My friend and I recently rented an one-bedroom apartment. I will be living in the living room, and my friend will be living in bedroom with a walk-in closet. We share bathroom, kitchen and dining area. However, the living room I will be living in is quite open/no privacy. The price of this apartment is 1200 dollars, and I want to know how we should split the rent. Thank you

This event is business casual and I have no idea what that means. I was thinking about a couple outfits: One: Denim short-shorts with hot pink t-shirt with black boots(i just bought the shorts a couple days ago and have never really worn short-shorts before) Two: Solid black cotton dress with black heels (i dont want to wear heels because then my feet with be aching through the night and the dress is the one I wore for my band concert) Three: If I can find my black skinny jeans I would wear those, but if I cant then I was gonna wear my gray skinny jeans with the black boots or heels, with a pink t-shirt, and maybe a black cardigan I am for sure gonna wear some black and white bracelets and put my hair up into a side ponytail with a bow and curl my bangs. FYI, I havent bought the heels yet, I was gonna go out and buy them if I needed them. I dont really like one and two that much but three is kind of like my everyday wear. Please help me! The event is tonight and I am only 13 so I want to look professional but I dont want to look like I am going to church. Thanks so much

this guy and i dated months ago. And when we broke up we acted like Nothing happened. Months passed and we began to flirt... A lot. Once we started flirting a lot he began to give me compliments in class and put his arms around me. He wasnt ashamed to do it in front of everyone. One day he came and shared a seat with me and we ended up holding hands. We started to do that on an everyday basis. We'd hold hands when we were walking and he'd put his arms around me when we were sitting. I knew for a fact that he liked me again and i liked him too. Summer came and we decided not to date because it'd be too complicated. Now he has a girlfriend and i still really like him. We havent really talked since we made the decision to nott date and it tears me up because i still really like him. I just cant seem to get over this guy. He was really special to me. today I came home from school and the front gate was open and my golden retriever was gone, I have no idea how long he has been gone for so i dont know if i should go looking for him. I stood out the front of the house and whistled for a bit and tried calling his name but there was no sign at all. He occasionally goes for a wander but he always comes back eventuallly, I also have a thought that someone has taken him home, he is a very very friendly dog and would happily get into someones car but would eventually get destressed or something. He is microchipped in his ear so i guess if someone found him they could contact us that way and Im confident he is wearing a collar and a chain but im not completely certain the collar has our current phone number on it, he is registered at our local council but I dont know what to do! Im only 14 years old and my mum isnt home from work yet, Ive tried calling and texting her but she hasnt replied, Is time running out? should I try and contact the council myself? should i see if he will come back by himself? should i go looking for him?.... I really need some help URGENTLY!!!

I have been on the Ortho Evra patch consistently for 4 months and recently I applied a patch on Thursday (Week 1) and on Friday after hot yoga it fell off and now today (Wednesday) I have a very dark (TMI, sorry) period. Just wanted to make sure this is okay. I know I'm not protected anymore, that's fine, I just wanted to make sure it's okay that this has happen. I'm guessing cause I'm suddenly off of it, my body started either spotting or thinking it was my patch free week. Thanks !

Me and my friend were taking a shot of whiskey (Like, half a shot even.) and when I put my head back I hit it into the cupboard so started laughing and didn't completely swallow the whiskey, and it kinda lingered on my throat. I drank some soda, and then milk, to get rid of the burn. It hurt so bad. Now my throat feels irritated, I have to keep clearing my throat, and coughing sometimes. Will this go away? How soon would you think?

I no longer know what to do with this girl. I asked her out a little over a year ago. If she'd said yes or no and left it at that I would have been content, but of course it's never that simple. She 'didn't have time' to date anyone she said. And since then there have been SEVERAL moments where she's seemed to be at least attracted, if not in love with, me. The night her grandma died I was the only person she came to for support (she wouldn't let anyone else even touch her). She ended up sleeping cuddled up next to me that night (I didn't read into it because of the circumstances though). Except then a few months later she got blackout drunk and tried to hook up with me. She also told me if she had to marry anyone it'd have to be me, that she used to have a massive crush on me and that she's STILL jealous of one of my other close girl friends because she thought for years I'd liked that girl instead of her. When I told her all of this though she just laughed it off saying her 'brain must have fried' if she was saying all of that and thanked me for taking care of her as I did (I didn't hook up with her because I knew how drunk she was). And then a few months later, after finding out the girl I'd been dating in the meantime had been cheating on me she came to console me this time. A week later we kissed, completely sober. She told me she still didn't have time to date anyone, but that she also didn't know what she'd do without me around. And this last weekend, when walking back from the bar with my arm around her (cause she'd stumbled once over someone else into a fence) she apologized profusely for putting me through what she is, for being a drunk and irrational girl. Oh and that she is physically attracted to another friend of ours, but at the same time wants nothing more than that with him, couldn't do that to me ever, and has no idea what she really wants. What the heck am I supposed to do with this girl?

