I'm 15 and i have semi limited tools to my disposal when i work out. I have dumbells, a ball and a smith machine so i pretty much have a lot of tools if i am going to work out but my major question is, does the Athlean-X really work? Also they always talk about this being for athletes. I play sports and am a pretty active guy, been working out for months but havn't seen that many results so is this for me? And i have limited money at my disposal so i want to make sure before i make any purchaces that this actually is a good product.

I'm enlisted in the Air Force and I'm waiting to leave. I have a job, Crypto-Linguist, and I leave for it on November 1st of this year. However, I am trying to get out of here earlier, so I am also on the "quick ship list." My recruiter says that I most likely won't leave early since there are other people in front of me on the quick ship list. My question is, has anyone else dealt with this or had a similar experience? Can someone tell me what my chances of leaving earlier are? I don't care what my job is, I would be ok with any of the ones I've qualified for. I don't understand why they wouldn't take me earlier, as I would think that openings would pop up all the time due to unforeseen circumstances...thanks in advance, as any and all advice is appreciated!

I am trying to download Windows Live Messenger ONLY. So when I get to the step where I can Choose to "Install ALL of Windows Live Essentials (Recommended)" Or "Choose the programs you want to install" I click on the second option (choose the programs), though there are no boxes to check the programs I wish to install, Thinking that I was making a mistake, I tried selecting only messenger and began installing, though I noticed it installing mail/gallery/etc. so I stopped the installation. If you could give me any information to help this problem, It would be greatly appreciated. I'm using windows 7. Thank you in advance!

So, me & my boyfriend are very loyal to each other and we have been having sex a few times. But, recently we had sex & we used a condom, but it was a special day so we kept going at it and at one point he didn't use a condom. He didn't climax in me or anything but for some reason over the next few days, down there is starting to hurt. It fells as if I have to itch if but when I rub it, it sorta hurts. But its been hurting very bad for the past three days,. When I looked at it, it looked almost a bit puffy by the clitoris but it isn't whats bothering me, even though when I touch it, it hurts. Whats bothering me is the vagina itself...I'm really scared & don't know what to do. I know for a fact hes never had any kinds of disease & he hasn't been with any other girls so, I'm confused. I tried putting ice on it but it didn't really help. I'm really scared & if my mom & dad ever found out I was having sex they'd kill me. So can I just leave this alone & it'll go away ? i am a really shy guy but i have a lot of friends and i would be friendly with everyone who are my friends , and also i think i'm a cool guy:D but since i have to go with my family to U.S to find a better life ( on my country we used to be poor but i feel really fun, i could speak, hangout with my friends and etc...) but now im really fell foolish, loser and whatever... My first day of school is terrible because my country doesn't speak English (i'm asian) so i couldn't speak to anyone or playing around with friends like some native american does. It look like i'm a stupid, asshole was siting by himself, couldn't do anything except siting there and look like i'm a dumb and deaf person on the whole class. Some people teasing at me such as " look at that Jackie Chen!" but im not chinese so i just ignore them, it happens till now. Now almost 5 years past and im still cannot speak english well and also at writing (is it because im not practice at speaking or i'm stupid because i'm really shy) but when i look back at my friends at ESOL class, i was came here before them but now im losing for them.It's make me really upset. When i have free time at home i just going to play video games all the time till the night come ( im really lazy at learning, but on my country i would say i could get C+ to A) but maybe this isn't my language so i really low at it. but I used to get Honor roll student 7-9 grades, i start at 6 grade when i got here. And now i'm on 10th grade still shy, and quiet >.< i dont have a lot of friends, is it the cause that i dont have any friends?? i really want to give up for school and get a job. but it would make my parents disappoint about me, and also i dont want them to be sad at me ( really dont want it happen, because they working really hard to raised me!) so i think i would try to learn and be successful but it's really hard for me. 2 of my best friend were go to different school of me so i dont have any good friends to play with now. and also i was crush on someone but i couldn't say a word to her( 3years ago till now). only hope that i could make friend with her that's all i wish for. is it really hard to make friend with her with my English right now?? or i just give up nor just have to study more and a lucky day i could make friend with her. she was go to another school but today i saw her bus was drop her closer to my bus stop( i wouldn't see her about 1 year and half that we go to HS ) . should i run to her to ask we could make friend or silly things like that and i think it's impossible to make friend with her because she doesn't know me before. please give me some advice about those things above. i trust yall stranger because i know ya will be honestly ^^ and thank you for reading about this, sorry for my bad ENGLISH >.<

