[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : PLEASE I need help slimming my legs and thighs ! :( I have no idea what to do?

First of all, I am 19 years old, 5'3 and weigh 115 pounds, so I know I am in a healthy range..BUT my legs are soo big! (Please look at the pics below to see what I mean) I have never played any sports and just started exercising last year (I started out at 155 lbs but for some reason my legs never seem to get smaller) I have no fat at all on my stomach and arms..it is just my lower body. I run between 30-50 minutes 5 days a week and do stregth training on Monday Wednesday and Friday..I also count my calories..I have been eating between 1200-1400 calories a day for the past year (besides weekends, but I rarely eat bad then anyways), and I eat healthy overall. I know the shape of my legs is genetic because I have always had big legs, but there has to be a way to get rid of my cankles and fat wide legs. :((((((( I have no idea what to do I have tried so many things. I would just loveeee to wear shorts during the summer! I haven't since the 4th grade (besides this picture and at night). And I also have really bad cellulite but for some reason you can't tell in the pics I am posting. Please if you know ANYTHING at all that can help me I would love to hear it. Thank you. My friends keep bugging me to go. But I really don't feel like wasting my time watching nude women dance or waste my money on tips. There's so many more fulfilling things I like. My friends are literal boners & imagine f**** strippers. Gets annoying when they keep saying I'm gay for not wanting that. IDK I'm single but I'd rather prusue a relationship with a real girl instead. Plus I thinks it's kinda stupid/wrong how clubs portray women. I probably sound lame.

My best friend who is like a sister to me is getting married and she lives out of state. I have severe flying anxieties that require medication so I hate flying. I would also have to bring my 1 and 3 year old and all their stuff and car seats. I cannot imagine all of the work and stress and finance it would be to fly out there. I feel so bad to miss it but I just don't know what to do.

my ex she is 25 and I we've been broken up for a year now we talk to each other and text. the one day she had her girl who is a friend over and they watched a movie after the movie she text me. Then one night she went to the bar with her girl friends from work and she text me when she was at the bar and if i didn't answer she would text again saying hello. She tells me everything like that her mom and real dad are getting back together and that she hates her mom. well 7months ago her step dad tryed to rape her she got out of there i was the first one she called i picked her up and i was rubbing her back and i was there for her.The day after that her and her real dad went to report the step dad to the police. Then the next day she went out west for a couple weeks and came back on march break to spend with her son. well 2 weeks after we got in a fight and i said mean stuff like she is just like her mom and that her son is going to hate her how she hates her mom and that she is a s lut. i didn't mean any of it. so its been about 6 months since we talked. the last text she send me was saying i want to be left alone by everyone.I text her alot of times saying sorry i left flowers and cholate at her place with letters telling her how much she means to me and how sorry i really am.I seen on her facebook all her closes friends from work she delete them all off her facebook. 2months she been staying at her grandma and grandpa's she told me that she is on drugs from the dr so im guessing she is depress or stressed. i send her a text a while ago and she hasn't said anything. Her aunt and my dad are really good friends well she told my dad that she quit her job and moved out west 4months ago to be with her ex and they are going back out and is going to stay out west for a year. I know last year in july she went down to see him for 2 weeks then in dec he came down for 3 weeks. She has a son who is 10 years old and her mom and dad have custody of her son so she can't take him out west with her. so why would she move there for a year without her son for an ex. here aunt also said she said she doesn't want to have anything to do with me p.s when me and her were dating she told me about her ex the one who she is going out with now that they went out for 5 years. He's 10 years old then her and the reason they broke up the first time was because he wanted to get married and have kids with her and she didn't want that and that he was on drugs. So he moved out west to get clean i guess i don't know if he is clean or what so I havn't emailed her or anything for a couple months so july11 I emailed her on facebook saying I know you hate me and I don't blame you. I just want you to know that I really do care about you and that I'm here for you and after she got them she blocked me on facebook 1. So there's this guy that I really like, and we're like really good friends. We haven't been good friends for like a long time though. And we totally flirt whenever we see each other. But it's kinda been like that for a month or so and he hasn't done anything like tell me he likes me or anything. And i dont think I should tell him that I like him because it'd be awkward if he doesn't like me back. And he's done stuff like he sent me a picture of his abs (which was great) and i think it seems like he likes me. But today we were with some people and this younger girl asked him if he had a crush on me and he said no we're just buds. I was sad about this but i guess she could tell he was flirting with me so in a way it was good :P but i just wanna know if it sounds like he likes me??

I'm not a lovey-dovey, hopeless romantic type of girl and I'm not interested in relationships. I hated the way my exes would always want to talk to me constantly and know what I was doing every second and how they'd always be touching/hugging me when we were together. I get a little affection, but that was overwhelming for me. I'd feel smothered, and that led to the downfall of said relationships. I think it sounds reversed, because it seems like guys are usually the ones complaining about their girlfriends being too clingy. Also, am I weird for not being into that kind of stuff? I'm pretty independent. Thanks!

