im in a two man band at my school,(drums, and i play guitar). we basically serve as a house band for all the school events which means we open/close assemblies and play during picnics or festivals. the problem is we are looking for some new songs to play. we listen to everything, originally we got together because we were inspired by the black keys/white stripes and other two person bands and we started playing a lot of blues, punk, garage Esk rock. but then we went on to play more funky stuff like rage against the machine, chili peppers, the roots, ratatat, ect. we just need some songs/bands like the seed 2.0, thugz mansion, superstition, or funky monks that are good to jam with and play in those settings. thanks a lot

How hard is it to maintain a 3.0 gpa at a T4 public law school? I got really good grades in undergrad, but I'm nervous about the law school grading curve. I have to keep a 3.0 to keep a scholarship. How hard is that honestly? I would assume it would be easy, but I've read that most law students overestimate their abilities.

i have a very weird situation... I've had all neg. urine and blood tests but i still strongly believe i'm pregnant... i have all the symptoms but no one would help me know for sure. i'm even starting to show (well in my eyes not to anyone else)... i finally convinced a clinic to give me an ultra sound on wednesday to give me an ultra sound. i'm scarred. even if i wanted to keep the child or give it up to adoption i've done too much damage to my body that it wouldn't have a healthy life. it would suffer way too much... I'm not looking for people to put me down... i just have no support in this.... I am currently 15 I want to move out of my home. My parents won't let me live with my bf unless we are married and we are not very financially well. I would never burden them to pay for my medical school nor would I make my bf marry me and use him to have a place to crash I would never put him or his parents in that position. I am turning 16 in a few months and in 2 years my dad wants me out my mom doesn't. Im going into 10 th grade this school year and have plans of being a plastic surgeon. I need medical school to do so. My dad says the military will pay for my college and I get payed a little he was in the military he says they also provide an apartment. Should I graduate high school marry my bf and go enlist in the army? I'm also pretty out of shape I'm 5'3 and around 165 pounds... With mild asthma. My bf agrees to support me wherever I go and I will only go for 4 years maximum. I also agreed not to have a child until I have a steady job and until I graduate college so I'm not stressed. I need to know now if I should join ROTC in my hs...I'm know I'm young but really I am mature I need to decide my future now before this school year. Thanks!

* PLEASE read the whole thing. I really really need help with this. It would mean so much to me. * I met this guy about two years ago... he was really charming, and just the kind of guy that makes you feel really special from just talking to him. he said he loved me, he would rather have me than have a ferrari and a million dollars. nobody had ever said anything that strong to me before, and i knew i had to have him. he cared about me so much (or atleast seemed like it) and i was sure that he loved me. the only problem was that he was two years older than me and it wouldnt be normal for me to date him. i didnt care though, and for all of the following 11:11's, wishing stars and birthday candles, i wished that it didn't matter to him how old i was. i know it's really pathetic, but i didnt care. he said i was gorgeous and i should be a model, that i had an amazing personality, we had about a million inside jokes, and it seemed like he knew me better than anyone. i was on facebook one day, and i saw him acting the same way on about 10 walls of other girls. he never said he loved them or anything, it was just their own insiders and stuff so i shrugged it off, thinking that i was still special to him. we talked every day, and on the phone or skyped every night. he never talked about any other girls to me, and he only went on skype when it was to talk to me, and he couldn't have been talking to other girls while he was on the phone either. all of a sudden for no reason at all, he stopped talking to me as much. i hardly ever saw him at school, and i felt like i had been forgotten. about a month went by, so i called him. he said sorry and started acting like his normal self again. it went on and off exactly like that a few more times, up until about two weeks ago. that was the last time i had a real conversation with him. the other night i had this amazing dream, and as pathetic as it is, it was that he was my boyfriend. he treated me amazingly, like i would expect him to and he never talked to any girls or anything. i was finally a hundred percent happy... until i woke up. when i woke up, i realized he hadn't been talking to me for weeks and there was no way he would give me a chance like that. for the rest of the day i was in a bad mood, which is unusual because im usually really easy to cheer up. I decided to message him on facebook, telling him that I was cleaning out my friends list and if he cared about staying. He said "yeahh of course keep me!!" and i asked him why. he said "becauuse :(", so i said "but we dont really talk anymore..." and of course, he didnt answer. I gave him a few days, and still no answer. I looked on his facebook today to see if he had been on lately... first thing on his wall? "in a relationship with..." I don't even know this girl. She's from another school. But i know that i'll never be able to look at him again without wanting to break down. And part of me still wants to forgive him. If he said sorry, i probably would. Just because i love him that much. Please help. What do i do? I have no chance of breaking them up, and I wouldn't want to do that to him anyways. So my friend and I went swimming at her mom's friends house, and we went swimming for a couple of hours, came in for a bit, and went back out to swim for another few hours. This was on...Monday, or Tuesday, I couldn't remember. So, a few days ago. I came back sunburned. After a few days, my nose started peeling so I peeled off the skin, and now I have three relatively big red spots on my nose. Then this morning, my forehead started peeling too and I, being stupid, pulled that off. Now there's this big white spot on my forehead (about...2 inches across, and 1 inch tall). I'm applying Aloe Vera gel, and Cocoa Butter with Shea every 10 minutes or so, but does anyone know if that will help, and if yes, how long will it take for the skin to...er...even out, I guess you could say. And if anyone has any other suggestions, that'd be awesome.

