next but I want a general estimate.

If you were the boss of a dept. at a company and had a chance to hire a woman as your assistant. You're also married with two kids and a wife to support, and you cheat. Would you choose one of your side pieces or jump-offs? Or would you choose a woman you have sex with and feelings for? Why or why not? My husband has recently tried to hire his former mistress, which I recently found out about. His income is higher than mine and we have 2 kids under 4. Am I right to think that having sex with a subordinate He hires when there are many emails I've read (and she could have saved), means that he'd be risking his job?! Also, would you want to see your sex-only "friend" every day? Or only a woman you're serious about?
