[ Pregnancy ] Open Question : If I go to the ER with extreme back pain while pregnant, can they help me?

I've been having extreme lower back pain that shoots down my legs, I believe it's causing me to have hip pain as well. I'm only 14 weeks pregnant and my ob said there was nothing I could do, that it wasn't pregnancy related because I'm not that far along yet. It's causing me to get really depressed and stressed out, I have a two year old and I can't hardly function because of the pain. My doctor didn't help me at all, told me to go see my PCP, but I can't get an appointment for another two weeks. I can't deal with this pain anymore and I'm thinking about going to the ER, but I don't know if there is anything they can do to help me... I've been taking tylenol constantly (every 4 hours) and using ice packs. I tried heat and that didn't help at all. I also tried to get my hubby to massage my back and it's even painful to the touch. Has anyone experienced this or can possibly give me some advice? Will the ER doctors help? Is there something they could give me to at least take the edge off?

I have an idea for an online business. Building the site will take a long time. I was wondering if I could buy the domain/hosting now with my personal card and put it in my name? Then build the site and work on getting it to rank, then later on down the road get a business license and transfer everything over.

My daughter wants her hair permed and she wants it a tight curl almost like a spiral. She wants me to do her hair at home. Her hair length is about 3-4 inches past her shoulders and i dont know what size of rods to get, how many i need, what brand of perm (home) is best for a pre teen, and how many boxes i would need. ok, so i´m dating this boy for 2 months and in 2 weeks is his brother´s wedding. he wanted me to go there with him and i refused so he invited a friend of his but meanwile she got engaged and wrote him she would not go anymore cause it would not be proper now. and so he invited me again and is quite pushy. i don´t feel like going there and meeting his whole family because it´s too early for me. he claims that it´s really very important to him because it´s his only brother´s wedding and he really wants me there even he understands my point and says he would really be dissapointed if i didn´t go. however, i feel unprepared for such a thing. what do you think? should i go? would you go?

I asked a question earlier saying that my period was heavy when normally light. And it's normally light on the first day but today it super heavy like as heavy as my heavy days if that makes any sense. So it 11:30pm so I can't buy anything and I'm 12 and started my period in December.I'm going a running club tomorrow so I'll get exercise to ease it but what else can I do? Today I was at my friends all day so i couldn't say I'm on my period cani have a paracetamol. So what can I do? Please help -Adele-

I have a russian dwarf hamster, and i was wondering if i could put it in the sink and let it play in the water. It's not deep, and of course i will not make it like WAY deep. Im just wondering if it could get sick? What should i do after the bath? Wrap a warm cloth around it? Can i bathe it? Luke warm water or not? I'm not using soap so don't worry about that. Thanks!!!

I've had a history with P.C.O.S. and I'm experiencing some light cramping and tinted urine almost like I'm bleeding but not quite. Could they be false positives because of my condition? I've read its really unlikely for 3 to be wrong. But I still have doubts and I'm terrified of misscarage. Unfortunatly my doctors appointment is not untill the 15th. I'm freaking out a little bit. Please help.

I actually have previously asked this and found my answer. I put the answer in the comment section of the old question.. but I'm afraid those who are looking for the answer will not see it and it is useful helpful info. MY HEADLIGHTS NOW WORK! IT WAS EASY! I have come back to help anyone else who is having this problem. After hours of internet research I finally found the solution and my headlights now work!! :) Go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto and buy part GM part # 15016745 a.k.a R6100. They call it a relay blower (ignore that). Replace this part. It is located under the hood in the fuse box panel location #35. The part should be clearly labeled 15016745, but if not just follow the chart under the fuse box lid. Just wiggle to pull it out, and plug new part in! I saved hundreds, as shops charge $50+ just to find out what wrong and then parts and then labor once they do find out whats wrong. The part is only $35!! at the above listed auto part stores... but you can buy them on ebay as well.. I just didn't want to wait for shipping. What a deal for a little homework! I hope this helps someone else.. It's sooo nice having my headlights back! Email Qs. :)

Eventually, I would like to learn a new language. Finnish seems to be one of my first choices right now. My question is directed to Finnish speakers, people who have learned Finnish, or people that are just familiar with different languages. I am 19 and American. What realistic steps should I take to learning Finnish? Perhaps like classes somewhere locally? I know that at one point, it is best to submerse yourself in the language by going to a place where it is constantly spoken (ie: Finland). Also, is it a hard language to learn? If so, what are the difficulties?

My mom really doesnt care about me or my brother which i dont mind anymore because i got used to it, and my sister lives in a building next to ours... Now my sister is really overprotective of me and she doesnt agree with anything i want or decide, so basically i cant do anything... Im 19 and my sister is 26... So when the time comes for me to move out i will tell them, but i dont know how.. I am on holiday so have turned my mobile network off but I have got a wifi connection which says it has connected fully and all the bars are full and says its connected yet when I go to use something I doesnt work? I have a 500gb WD Passport Studio II, it's an older version of the Passport Studio, only mine doesn't have the fancy lcd on it that tells you the size on the disk etc... I already formatted it as FAT32, everythings works well but when i don't use it for like over 20 minutes it goes on sleep mode. I had an older Seagate 120gb external hdd, and it never went on sleep even if the computer was on all day. I wonder how i can possible disable auto sleep mode on this particular ext. hdd.. I tried one of the software online that manually put it on "no sleep mode" but then it only works on that computer, not the hard drive itself. Please if anyone has any idea how i can solve this problem, i would gratefully appreciate it!
