My friend, or so I thought she was my friend has very badly hurt me. Her b/f& I are close friends. Last year when I moved; she backed out in favour of doing something else. She has let me down since then too. She's very very thick with her next-door neighbour friends to the point where they just walk into each others' homes & my friend eats there every week when her b/f is working. My friend has been to my home for meals on a few occassions but leaves early because she's got a headache, is tired, etc. One time she arrived at 5.50, & was leaving by 8.10. I haven't invited her since. We have booked a trip for Jan..2 weeks & have paid for it. She's in the process of 'staging' her house to sell so she can buy property with another person (it's a very long story). Her adult sons are visiting & helping her move the furniture. I've offered my help a few times, but was told that she's fine, & will call on me a little later for help. I've learned through the b/f today that she's got her next-door neighbour friends helping today, along with the neighbours' adult children, & perhaps she'll order Chinese Food to feed everyone. Again, they're VERY thick. "Matt" mentioned all of this to me. When I called to offer help this morning, she said "I WILL need your help a bit later on, but the boys are here & they're very helpful". She did not tell me about the neighbours & I didn't let on. Since I've moved to this city, she has made excuses for not doing things, leaving early when eating here, treating me differently than others. This morning really hurt. Now, I don't want to go on that vacation..yet feel I deserve it because I've paid the money. I know money isn't the most important thing in life, but I now have learned that "Brenda" is not the person I thougth I knew. Sorry to be so lengthy. Please don't suggest speaking with her, I've done that several times, but she denies anything has changed where the friendship is concerned. She certainly doesn't act it. Shoudl I still go on the vacation or bite the bullet & not go? Thanks!!!

A friend of mine likes a woman, but she's ALOT older then him. She's twenty-seven and soon to be twenty-eight since her b-day is this month from what I heard from her. I don't know if twenty-seven is the age group for him. Since he turn nineteen for past couple months. I mean my parents have age difference. Like 6-8 years difference, my dad is the top age, and my mom is the bottom age. They're both in middle-senior wise of course. But anyway, my friend is afraid to be judged by someone that he's dating someone older then him especially it's a girl. To me, I'm completely unsure if is right or wrong. Should my friend seek for someone else rather then her?

I did some moving of furniture a week ago but didn't do any lifting just sliding. I also had a little anxiety this week and two days ago my left shoulder started hurting and neck with a headache that just wont go away. Last november 2010 i seen a chiropractor he said i had a pinched nerve. I was doing so good and then this pain just acted up again. I seen him yesterday twice and it didnt help. My headache is still there. I even put ice and heat on the area. Ive been sleeping to get rid of the pain not helping. I had mobic from another pain so I took that today thinking it would help. Still nothing. I feel so tired no energy and I just want this pain to go away. Is there anything I can do? These past couple days have felt like hell. I can touch my shoulder and feel the pain. HELPPP!!

I recently moved to a new job. The location does not have public transportation and the house are isolated. Consequently I need a car to commute. At the begin it was very difficult for me almost not possible to find accommodation or a car as long a I was not able to commute. My boss offered to rent a room in his house (family with 6 persons) I accepted because I had no another solution. I was afraid to ask to give me a ride in the places I found on internet for the car or for the house.. I felt captive and lack of privacy for me. Because I was only driving with my boss from home to work and from work to home, and put me in same office, i had no contact with other colleagues. Once the chance occurred to move to other office and I had contact with my colleagues. Then I finally purchase a car but still my Independence did not come because now I was driving with my car from home to work and from work to home and during the day I had to let my boss to use the car for to move around. last month my boss and his family had a month vacation away from home. I took the opportunity to search a house for my self and i signed the lease yesterday, My boss will be back home today. My problem is how to tell him I move out from home to let them ho Have a family life. He was always expecting me to be very gratefully because offered to rent a room in their house. But for me was difficult because around is land and forest and I had to spend the whole day with his family children and grandparents and wife, I had to help them to cook, to clean the house etc. To mention that once the knock in my door at 10 PM to wake up me to put the dishes in washer I found totally ridiculous the situation,I was renting a room and paying for that a quite high amount for what they offered to me and I was asked continuously to clean the whole house and to wash the dishes before to go at work after coming from work-those were not my dishes were for the whole family Anyhow my problem is how to tell my boss i moved out without damaging the working relationship.? Thank you!

I am a cox cable customer and got this message last night when I attempted to log on. The message said my IP had been identified as a bad IP or for abusive behavior. I know I have not done anything to be abusive so it must be the IP. Does anyone know of a solution?

I would like to know where the best place to buy a new Playstation 3 is in the eastern United States. I'm interested in getting a standard 160gb PS3 slim, but id like to know if there are any particular stores offering free gift cards, games, etc with the purchase of a new PS3. I know Best Buy was offering a $50 giftcard with one awhile ago, but I don't think that offer is still going on, so I'm just wondering if anyone knows about any deals similar to that going on. why do people use it?what they want to prove? is it lack of good manner or they feel proud to do bad things? many people here present they are very decent and sophisticated ,but when i ever i search their other answer they always use bad words(f u c k,ass**** etc etc) why this is so? don't these people really ashamed ? west is modern in technology but in ethics they are 700 years back.but still they feel it proud? disrespect for their parents.abusing them.what ever parents says we should respect them. respect you parents and your children will respect you.no rude answers please.

I've Atom processor and I'm using XP.I installed Kaspersky 2010 and it worked perfectly.But when I moved to Kaspersky 2011 my computer get slower and slower.So that I had to delete so many files in order to stopping my pc getting slower.I had a full scan and it was ok.Please help me to recover this problem.

I am a young preschool/elementary teacher. Growing up in school, I remember when the self esteem movement really gained momentum (the 90s and early 2000s). Back then, the idea sounded great...but not so much now. As a teacher, I have seen more permissive parenting, too many undisciplined children, and more adults (mostly those of my generation) who have an almost unbreakable sense of entitlement. Although I do believe that every person should have confidence in their unique abilities, I believe that the self esteem ideology is backfiring in our nation. What do you think?

Her voice is annoying! Its not soulful all she does is grunt loudly and she screams into the microphone!!! I don't know if shes trying to be like Mariah Carey or what but she is not good at all! im 16, and my acne is just getting worse and worse. my mom promised to buy me pro active, but like all her promises it was an empty promise. i keep begging her to help me out but she does nothing cause well.. shes stubborn -.- but anyways i have so much acne. my nose is FULL of blackheads. im starting to get big red pimples on my cheek and they look so bad. i look so ugly i keep skipping school cause im so embarrassed.. i just dont know what to do. i feel so sad its stresses me out a LOT im a guy by the way.. oh and my forehead is full of pimples. red pimples etc. i get new pimples everyday and the rest pop themselves.... i have a big red forehead with over 8 pimples on it -_-

Contaminated cigarettes....? i recently smoked cigarettes that had been purchased at a Duty Free,that turned out to be contaminated...? It was only after I had smoked a couple of 20 packs and begun to feel ill, that I had a closer look at the cigarettes. Not only was there a strange smell from the packets,the actual individual cigarettes had brown stains on the usually white paper. As fellow smokers can verify each packet is sealed and so is the actual carton, so contamination could have only occurred at the manufacturing stage. Who can I contact to seek retribution as I am now seriously ill. 1 week ago (Tiebreaker)