Well, I'm 16 years old and I am addicted to masturbating. I use to do it 2 - 5 times a day, if not, at least once a day. I've had this addiction for about exactly two years. I finally forced myself to stop the addiction which is really hard! So far I've been through eight days without masturbating; my record was 7 days (one week). Today I almost lost it! Fresh Italian bread, which isn't bagged and unfortunately has no list of ingredients on the paper slips that they come in. Im currently going Into the 8th grade and I really want to do FFA or 4-H. I've never done this sort of thing because ive always lived in the city. I would really love to raise a hog or steer but I'm not sure we have enough money& room for that. I did some research and it said the easiest animals to do that are fun are chickens... but i'd rather do something (bigger) a bit more challenging like a sheep .. but then again the room and money comes to mind. Someone give me some tips on how to choose my ffa animal ? what Should I do ? And if You don't think I should be doing FFA ? ..let me know I really want to know the truth !!! Hey guys, I am 14 years old. The talent quest is coming next term and we have 1 week of holiday left. The talent quest is going to be in the 1st week of next term, and I thought of doing a dance with my best friends. We decided that we will meet at my friend's house to practice altogether. I told them I needed to ask my parents first, so I did. The moment I asked, they directly said "NO." without even discussing with me why I can't go. So I decided I should discuss it with them, and I did. I was very polite, but even if I talked to them about it, they say no. I'm not even going for a sleepover, just a tiny visit to her house. I'm leaving this country in 5 weeks and this is my only chance to spend quality time with my best friends, and my parents know that. They still say no. I went to her house once last year, and nothing happened. I GET IT, I should listen to my parent's rule. I always do, but isn't this too far? So please help me, I don't have anything else to do about it :(

I am currently at work and just remembered that out of sheer habit I closed the fridge door even though it has been left to defrost. Does this mean the fridge is going to fill up with water?! Or that it won't defrost properly? It is only a small fridge and an even smaller freezer that I have only been using for a month, I have to let it defrost because I am moving out of the flat on Friday.

I very often (at least once a week) have a dream where I am driving up a very steep hill and the hill is so steep that as I am driving up the hill, the car flips backwards like a somersault. I always wake up immediately after, and this dream takes place at many different places even some that I have never seen before. It has gotten to the point where I am actually afraid of hills while awake, when approaching one I usually stay behind the start of the hill until the light turns green which frustrates many drivers behind me. Any help is appreciated but if you feel extremely knowledgeable on the subject please let me know. THANK YOU! To be more specific it's as if you were to let go of an object on a near 90 degree angle and the rear of the object remains stationary while the front does a complete 180 over it.

Ok. so my sweet sixteen is coming up and im trying to think of things to do. the party will have around 5 or so people cause i want it to be small and so far i have cupcake decortaing, 90's themed music and movies, and dinner at a restaurant, but i need an activity. my friend did nails for hers so thats out and another did a mall scavenger hunt and my other friend is gonna have a tea party type thing. i was thinking of doing something little kid themed like build a bear or something like that. but i would like other ideas. i live around san francisco so if that helps with any ideas i would really appreciate it! thanks!

I'm married to a guy that I've no feelings for. I dated him out of pity--he'd always been rejected -- and I didn't want anything to happen to him--he's suicidal. So, we decided to get married and have kids. Now, many years later, I care about him, and he's a sweet guy, but I don't feel that there's anything magical between us, or can be... I've been in love before, with the magical stuff...but they never worked out. This thing I have with my hubby is real, but I don't think he feels anything beyond friendship for me, either... Is there any way to fall in love? I have tried, and am tired of living like this.
