BRACEBRIDGE, Ont. - Lawyers for a man charged after not wearing clothes at a drive-thru in central Ontario will try to convince an Ontario court judge Tuesday that it should no longer be a criminal offence to be nude in public. Brian Coldin is on trial after being nude at an A&W and a Tim Hortons in Bracebridge, where he pretended to reach into his non-existent back pocket for his wallet. His lawyers will argue the nudity laws under which he was charged are too broad and therefore unconstitutional. "The purpose of the criminal law is to protect us from harm, not to protect the sensibilities of the most prudish among us," Nader Hasan, one of Coldin's lawyers, said in an interview. "These laws violate freedom of expression and they are overbroad such as to punish all kinds of conduct that is completely harmless and shouldn't be criminal." Hasan will argue it should not automatically be a criminal offence to be without clothes in public and that discretion of prosecuting people for being nude should be left up to police. Hasan pointed out that, as the laws currently stand, you can be charged if someone sees you naked in your own home. Section 174 of the criminal code says it is illegal to be nude in a public place or while exposed to the public while in a private place. If the laws are overturned, Hasan said, it would no longer be a crime to be nude while sunbathing or changing at the beach

Inside the volcano store to the far right it seems to me to be like a breakable door but no matter what i do i cant seem to open it i was wondering if it was even open-able in the first place or not. they are the set of 3 stalagmites covering a frame. i have yet to see any Intel on it yet. and as well in the insane store that opens up once you beat the game in normal mode, again to the far right there is a bat statue with smaller versions of it lying about around it, does this stature have any signification other than being there or being a stature for a future extension to the game.

I think my guy friend and i have intellectual/mental chemistry with each other, and he brought it up himself as well, saying our intellectual connection is rare for him and im awesome. however, he said he considers me a friend and that is all. Ive known him for a year, but there has always been this inconvenient tension between us. He's an awkward person, but extremely awkward and nervous around me, and no one else (unless he's giving a speech). After he told me he doesnt like me "like that" he contacted me a few days later to talk online as usual...but there are times where we give each other a lot of space, such as recently. (no long conversations for almost two weeks). Havent seen each other since school ended, we've never hung out. With so much tension between two people, and intellectual/mental connection, is it possible a guy could be attracted but deny it? or is it common to have tension between just friends?

i had it for about 11 months. it is the samsung impression. but i dropped it a couple times and the screen is scratched and it doesn't even work sometimes. i asked my mom for a new phone but she said i had a 2 year contract. i dont wanna have this crappy phone for another year! i even told her i'd buy the breaking contract and a new phone (i want a blackberry). any way i can repair it when its not over like $100? or any other help/advice is greatly appreciated!:) thank you so much! also this is my first phone

summers here and i have more time on my hands then ever and i have nothing to do. today, i decided to build a canoe. i went online and looked it up but i found a bunch of plans that you have to pay for but really, i don't like the idea of giving my credit card number online. does anyone know a site where it has plans for free? or does anyone know how to make one? is there any store that sells the plans? i wanted to make a multi person canoe so that at least 2 people can sit in it ( 3 would be much better for me).

I am mixed (black and white) so my hair is kinda weird. Its not stiff, but its not so flowy and long. When I wet my hair and it drys it get really poofy. So after I wash my hair and braid it will it get poofy? How can I make less poofy!!! And are there any other ways besides a curling iron because they don't work on my hair...

My youth group is going on a trip to Chicago in August. We've went before 2 years ago and it was OKAY. ok so its obvisioulyy 4th of july and thier is tons of tempting foods surrounding me. im a vegan, so its not like im going to eat any fried chicken,potatoe salad,or pie or anything but my family is offering vegan food for me...indcluding vegan sweets. i eat rlly healthy usually, i have been going running every morning at like 5:30am and not overeating for a while and my body is looking pretty damn good at the moment i must say! but my mom got vegan icecream. its called "tofuttie" or somethin and its pretty bad for ya. 200 cals per serving, and theres 4 servings in one pint or watever. i just ate like half of it, so im guessing thats like 500 calories maybe more cuz its half gone. then i ate these green bean snack things that are like 130 cals for 22 pieces. i probs had like 30 pieces. i also ate an orange...thats not bad ik, but still, andi had grapes. im afraid ill get out of shape again if i eat to many cals today, and its only 12:30! should i just eat lightly the rest of the day?
