[ Maintenance & Repairs ] Open Question : Do I need a new flu liner for my chimney?

I've just had my gas fire serviced. A small amount of smoke was leaking from the chimney. The engineer used 1 then 2 then another smoke pellet before showing me the leak. He has capped my fire & suggested that I have a new flu liner. I previously had my fire serviced by B Gas & 2 years ago no probs. Do I need it replacing and what can I expect to pay ? If I get the new liner will I also need the chimney pointing. All info offered appreciated.

I only have one yahoo contact. For some reason when I am signed into messenger it shows {{me}} as a second contact. Is it supposed to do that? When I update status it doesn't sync properly and even has a different profile pic... HELP!

Well I was 15 and with these hot girls around 14/15 and I felt like a pimp. Then a nice car drove by and stopped in the traffic. All the girls screamed and left me. There was some famous guy in the road who was like 21. All the girls were like "ahhh" and they started asking him loads of questions. Then he said "fcuking traffic" then does a U turn checks the road and skips the red light.

Am obsessed with my bodyweight and every 5 sec I'm looking at myself in the mirror and telling myself I'm fat. I eat like 1 or 2 meals a day, and exercise like crazy. I don't eat meat but I eat a multivitamin everyday. Although I'm still a regular body weight. Do you think I could be at risk. Because I keep denying it, I guess I need someone to tell me the truth. Please help!!! No disrespectful comments plzs. Oh and I'm 13 if that helps.

I dropped my phone in water yesterday, and i have insurance on my phone number, will the insurance work if its not the phone i got when i got the plan, i bought this one off the internet i had it for 5 months before i dropped it in water. will at&t be able to give me a new one since i have insurance.

Back in March, I lost a cousin out-of-state who was only 5 months older than me. She had a heart attack. I have some very special memories of her, like, she did my hair a few time. I went to her funeral, and it just did not feel real to me. It still kind of does not. Like, I went to some funeral to a person I did not know. Then, after that, I was dealing with the fact that there are people who I THOUGHT were my friends and I thought truly cared turned out did not truly care or they were playing with my mind. Then, it was also like I was gradually losing someone I was extremely close to at one time and things got different. I rather not get too specific with this paragraph as this is too personal to want to get into specifics. But I was hurting so bad that most parts of me was ready to get rid of my phone ( but I'm on contract) and was ready to do away with my email address and other forms of contact because I was developing this intense fear that I was always going to get hurt. That almost no one was capable of truly caring about me or most people were not capable of giving me a chance so they can see I'm not someone who deserves to be treated like dirt or invisible. I've been getting hurt way more than not all 33 years of my life. And though I will never proclaim to be perfect, I did my share of bad mistakes, but though I'm a nice person, they tend to treat me worse than the bad boys/bad girls to some degree. The more well-liked they are, the more stuck-up they are towards me. Then, my uncle's uncle-in-law passes. I went to his funeral this passed Saturday, having known him all my life. The decease's sister LITERALLY seconds or short minutes after the burial winds up in ICU. It was speculated by some of my uncle's in-laws that it was a combo of extreme heat ( this was in the south) and her grieving that landed her there. Sunday, I watched her granddaughter have a REALLY bad anxiety attack and she hyperventilated and cried hard. I gotten emotional seeing it scared for her, but she came out of it. I came home Monday just to later find out the sister passed, and my uncle lost another in-law. Though I did not know these two, it did hit me hard today. I am more tired than usual, and not much of an appetite. And my fear of getting close to people gotten worse because I'm afraid either I may lose them through death or they may cut me out of their life not long after being in it. Have you have some similar experience, and how did you get through it? My apologies for the length of this, and an EXTRA SPECIAL thanks for those who read this. Normally I'm not one to ask prayers for myself, but may I please have some? I'll pray for you in return. And to those who don't believe in God, or just don't like me at all, please, I kindly ask, do NOT leave negative remarks here. I don't need to be crossed right now, and if it was your time of need, you would want respect regardless of someones beliefs or your length of questions.

There is a boy and we have a mutual liking eachother thing happening while he also has a girlfriend but he has liked me longer than his girlfriend. He always ignores me and tries to make me jealous with his girlfriend and I'm not sure if I should ignore him back which is really hard or keep trying to talk to him? I don't want him to forget me but if he really does like me as much as he says he does then I thought that shouldn't be easy but I'm still worried because he means so much to me. This is really killing me and driving me crazy and I can't handle it anymore :( Anybody know what he is thinking? Advice? Please help??

Hi, I'm from a city in Scotland called Inverness (it's a small city, very small) and I have always wanted to live in America. I don't like the hot weather, I love snow, rain and frost. In my opinion these three American cities fit me best weather wise but which one is best. Lower crime rate is very important to me because I like to walk about instead of driving. I feel, honestly, that I could actually be bisexual. I know a lot of people say its a step to becoming gay. But I am not a little teenager who is confused, I am older than that and am in college, and I don't believe I will one day identify as a "gay man". I have only liked girls. Technically speaking, if I can get off to men and women, can I just choose to be with the one that I have the most ... how do you say it ..... romantic feelings / romantic attractions for? Like who you want to please, bring flowers, cuddle at night with, etc., as opposed to who I could just f*k and go at it like rabbits? Cause apparently I could do that with both sexes, but I only feel romantic attractions for girls, as in I feel more comfortable texting them all day and being all cute with them and making myself a better man for her.

I am just wondering which law school is more likely to help me get hired and prepare me to become a great lawyer. University of Toronto is one of the "best" school and law school in Canada. Osgoode is also another good law school, but it's never been one of the "best"

This girl is my neighbor, she and I always talk whenever we walk home or catch the bus together. But today she didn't catch the bus and at night her mother told me that she was really upset about something I did and she suggest that I should stay away from her. I cried for the first time in two years, I don't even know what i did wrong? Then i remembered there was his guy who keep mailing spam saying that I'm in love with her the whole weekend. Hi. I'm a teen and still can't drive on my own (although I have my permit) and have recently looked into Buddhism as my religion. However, my family are Christians and go to a Catholic church, so most of the time when we go to a place to worship, it is there. I am the only non-Christian in my family, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to balance the religion I started practicing and the religion my family has been. Also, am I able to do this without distorting the Buddhist religion? And lastly, are there Buddhists that believe in God? Hope this makes sense, and thank you!

I've had an HTC Desire S for a couple of months now, and after the latest system upgraded which update the OS version to 1.47.415.1 , all 4 touch sensitive buttons at the bottom of the screen have stopped working. I've tried everything, including calling HTC and a factory reset, but nothing seems to be working. Can anyone help please? I'm desperate :(
