I'm part of a professional performance company where our next production is Phantom of the Opera, however we want to do it old fashioned style for this performance, with only male performers. I'm the only male in the troupe who can sing castrato so I'm being stuck as Carlotta or as Christine. I want to be Christine just because I know all her lines and I'm the only guy who can hit both high enough to sing 'Wishing you were somehow here again' and low enough to sing 'Point of No Return' but they want to put me as Carlotta because she sings so much higher than Christine, and I'm the only one who can hit her notes. What should I do? What I want to and be Christine or do what they want and be Carlotta?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 1 year and 2 months, im 16 he's 17 and we are each others first sexual relationship. We started having sex the first month we dated, it's very rare if we don't use a condom cause i don't wanna get pregnant. Ive been on birth control but i was given a generic one that i swear my body was allergic to. Its called junel 1 20 (21 day) and towards the 3rd week i felt signs of a yeast infection. It hurt to go pee and i had discharge and 2 days after developing this infection i got 2 bumps that hurt and itched. When i went to the obgyn she said it looked similar to herpes but she isn't diagnosing me with it she tested me on monday. She gave me Medicare for a yeast infection and cream and pills for herpes which i don't think i have. My boyfriend doesn't have herpes his parents talked to me about it. He hasn't cheated on me ever and i never cheated on him. I get the results tuesday. What do you guys think it is? i need peoples opinions cause im scared out of my mind.

I have worked at my family's small business since I was 12 years old. I'm now a university junior. I usually could care less about guys. I figure at this point in my life, they're not worth the drama and pain they cause. Last week, I got my wisdom teeth cut out. My face is swelled up like a chipmunk. I went in to work the next morning, swollen, no makeup, my skin all broken out. Looking awful. It's an instruction business, and my co worker came in with his new student. He explained to his student,(we'll call him Bill) that I'd just had my wisdom teeth out. To my surprise, Bill was like, "I just had mine out last week." So we talked for a minute. When he came back to pay, he started talking about teeth again. It led to his job, and how he's starting grad school at my university. Turns out he got his undergrad here too. I found out he was the same major as me, and that we've had the same professor. I did some quick math and he's 27-28. Then somehow it turned to what majors make money, vs which ones dont.Anyways, I usually have a really hard time talking to anyone, but this wasnt awkward at all. And of course, he had to be cute. And of course, I look TERRIBLE. i'M 20. Does anyone else have embarrassing moments like this happen? Or is it just me? I'm back at work today, still broken out and no makeup, my hair is crazy, and guess who appears over my desk unexpected? i was like, "I remember you!" and he was just like "yeah.." This time while he was gone…I fixed what was wrong. He came back though, and wasn't chatty like last week (still really nice, just not super friendly like before). I'm actually, kinda bummed (and I realize I have no reason to be). I very rarely feel NOT awkward around a guy, and actually like seeign them. Did I read too much into someone being nice to me? Apparently I must be reallllly ugly -_-

I asked this girl to Prom back in May. Everything seemed to be going pretty good till she flaked on me the mere week of the dance. The week after the dance several people told me how she said on her english final presentation that one of the things she learned throughout high school is that you have to be nice to everybody and that a few days ago she wasn't nice to this guy whose name wasn't going to mention but she did mentioned that she cried for a week after that. So it seems to me that she regretted canceling on me and I have been truly thinking about this for a long time, since I really like this girl and since she regretted not going to Prom with me I think she may feel the same way too. I know it's been over a month but what should I do?