My horse is finally trained enough to be started in full work in preparation for show season next year, and I'm considering clipping him this winter to help him cope with the workload. He sweats fairly easily and grows a really thick winter coat, I had him out without a blanket last winter (except the days that it got into the negatives) and I only own a heavy fill turnout blanket for him. I'm planning on doing walk/trot/canter schooling 6 days a week and starting him over fences properly over the winter. Would you recommend clipping him? If so, what clip should I do? I've personally never clipped before (I'm used to riding horses for other people, and generally the owners around here take care of clipping and all that), but my BO offers grooming services including clipping. I'm planning on asking her if I could tag along and learn a bit about how to do it well if I end up clipping him. I'd rather not have a clip that forces me to buy a whole stack of blankets for him if at all possible, but I'm not completely opposed to it if it's necessary.

I think it's horrible, like honestly I hate most of her songs because of her voice. She doesn't have much of a vibrato. It's all flat and auto-tuned.

The job creator is the corporation itself, not the rich CEO running the corporation. The CEO doesn't pay the employee out of his own pocket, the employee is paid directly by the corporation. A corporation is a separate legal entity to the CEO or any of it's members, so the finances of any one member of the corporation cannot possibly affect that corporation's ability to stimulate the economy and create jobs, can it?

I rode my bike to a bike trail and smoked half a joint under a bridge behind a stone pillar. 3rd time smoking pot. Oh and there was nature all around at the bike trail. 5-10 minutes after I said to myself "I stepped into fairy land!" turned on my iPod and kept biking. Everything was VERY vivid, VERY bright, I could see EVERY detail. I REALLY DID feel like I stepped into wonderland. Everything had a cartoon look to it. Everything was mysterious. Here's the weird part. I lost hold of reality. I felt like I was IN a dream, yet I had to keep reminding myself that the dream was REAL and that anything stupid that I did had REAL consequences. So it was scary. ALSO I felt myself disassociating from my body. No out of body crap, just mind and body was separate. I was biking uphill and VERY fast. I was taking in the scenery and did NOT feel just how exhausted my body was. I was panting, completely out of breath. I was riding that bike WELL BEYOND my normal physical endurance. And yet, I had to CONSCIOUSLY tell myself to slow down or that I will faint. Sure, the wind, the sun were all quite vivid to my skin. But I knew no exhaustion. I had the endurance to work myself to the point that I fainted. Also when I came home my head was spinning out of control. My body temperature went up to 100 degrees. My heart was beating pretty fast. I was paranoid as crap. What happened? I smoked .25 grams and was completely phased out of reality. Was my weed laced?

Available credit: 10% (yes I know very but chipping away on it) Debt on revolving credit card: 5k Student loan: 15k I'm under 25 Been at my new job 9 months Been living in my new place for 7 months Never missed a payment or been late for a payment on any bills Salary is 37k Credit Score 690 Still have my car from high school which was a lend me down even back then. I won't be trading it in as it's in my parent's name and they want to donate when it dies on me. I don't want to pay a downpayment. I know I would have a higher interest due to this, but I plan on making more than minimum payments to get myself from being upside down I want new manual Elantra for 16k I would be comfortable having a $350/mo. payment so want to keep the interest below 10%. 10% or above, I will just keep my high school sweatheart. I want to get my loan with a credit union, my own bank or a lending company independent of the dealership, and would like to walk into the dealership with the money/credit approval in hand. Is this an unrealistic hope I have though? I know it would help, but I really don't want to ask my parent's to co-sign.

hey im 15 and i love sports.i recently quit HS basketball because of some darn good reasons and i want to have a future in a sport.im pretty athletic.i have never played fastpitch but grew up playing slowpitch.i know playing both really messes you up but i will be willing to quit slowpitch if necessary.im a 10th grader and made the fastpitch team this year.i really wanna be awesome,i kinda embarrassed myself in tryouts and couldn't throw well but hey i made it lol.so i want somebody to help me.i need all the info.before season (february-practice time).please give me all the tips you can.i will do anything and everything.any videos or websites or training.i like to workout and things so anything that can help my swing or arm,OH!and i throw side arm..i was told the coach will make you change that and i want to go ahead and change it before practice.i can throw really good like that but my shoulder is starting to hurt so i guess that's another reason on why to change it as well.so videos,tips or anything!you have no idea how bad i want to be awesome.i dont know what i would do without sports.i have no idea about a job or career path.i wish there were a job that you got paid well by playing :/..anyways sorry for the book!lol.but please dont tell me anything that i cant do it cause i WILL and that'd just piss me off.thanks! :) i think i put the wrong catagory...hahah :) meant to put in baseball.
