This is Jan Brewer - who signed the infamous anti-immigration bill that made nutty conservatives idolize her. It's very surprising to see Brewer recently veto this two proposals that came from her own party.

I'm using Aztech 1000EW (L) modem now. It has a wireless router but it doesn't seem to work on my laptop. I can connect to the Wireless Network Connection, but it shows no internet access. I've to connect my laptop, again, to the Dial-up and VPN (without LAN cable attached but 'connected' to wireless) only I can access to internet. Although with this method I can access to internet, but I still wish to find the solution to my wireless connection problem. Because my iphone cannot access to internet although it shows 'connected' to my home wireless. Someone told me that it is because my modem is set up to be connected manually to the internet, thus I have to connect it to the Dial-up and VPN connection (which requires my connection name & password) to access the internet. She told me to configure my modem and change it to automatic connection but I've no idea how can I do it. I've also tried this method : Local Area Connection > properties > Internet protocol > properties > obtain IP automatically. But it's not working as well. Is there any other solutions to solve my problem? Thanks

This is a real story. Do I have a right to be mad at him? Help! My fwb (friends with benefits) is treating me like sh*t, do I have a right to be mad? What would you do if your fwb ignored you at a bar when you took them out to hang out with your friends? They were clearly paying more attention to your friends, giving you short answers, and even after you were staring at them for ten seconds they refused to acknowledge you, and were texting. They even got up to leave and went outside for a smoke. You were also socializing with your friends but they were clearly ignoring you. What would you do? And what does it mean if you started yelling at them and asking why they were ignoring you and telling them that they made you feel like sh*t? Would you be upset too?

A month and a half ago my girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me and wanted space. The day before we were cuddled watching a movie and telling eachother how much we loved eachother. So knowing me I love her so much I panic and try to work things out. She's going to college and she said she can't handle a relationship school and work which is bull shit :( anyway I tried a whole month. Calling texting to try to make things work nothing. Then a month later she tells me she wants to meet other guys. That she too young and feels tied down. Idk what I did. I loved the girl so much. Got her almost anything I could afford. Never hit her. Always hugged and kissed her and showed her love. I always made her smile when she was down and if she needed me for anything I would drop anything I'm doing for her. I wanted to marry her. She was such a big part of my life. But anyways it's been 2 weeks since I've spoken to her. I feel like she dosnt even thunk about me anymore. Is that true? We been seeing eachother for 6 years but together 4. Could someone just erase that? If she was to come back should I take her back? If so should I make her work for me back? Idk what to do. I went to the ER Sunday because I was fairly certain I had another kidney infection (I've had 7 in less than 2 years, I've had multiple UTIs that haven't gone that far, I've been having UTIs since I was 3 1/2, no, there's nothing wrong with my system like reflux, no, there's nothing that can be done). I had a temperature of 99.8 and 100.1 whereas my normal temp is 98.4-6 (I never get high fevers with my kidney infections, this is exactly where my temp is when I have one, which is why I've been regularly checking it since I got pregnant). I also had back pain in my kidneys. Well, I went in, they got me on antibiotics and sent it for a culture, and when I went to my doctor Tuesday for a follow-up he told me the culture came up negative. Meaning, not a UTI. Definitely not a kidney stone, I know about those. And my blood pressure's been normal all the way, so it shouldn't be a sign of pre-eclampsia. Any ideas on what's going on? The pain's far from horrible, just occasionally annoying, and it comes and goes.

I can make a single object react to 2 different levers (I want to use levers rather than buttons or pressure plates) like I can open a door from one side with one lever close it go to the other side and open it with a different lever, but I can only work both levers at any given time only as long as they are both up. if one is down I need to put it up befor I can use the other one my lightswitch to my upstairs is like that you can turn it on and off from either switch but once you turn it off you can't turn it back on by the other switch you need to turn it back on at the switch that turned it off befor you can use the other switch again. that makes it so that both switches need to be on the on position befor the other switch can control it. any idea if you can make a 3-way lever switch?

Hello, I have dark brown/black hair that hits right in the middle of my back. I had never colored my hair with a colorist up until recently in June of this year. Before then I colored with box color just to cover some grey. When I went to the colorist for the first time I asked her to color my hair a reddish auburn color, think Sharon Osbourne colored hair, but, slightly warmer. So, she said in order to achieve that color she would have strip the hair of the dark color and begin the process by bleaching and highlighting my hair because she said bleaching all of my hair at once would be too damaging. So she used the cap/bonnet and bleached and highlighted my hair and then deposited the color. My hair was being really stubborn at first, but, eventually it took the color in and I really liked it. Starting the process like this gave me a chance slowly get used to a new hair color with reddish highlights. Well, since that first time she highlighted my hair I have been back to her 3 more times and the only things she does is color my hair with a nice color mix that I like ,but, the parts of my hair that weren't highlighted still remain black and so they do not take in the color. So, basically the color just washes away from the black parts of my hair. Now I have what colorist refer to as "hot roots"; red on top on the new growth and a few strands throughout my hair that are red but the rest is black. By now, I wanted the remaining hair to be the reddish/auburn color I asked her for. When I ask her if she is going to be bleaching the hair anymore to deposit color she insists that doing that again will cause too much damage. I appreciate her being concerned but, at this point I'm not sure what to do? Any suggestions? I realize that color doesn't lift color and that the black hair will eventually grow out leaving and need to be trimmed, leaving new growth hair where the color has easily latched onto and once all that grows out, it will all be the color I want. But, I don't want to have to wait that long. I'm going on a trip in October and would like to show off my new hair color. Is this colorist taking me for a ride? Please help as I'm not sure what to do or ask her to do?

i dated this guy last year for about 3 months, we talked for awhile before that but when we finally went out it wasn't really working out. so anyway, he has this best friend, and his best friend would always hangout with me and my boyfriend (at the time). me and him became really close, and when i broke up with my boyfriend for the stupid things he did, his best friend was there for me. over the past year, me and the best friend have gotten really close, there is not a day where we don't talk for at least three hours. he tells me everything and i tell him everything. his been there for me through it at all and now we are best friends and inseperable. so now i've fallen for him, and i've been getting the vibe that he likes me too. but then comes my ex and how they are best friends. and i don't know what to do! i don't wanna ruin their relationship since they have been friends since they were 4. such a sticky situation! AHH! HELP PLEASE!
