my mom has talked about her 50th birthday for as long as i can remember, all she wants is a party, unfortunately my stupid step dad thinks he knows what hes doing, so now it got all f'ed up. She was really upset, it didn't happen, so I'm gonna plan her 51st birthday party with my siblings. We are a bit tight on cash, but we need a location. we can manage we have until december to save up money. does anyone know a good place to have a party on long island, new york? my friend is interested in business, i hear westwood is one of the best state schools to go to for business, but he is interested in the calpoly orfalea college of business, but his girlfriend is going with him to where ever he goes, and she has always wanted to live in la.. what school is best financially most importantly? and which school is best academically, id love to hear responses from students currently attending either school. i found a chart saying that to get bachelors degree of science for business managment at westwood, your total investment would add up to about $61,000, is that a lot of money?? i need to give them advice. please helpp!

My throat's been hurting pretty bad for the last few days, and it's worse when I swallow... that's my only symptom. When i look in my mouth with a flashlight i see a bunch or red bumps on the back of my throat. I told a good friend of mine about a month ago that I have feelings for her. She only said "I thought we were just friends" and asked me if thats the only reason i talked to her. I told her i talk to her because she is one of my best friends. She said it didn't change anything between us from me telling her that and that it doesn't bother her. We still hangout everyday. But recently, she will act differently like flirting with me alot, complimenting me, laughing at everything i say, and she stares at me alot. Other days she will act as if I annoy her or get mad at me for no reason. Yesterday she asked me to go to lunch with her, but today she said she couldn't but said she really wanted to. I am really sick of having these feelings for her because when I see her everday and it makes me sad. But another part of me wants to keep trying. I don't know what to do

Ya think that one's going to be in the News? According to Politifact Obama has spoken untruths nearly double the rate Bachmanns did. And the media frenzy about Bachmanns clinic taking medicare? Today, I had an experience with a soldier in the local grocery store, I shook his hand and I thanked him for everything he has done for our country. The look on his face was of complete shock like no one had ever said that to him before. I started thinking that perhaps we take our soldiers for granted. I need to do a community service project to graduate from high school and I started think is there anyway I can do something for the military. I have personal ties to the military; many members of my family have served, my boyfriend plans on serving, and a friend of mine is leaving for the Navy in a few days. Does anyone have an suggestions or know of any reputable organizations? There is a veterans hospital in a nearby town as well as an Air Force base, so I have considered speaking to them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok, here's the story... my BEST friend had a friend a while back, and it was her boyfriend's ex, her name was 'terry'. They got into some drug stuff and Terry's parents found out and my best friend said she was just trying to get her into some ish and trying to get back with her boyfriend, even though it was obviously not true. The point is, I am a good friend to her and even though i've never had a problem with Tammy, I still don't talk to her because I'm being loyal. Anyways... this girl about a month or two ago started drama with me and tried to ruin my whole relationship and is the biggest drama girl ever, and my best friend talks to her all the time. I know this is confusing but I couldn't word it right. Haha. So do I have a reason to be mad or not?

Well you kno how a vagina is usually smells during a period. mine doesnt is smells fresh, but when im not on it doesnt. it smells like a water based liquid. its not that bad but its wierd. and my discharge smels lik onions. also how do i shave down ther with out getting razor bumps?. and i sweat alot. i sweat almost everywhere i sweat under my arms, forehead, back shoulders and legs can you tell me what i should do about that. if theres anything else that you think i should know to keep good hygiene please tell me.

Well ... to make a long story short. I used to work at this one elementary school as a janitor, they make me clean around the building and stuff. And well, there's this really hot teacher that I've been paying a lot of attention to while I was working there. I've never had a chance to talk to him, but he does say "Good morning." to me a couple times when I walk pass him in the hallways. One time I was cleaning the windows in the door entrance, and I saw him coming out of his car and walking towards the door. I was really nervous, my heart was racing, my eyes were wide open, as soon as he came I opened the door for him and he smiled at me and said "Thank you very much, appreciate it.". I dunno why, but every time I see him, he makes my heart melt ... It's been several months now since the last time I've worked there and I'm thinking about coming back to the school sometime this fall ... just so, you know, I could see him again? I know that's a really stupid reason to wanna go back, but it's summer break now and all I do is think about him 24/7. I can't keep him off my mind ...it's like no matter where I am or what I'm doing, he's always in my mind. I never knew his name, so I went to the school website just so I could find his name. Sounds kinda stalkerish I know, but I can't help it ... I was really desperate to know his name. And well, I got his name now and I'm very happy that I found it. I even wrote his name on my hand just so I could have a part of him on me ... I dunno what it is, whether it's love, a crush, an admiration, or I'm just simply obsessed with him, heck I don't even know. All I want to do is to go back there and see him again. That's all I really want. I don't care if it's a stupid reason, I still wanna go back. But then again, if I did go back, it's not like I'm ever gonna be with him anyways ... because I'm only a 17 year old guy and he's a 30 something year old man (but VERY sexy I'm tellin' ya) ... so I doubt he'll pursue me, plus he's probably not even gay either. But still! I'll come back just for the sake of seeing him again! Doesn't matter if we'll never be together!

I work with this guy. He asked for my number n now he keeps texting me. He texts me randomly outside work for hours ( n sometimes tells me personal things like how he has no friends, etc). He even texts me at work when we're both there. He also comes over n talks to me alot n jokes n flirts. BUT the thing is, he has a girlfriend. N I know he texts 2 other girls I work with. One who he told me texts him first all the time (n i believe it, she texts me nonstop too) n he says she's annoying. The other is apparently his actual friend, cuz she has a boyfriend. I just found a small black shiny beetle like thing in my house. At first I was sure it was a tick, but then I looked up pictures and realized that ticks are not black and shiny. It was crawling on my carpet near a dog we are dog sitting. It was flat, and looked like a tick...but it was smooth, black and almost like a metalic shinyness to it. I tried to smash it with toilet paper and it wouldn't die/smash, so I flushed it. Wierd that it wouldn't just die. What could this thing be?

My cat is 11 mo. Old. My cat is a mama`s gyrl. When she`s getting pet, she tries to purr and soon asit starts, its almost like she gags. She`ll look at me and wana get petted somemore. Mind you her blood brother does the same thing. Mind you they NEVER did this as kittens. I allways remember them purring on mommy chest or on mommy leg. Has anyone experienced this in thEir lil oNes. Okay, so I really like this guy and we've talked before and he was like really interested in me. I could tell and so could my friend. She said that it was so obvious. I did something for him that helped him out and he owed me 10 dollars for it. So I added him on Facebook and he accepted my request and then he commented on my picture. He said cute and that he still owes me 10 dollars. And I said thanks and that I want my 10 dollars. He told me to hit him up and then i commented back and told him that he can hit me up cause he can drive and I can't. So he said message me your number. So I did... I got so excited that night cause I thought I would start talking to him. But he never texted me. Its only been a day since I gave him my number but I guess im just paronoid about it cause I like him. What do you think about the whole situation? Should I not worry about it or what?

I have signed up to amazon affiliate programs for various countries and I am using flag images to link to the product in my visitor's local amazon store. I don't want to include the name of the book in my product link as I'm using a flag image instead. I would just like to know how to properly embed the affiliate product link into my flag image. This is my flag image code: USA This is the affiliate product link: (shortened) Book Name I read that modifying amazon affiliate links will stop them from working, so just want to make sure I do it properly so as not to mess it up.