Okay so I will try to make this as short and sweet as I can so you guys don't have to read a lot but okay so.... I love this boy and he loves me back. We are only 14 but we have liked each other ever since we were 11. We are going into ninth grade and during 7th grade some kids were bullying him and he has cystic fibrosis and he has diabetes and they had to put a feeding tube in his stomach and some retard kicked or punched his stomach and he got really hurt and he had to spend a lot of days in the hospital and then his parents decided okay we can't have this happening and so he needs to be homeschooled. So he was homeschooled for the end of 7th and all of 8th. We text each other a lot and he says he wants to come back but his parents won't let him. I want to come back so bad!!! He says his parents say that he can not ever come back even after 9th grade!! :/ idk what to do? I love this boy more than anything! You can think we are too young and you can think that we don't know what love is but seriously I love him! And we don't get to see each other that much cuz we are 14 I mean we don't go on regular dates and stuff and so if he never comes back to school that will be horrible and idk what to do? Advice?? Well Ive have been feeling this for about two years(Im 14 right now), but I always thought it was normal. Well, before I get to what Im feeling, I have a bit of a story to tell, it might be kinda long. Well first of all, about two years ago during the summer, I always saw a ghost girl and a ghost boy. I thought I was just seeing things so I just got over it and I didn't see it the next summer. Well a couple of months ago my friend asked me to stay anight at a hunting house with him and a few other people. we were sure it was haunted, a ghost haunting show had a show shot there(they got so scared the first night that they ran out and didn't go back to get their equipment until 3 weeks later). And I have always been interested in the paranormal, so I agreed. I didn't think much of it, I thought I would just see and hear a few things. Well the night came, and we went over to the house. The lady had some cameras that she set in the 2nd most haunted room, and my boyfriend and my friend went in the room, not much happened, we saw a couple of orbs and that's about it. Then me and my other friend went in there. He was talking and not much happened, so he let me talk, so I talked. I asked a few questions, and I stopped talking. I heard everyone in the living room watching freak out, so I got kinda scared and asked what happened, and they just told me to talk again so I did. Then I started to feel light headed so I left the room. All the other people told me every-time I talked, tons of orbs just started surrounding me, and it did that for no one else, so I went back in there with my friend, and she talked, not much happened, when I talked, the same thing happened again. After that more people went in there and some stuff happened, just mostly people getting touched(I also got touched both times I was in the room), so we put the cam in the most haunted room. The owner of the house asked it to do some stuff, but it didn't do anything, we were just seeing orbs and some other things. I asked it to move the blinds on the window, and it did, then i asked it to do it on the other window, and it did. The owner of the house looked astounded and she asked me if I had any mental disabilities, I told her about my depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, and told her how I all the weird stuff that happened to me at home. She started telling me about that the ghost was feeding off my energy and I was feeling what it was feeling, and well her family was wiccan, and she was telling me that I was really powerful and had a lot of energy. And that's why I was getting so much of a reaction. Well I went home and things were about the same. And that's the story. The way Im feeling is really weird. Its like I can feel energy changes when I go place to place, and I was reading on the internet and what it sounds like what i have is clairsentience, but it even happens when no one is around. and i know there is ghost in my house(from a happening at the haunted house), and I know that it is the little girl and boy that i saw before. And I always feel tired and have headaches, and my mood is always changing(like the bipolar disorder), but the lady said it wasn't bipolar disorder, I was just feeling what the ghost was feeling. And I cant be around a lot of people, or I feel very stressed and just plain horrible. And its so weird, when Im in certain places in my house, the energy just gets so high it makes me feel faint and light headed, because of it I pass out on a regular basis, a lot of times when I leave my house for a long period of time and then go back home, cause the huge energy change. I also see and hear some things, but I mostly feel stuff. And the most energy is in my room and by my room. The energy changed since I was at the haunted house, cause the lady gave me a weird thing, im not sure what its called, it has a lot of stones on a copper string of wire and she said each stone does something and its supposed to keep bad energies out of my room. and before I was really never in my room cause I hated being in there, i slept on the couch, it just felt bad, but when I got that thing it didn't feel bad, but i had to sleep with my mom cause i couldn't stand the big energy change, it would make me faint, so i went in my room for short periods of time during the day.I try to ignore it, but its been happening for about a year now, it happens almost everywhere I go(i just feel the most energy at my house, other than the haunted house). Ive been ignoring it, but now im starting to faint more and feel more sick, and at night when im trying to sleep, i can feel the boy and girl by my bed, sometimes see them, and about 3 times I have been touched, and twice I have felt like ive been held down.Does this happen to anyone else? What is it really? Is there anyone willing to talk to me and explain what it is and what it does? I have just started having problems with my online videos. Every time i try to watch one i get a green screen. If I'm in youtube i can change the quality of the video to the lowest setting and i get a crappy video. Ive tryed right clicking the video and checking hardware acceleration, changing my browser, and reinstalling flash but nothing has worked. Is there anything i can do to fix it or am i fubar?

I'm a young female dating someone in his late 30s. Things are great now, but I don't want to assume that the age difference won't impact things. Have any of you out there had a relationship with such a large age gap? What were some of the problems that arose for you because of it? Or did it really not matter all that much?
