I have very brassy blonde hair. I'm so sick of going to the salon and paying so much money to get ash highlights put in, only to have the ash fade within a week and brassiness takes over my hair again. I'm a broke college student and I'm using box dye now to dye my hair a light brown, however I want to use a toner to eliminate as much brass as possible to my light brown doesn't turn orangy. Do I apply the toner before I dye my hair or after I dye it? How long should I wait in between the toner and dying? And what toner do you recommend? Thank you

i am writing a paper for a class my topic is why should married soldiers have to clean single soldiers barracks i understand there are many reasons on both sides but i just need help writing my paper with different reasons supporting my topic heres what i have so far..... I'm having trouble understanding the standards that are set out in the Army. I realize what it is they're asking but the standards are conflicting. This is mostly opinion based of course. Married soldiers obviously do not live in the barracks so why should they have to pick up after all the single soldiers that live there. Married soldiers have their own houses, that include much more than what the single soldiers have to maintain .It's as if its punishment for the married soldiers. i nedd alot if details my papers requirment is 3 pages long....

I have been at a new job but same profession with no gap for about 4 months making 60K. My fiancee is self employed making roughly half my income and has been self employed for 2 years. I know that to qualify for a mortgage in canada a self employed person needs to be working for atleast 3 years. Will the fact that I make considerably more than her help us out or basically is the mortgage qualification pending on me? I am not self employed, just my fiancee. Any useful answers are much appreciated!

I've been told that this is a federal offense, but I cannot find a statute number, case law or anything other than animal rights activists claiming that this is illegal. I've been wanting to go to the Dream World ever since it was up in the states, but since the launch, I still haven't been able to log in. I've made a trainer club account and everything, but the problem is, whenever I log in, it doesn't let me. Is Using a Home Self Circumcision Kit Safe? I'm French, but now I have become an American Citizen. I know the Jews do this, but why? We french don't go in for this sort of thing. I'm just doing it for the ladies. American women are horrified of foreskin, and now so am I. I feel disgusting and filled with sadness as if god is looking down at it. Just say they were giving you training and on the same level as you i.e the same job title but knew this certain skill that you had to pick up. They come over to train you and say 'can I can have you a seat?' I gave up my seat to them but everyone around could hear them asking and it felt humitiating. But on the other hand they are giving you valuable training that could earn you extra income in time to come. They came over later and asked for one again. I dont know whether i should confront them about it as i will need help from them in weeks to come. Should I make a joke about it and say it in a jokey way or just leave it?

2003 Dodge Neon Sxt FP/ASD Fuse popped while I was driving, replaced it but now my transmission wont change gear and now my speedometer wont work. I have no idea what it could have cause id to pop or why my transmission is stuck now. My transmission does have good oil. The fuse isnt popping anymore, my transmission is just stuck and my speedometer wont work. Please help?

lately ive been having loads of trouble in school and i cant pay attention at all, no matter how hard i try. here are some things tht r happening- - i get ticked off rlly easily - i cant sleep, like ever - its rlly hard for me to sit still, but i have to so i end up jiggling my foot or tapping my desk -i keep blurting out answers by accident in class - i keep forgetting things i should and would normally remember (i.e. lunch money, shoes for gym) - i want to do my homework and plan on doing my homework, but for some reason i cant - i try not to get deep into a daydream or daydream at all in class, but i always do - i just cant focus on anything - i keep making dumb mistakes, either on my hw/ tests or when im talking someone plz answer this im really confuzed:(

I am going for my real estate license next week and WHEN I actually have my license, I want to create my own website. I wanted to use the domain (sample first name: Jamie) JamietheRealtor.com But, the Realtor name is trademarked and it would be a hassle to use it. Do either of these domain names make sense? PropertiesbyJamie.com or RealEstatebyJamie.com??? Both (with my name) are available.. I want to make a GOOD domain name, but most (without a first name) are taken.. Suggestions on either of those??

My mom took me to the doctor earlier because i'm 20 days late for my period & she wanted them to make sure everything was okay. (I'm not pregnant) However, all the doctor did was ask me a few questions, write me a slip & sent me to a lab to get bloodwork. I ate a pot brownie exactly 2 weeks ago for the first time ever & I wanted to know if that would show up in my bloodwork. I don't think my mom asked for a drug test, & the sheet said she was testing me for CBC blood counts, Hormone levels, anemia, pregnancy, Thyroid stuff, and THS. I'm worried that it might come up please help !