I met a girl at a party on Friday, we met a few times before that but at the party we talked a lot more and she ended up wanting to go to a park with me so we sat on a bench and held hands and just talked about out lives and things we have been through. I ended up adding her on facebook but haven;t talked since she moves to a different country in a few days so I'm not sure if I just don't say anything or if I send her a message if she wants to hangout before she goes or give her my blackberry pin in case she ever needed someone to talk to. Obviously I'm not going to pursuit dating her since I think long distance relationships are pointless but I guess it would be nice to stay in touch because she was easy to talk to and we got along well. What would you do if you were in my situation? Thanks

Why is love so pathetic? When your in love you're suppose to feel like your floating on air, but I feel like every time I try to fly someone keeps holding onto my wings. and I know that is cheesy but its true. I cry at night thinking the next day will be better and the one I love will change. In then end, they never do. You cannot change someone no matter how much you scream and shout and bitch at them. They will still hurt you in ways you'll never think possible. And they all do it the same way. Boys are specifically who I'm naming. They treat you in wonders as you get to know them, they make you shine and smile so wide your think you can rule the world, they ask you to be there girlfriend (in my case because I'm only 15) then when they get you to be theirs, they think nothing they do can take you away from them, so they play with your feelings and think it doesn't give you pain but it does, more than being shot, punched, slapped, stabbed, or dieing. you feel all that plus you heart falls apart and even when you fix it, you will still have a place missing because that boy has stolen your heart in the beginning and kept a piece for himself to remember his achievement… to break someones heart… I guess I'm just a sappy hopeless romantic and believe that you should have a happy ending like a walk to remember Mandy Moore was happy to at least get married before her time had come. Jennifer Love Hewitt got her man back several times in the Heartbreakers (he was the one chasing her like a real man should do). Amanda Peterson got to ride on a mower with a kiss from whoever he was (probably heard about that in Easy A). All theses boys were crazy about there loves, so why cant this be reality? It can if boys learn to respect girls in the generation I live in. but they don't listen to anything you wanna say. this is why gays have it easy. the same sex understands each other so much better than opposite but sadly I'm straight and I can't change that because you can't be changed. And I cannot change my feelings towards you but what I can change is how much of a bitch I can become from you. uhg sorry I'm so cheesy but I'm saying how I feel about this stupid ass love everyone talks about. Its nothing special. It can ruin someone for quite sometimes...so why is love so pathetic? I just need people opinions on love and relationships and life please

I am an Eastern Catholic Christian and I am marrying a Roman Catholic Christian woman. We both follow our faith devoutly. My father is from Punjab, India and is a devout Sikh and I want to follow some of my Indian traditions. She is a white European. We will be married in the Catholic Church in a Catholic Christian wedding. I wanted to know if we can also have a Sikh wedding at a Gurudwara and if not, can we go to the Gurudwara and have our marriage blessed, for the sake of my father's family and Indian tradition. Although we are both Christians, can we be married in a Sikh wedding also, or do you have to be Sikh? Please help, Thanx!

I'm trying to save my money for a whole lot of things coming up and one of them is to get my hair dyed. I was just wondering if the more expensive hair salons usually do a better job. My options are to pay more money to get my hair done(all the works) at a more expensive salon OR if i got my hair cut by the hairdresser who usually does my hair and then get the coloring done at a higher up place OR forget about the more expensive salon and trust my usual hairdresser. Keeping in mind- this is the first time i've died my hair and i want to make sure it's done right.

Background info: We have known each other for 7 years. We are best friends. He is from my home country, Hungary. I moved to America with my mom five years ago when I was 8. I go back to HU every summer and winter to visit family and friends and my dad. Roland and I have liked each other for 6 years but just recently told each other. We say hugs, kisses, i love you, i miss you, i wish you were here with me etc. We try to talk everyday but then we sometimes dont. We fb chat but hes gonna fix his skype. Alright, so I'm 15 and I'll be 16 next month. I've been thinking a lot about what I want to do as a career. The first thing that came to mind, was a professional guitar player. But there is a certain percent chance that I won't get famous doing that, although I don't really care to be famous, just entertain people and be really good at guitar. You know now that I think of it, I'd be happy just to be really good at guitar, and am currently practicing 3 hours a day. Now the second career I am considering is Acting. This is the more serious one. I know that you have to be really lucky to land a role on tv or whatever, but I really want to give all of that a shot. I need to know what I need to do to prepare myself for the acting world, and what steps I can take to better my acting. I plan on taking acting classes and auditoning for local roles and stuff. I'd love to be an actor. I know that I may not make it, but I'm willing to atleast try my best. Just please, give me any tips and tricks that you may have, because I'll be needing them.
