i spent more than 1/2 of my summer looking for volunteer work that 13 year olds can do at animal shelters. I am crazy about animals, and i want to help volunteer. but so far, I CANNOT FIND A SINGLE VOLUNTEER JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does anyone know an animal an animal ahelter in or near potomac md that will accept 13 year olds to volunteer????

In the past few months, I have become really good friends with this boy who I met at scouts. We constantly text and flirt quite a bit. He is always complimenting me. We arranged to meet up today cos he is going on holiday for a week in the holidays and he said he didn't wanna wait another week to see me, though he only saw me last Friday. We decided to walk my dog around the park, and we took the longest route which was deserted apart from us. Then we wanted to play crazy golf and buy some food, and he refused to let me pay. After we went to my house for a bit, which was empty apart from us. Then we went to the little park near my house. There's this big swing there, and we spent around an hour on there just laying down and talking, but he kept touching me and holding my hand, kissing it etc... Then we went on this bridge and we were laying down on it, and then he turned and hugged me, then pulled my arms around him and we spent ages just laying there hugging. After the park we went home and he was pretending to be a dog and licked my face, and kept touching my face even though I have acne! I think this means he fancies me?? I have told him my friend thinks he fancies me, but he replied by saying I didn't have to hide it from him and he never gave me a straight answer. I hope he does cos I have started to fancy him, and I hope he doesn't think I don't because he knows I used to fancy this other person from scouts - I have told him I sort of fancy someone else now (him) but I dunno if he remembers? So do you think he does ?? Thanks :) x

We have been given a Zanussi Tumble Dryer TDS 483 EW and it works I am told, but the hose needs to fit into the ring nut and I am not sure how to fit it. It's very fiddly and I don't want to rip the plastic around the hose. Thanks for reading and potential help.

So long story short I still haven't sent my AP score report in. The longer version of the story explaining why is as follows: Soph-Junior year I never knew about my school so never sent them scores, Senior year I accidentally entered the wrong code and somehow sent it to a random school. A few weeks ago I asked my dad if he had my AP number so I could send them, he just volunteered to do it himself. Today I learnt that he had forgotten to do it altogether SO.... They still don't have them, and it's a considerable amount of credit we are talking about (5 tests, 2 5's and 3 4's). Please tell me it's not to late!

Alright, here it goes. I have never had a girlfriend (Yea I know big deal). I'm sixteen, going into my junior year of high school. Up until the last few weeks of this month, I suddenly got a true love for women and the sudden urge to get a girlfriend. I find myself looking at girls my age, checking them out. Yeah, I know that's creeperish, but oh well. XP So what my question is ( actually two), is it weird that I've never had a girlfriend before? I'm not necessarily shy and non-outgoing, I just never had a point in my life where I wanted a girlfriend. I want a girl that doesn't like to party, do drugs and have sex before marriage. I want one that is outgoing, has the same interests, and wants to cuddle on my futon and watch a movie. The other question is this.. Once I get to college, I have plans. Would it be weird to walk up to a random girl, that I'm attracted to, and strike up a conversation to get to know her? Isn't that the only way to find the woman of your dreams? I'm just not hip on the whole dating processes and how to attract a girl of your likings.

my budgie has lived the same cage for three years now, and it is a very small cage (13x13x12 in.) and she is VERY attached to it. when i take her out of it, she will run right back to it. I am getting a new big cage for her soon. how do you think she will adjust to it? will she be as attached to it(I dont want her to be)? and should i let her sit in it a few days (w/out taking her out)...what should i do to get her comfortable w/out getting as attached to it?

Does criminal and civil law truly exist? I've had this recurring feeling that law is nothing more than another man's words penned to paper. Sure, they have a group of people to encourage you to conform to their system of moral beliefs, meaning police. And yes, they have a place where they socially condition you against breaking the law again, meaning jail. But it all seems very similar to how we train our dogs.

This is my boy dog, Sparky. We aren't sure if this is his breed, but this is most definitely the closest we've come. He can run pretty fast, and he has a high prey drive. He likes to try and catch the birds by jumping up and chase the squirrels on the fence. Sparky can jump about four feet up in the air and is very energetic. He's friendly to everyone except cats and people walking in the street. He loves to lick and he's a lovable dog. Sparky isn't what you would call 'calm' as he is spunky and energetic. He has a unique bark and barks at everyone and thing. He barks at the mailman, to get attention, when he gets dinner, everything. He's motivated by food, but he also loves his toys. Although, he doesn't really get the 'fetch' idea. He's pretty smart, and he knows: Sit, Wait, Shake, and Speak. He loves to squeak his toys and play tug-o-war, and likes to be carried around. He isn't very fond of water, and hates being given a bath. Sparky has to wear clothes in the winter to keep him warm too. He weighs approx. 13 pounds and stands about 14 inches at the shoulder. My aunt found him on the side of the road in a small trailer park and brought him to my house and we fell in love. He wasn't micro-chipped and had demodex mange, and he couldn't find his owners so we kept him. We estimated his birthday to be February 16th, 2009 so he is about 3 years old. He's been with us since September 2009. Okay so I noticed when you get passed 20 you have to start putting "and" in the word to make a number. For example it goes: 20- esrim 21- esrim v'echad 22- esrim u'shtayim etc etc. My question is why is the "and" pronounced "v" in some and "u" in others? Is it just something I have to memorize? Or does it really even matter? I realize the letter "vav" has a couple different ways of pronouncing it. Thanks for any tips... just wanna get it right!

This is the story , I have stopped smoking for about to weeks now and stopped drinking coffee coz thought that might stain them ..I brush them say about 3 times a day and got that new tooth paste that sopose to make them more whiter .. sometimes they are white . And sometimes they look a bit stained aspeshly when I wake up in a morning .. is there any tips or anything dose coffee or tea stain your teeth ? Please I want whiter teeth . I have been doing that look for a few years now by running hair trimmers over my face. They leave just a tiny amount of stubble on my face. Is that look still in or do you now prefer clean shaven men? If it makes any difference I live in a city but grew up in the country so I switch between those two dress styles. Does it work with one style but not the other? Thank you in advance for your answers.