I'm 17, I've been with my boyfriend going on 2 years. My mom knows and everything is okay with her mostly. I know I'm keeping the baby, but I just know I can't be a kid anymore and I wish I still had the chance to enjoy being young. Now my life is going to revolve around someone else and I know I'll love my baby but I just wish he/she was coming at a later time. I just can't believe I let this happen and I'm so sad that I have to grow up so young... Is it normal to feel so depressed over being pregnant young? Do you think it will change once the baby is here? I want to be happy about this like my boyfriend is but all I can think about is how everything is going to change.

heres my story...i am currently three months (give or take a few days) pregnant and me and my fiancee are currently separated by like 400 miles. i am currently living in illinois and he is in louisville kentucky. I had to come home because i needed to get out of the drama of the big city and come back to my small town life. and i was starting to get wrapped back up into people that were using drugs and drinking and partying alot. so between me and my fiancee we made the decision for me to come home. well he meets with a recruitmen officer on monday and could possibly be shipped to basic august 23. Does anyone have any good songs or words of advice that could help keep my spirit lifter while he is at basic or just away in general... Thanks

I have a laptop with a brand new hard drive with no o's. I can put windows xp on it if It will do what I want. I have a online website that people that visit our facility can go to take the survey. I would like the only thing the computer can do is go to that website. No navigation bar no back forward button just a home button to go to the webpage that I set. I have known this guy since I was born as he is a close family friend, and I always liked and admired him. I used to chase him when we were toddlers trying to kiss him lol. Anyways, we were friendly and saw eachother often, but the last time I saw him was when I was about 15 because of personal reasons. My father passed away, and we moved, but he always said that he thought of this guy as part of the family and thought he was perfect for me and would always try to get us together half jokingly. Now that I'm going to college...it turns out he goes to Northwestern, and that's where I'm going. I feel like it's somewhat of fate, although I'm just joking about the soulmate thing. Anyways, I've contacted him, and we're meeting up in a few days. I'm so nervous, and I really want him to like me...I really admire him and could see myself falling for him, no matter how stupid that sounds as it's been so long. But I feel such a strong bond with him especially considering my father. I want to look intelligent, classy, but still sexy-esque. I'm thinking of wearing high heels, dark skinny jeans, and a simple black top with my hair down and modest makeup. Ah, I'm so nervous. Any advice? Words of wisdom? Thanks!

I'm Not that sociable with girls and sometimes with friends, I can't hold out a conversation out that long and to other people I seem boring. My biggest problem is with girls, each time I have a crush on a girl and I try to impress or at least be a good friend, I end up saying retarded things and end up by embarrassing myself. This year in High School, I met the perfect most beautiful girl, she would always be Smiling around me and always willing to be work with me, but I felt like each time I wanted to talk to her I would stutter or say something of topic, and then when we would actually hold out a conversation It would stop because I can't think of anything else to say and she would just walk away or pretend like we never talked.
