I'm a White American living in India. I find Indian women to be the sexiest and most intelligent in the world, but they also seem completely unapproachable. I know this has to do with traditional culture and women's fear of what their families would think if they got involved with a White man. Still, I've caught Indian women looking at me before, even though they always quickly look away. But if I try to approach them I usually get the cold shoulder. Still, I can't believe that out of over a billion people there aren't a few women who are open to it. Is there something different I should try, do I just have bad luck, or should I just forget it?

Okay, so I am generally petite--I have a narrow waist, hips that are slightly narrower and a behind that's on the flat side. However, my thighs are REALLY big, since I am a cross country and track runner and run every morning. I don't like to wear boyfriend or chambray jeans, so every time I go out to buy a pair of jeans they either make my thighs look like the ham hocks they are, or are super loose around the waist and baggy around the thighs. Short of getting a pair of ridiculously expensive custom made jeans, where can I go to find a pair of jeans that actually fits?

have three adult cats - two outside and one inside the outside are allowed to come in and out through cat door in the patio door. they all have fleas - our carpet is inundated with fleas - vacuuming the carpet daily helps a bit - fleas have gotten into the litter box - cats refuse to use it now. how to keep fleas from multiplying? have the exterminator coming in to spray the house and outside back yard on tuesday. will put flea product on the three cats on the back of the neck the same day.

Ok, so I'm a 14 year old girl who is about 5'5 and weighs 115 lbs. I was a chubby kid, very chubby in fact. I slowly began slimming down and now I'm perfectly healthy. I still, however, feel the need to lose 5 pounds. Now, I belong to an obese family. Not genetically, but environmentally because they eat a LOT. I control myself. An aunt told me that I will lose weight slowly and as I age so I do not need to diet at all AND teenagers who diet end up fat and have diseases like insulin resistance or diabetes. So, please tell me will I get slimmer. I have a grandmother who has a similar body structure to mine and was very thin. Will I be like her because i have bony hands and feet and my collar bone is visible as well as a few ribs. Keep in mind I have a belly pouch and my tummy rolls. My aunt calls this 'baby fat.' How much of this is true? I mean, will i really get slimmer?

Hi, Can anyone help? I am a disabled man using sticks and I live in a one bedroom leasehold flat, meaning that I own the internal walls but the landlord is responsible for the exterior. It occurred to me that in the event of a fire the only exit is the front door, so if for example the fire was in the kitchen( mid way through the flat,) i could not safely get to the door to get out. THere are windows in the bedroom, and it is ground floor so i could try and get out there, but a better solution would be to have a door fitted in the bedroom. Does anyone know if there is any uk legislation that would compel my freeholder to allow me (or even better him!) to install an additional exit? Many thanks

I'm 17 (18 soon) and will be going into my senior year this fall (I have posted this before) . Everything started with a campaign to make this guy (my now ex boyfriend) as miserable as possible. For some reason everyone thought of him as a loser (he was quite cute so possibly jealousy?) and i did too (at first). He had no confidence whatsoever and I was actually used as a (willing at the time) tool to bring about his 'amusing' downfall (i was popular but not the high school archetype) and began to gain his trust which ended in me becoming his 'girlfriend'. However, my real boyfriend knew about this and whilst i was in this fake relationship (a period of about 9 months) he (my ex) would write me love letters and poems whilst my real boyfriend and i made fun of him in secret. However, the next couple of months made me fall in love with my ex for real: whenever we made out I felt a connection with him that i'd never felt with my real boyfriend (who actually was the 'jock' type), his dad hated him and had kicked him out more than once, he told me (at one time in-between kisses) that i was the best thing that ever happened to his life. Now, my actual boyfriend suspected this and then ended the relationship for both of us-he literally grabbed him and led him to the computer rooms with the rest of his idiotic friends and showed him recordings that i had never wanted him to see:of me and him kissing with his hand on my *** us calling him (my ex) a loser and a retard one of me burning one of his love messages and another of me giving my first bf a lap-dance (all this happened during my relationship with him but in the early to mid stages-before i developed any feelings for him). He just stared at me for a long time then said: 'you were just playing me the whole time' and shoved me HARD before he left the room. At the end of our Junior year I've hardly seen him at school (after the incident, he could not go anywhere without people chanting 'l-o-s-e-r' in the halls at him) and my other bf (who i've also broken up with) has told me not to look for him or he will kill me and him. But i seriously want to atone for this and to be forgiven in return. What shall i do? I posted this before but did not receive any helpful answers. Please give me advice not a lecture. Last week I went to see his dad and he told me to go **** myself (seriously) and to leave his son alone. Do you think i'm a bad person for doing this (even my own mother says that at times like this she is ashamed of calling me her daughter)

Well.. i have this guy that i really like since 2007, and i never seen him since 2008 summer, and i still got feelings for him.. but i have a boyfriend i been with since oct 2008, and i've always been thinking of leaving him but since the guy from 2007 has facebook now,, and i added him but when i first seen his face (picture) i felt like i wish i didnt see his face, becuz then all the feelings i had came up and felt bad too at the same time.. making me feel sick like im gonna throw up, or faint..ok so i've been talkin to him on facebook and i just dont know what to do, he's single now since like 3 days ago, i was single for 1 day and i got lonely so i took my boyfriend back. and i feel like i shouldnt of done that, even thou i've spent months trying to leave him and i finally did,, and took him back. and i dont know if this guy feels the same way as i do, it seemed like him and his girlfriend were happy and loving eachother but 2 weeks gone by and now there broken up. the reason why i never seen him since 2008 is becuz i moved and my phone number changed,, he didnt have a phone :(... this was when i was 16 i was in forster home.. and now i'm 19 turning 20 soon ...i just dont know what to do i feel like im stuck here

I'm very passionate about history (particularly European and North African) and writing. The problem is, history majors are notorious for being unemployable, and I'm hesitant to teach anything below high school level. I've considered journalism as well, but I write my best when I'm writing creatively. While journalism is something to consider, I think there may be better options. Something else I'm passionate about is health and fitness. My mother is a personal trainer and my aunt is a dietitian. I shy away from this sort of career because I don't have a scientific mind. What jobs do you think I should consider? What major would be applicable in any, maybe many, of the fields I listed? Student designed majors and double majoring are both options as well. I'm also open to the idea of pursuing a masters or doctorate. Thank you for your opinions! (:
