Hey Y!A, I'm looking for a new haircut, my hair is long (but you can't see it in the photo.) What I'm looking for some side bangs I could just wear to school and still look alright (so nothing I need to work on for like hours to look good.), Just something I can get up, spend 5 min o it and ready to go. I have wanted a cat for a while.... There were free cats at the fair and my friend said she would take the cat home and give it to me if my parents changed their mind.. My friend could not take the cat home that night and my other friend took it home to spend the night with her.. Then my first friends mother decided that they didn't want another cat.... So my second friends dad said that the cat could stay with them until the fall... My second friend is hoping the cat will grow on him and that he wont want to give it up.. If they do decide to give it up my grandmother has a farm I was hoping to give the cat to... but she hasn't responded yet... My parents are very upset with me and I am very upset with myself.. I want to be able to do the right thing for this cat... Do you have any suggestions what I can do?

I am completely broken. I've with this girl for 5 years and she just ditched me within a minute to get better guy than me. I have tried to move on and get started with new life but its seems impossible...I can't shake the pain she gave me...I can't believe she is with a new guy? I talked to my close friends for thousands of time but nothing is working...I am trying to keep myself busy but in the middle of the night I wake up and I can't sleep again. I used to go to a mental doctor but he provides me medicine and now that even doesn't work even.. I truly want to forgive and forget about the past but something is wrong that holds me to not to move. What else should I do???? Its been a year she ditched me..plz plz plz I need help so badly...nothing is working...

ok so i need some help with saying im super sorry to my bestfriend. So me and this guy had a on off relationship for about 10 months, and between our breakups he liked my bestfriend. A couple weeks ago we went out again, and broke up a couple days later. About a week after our breakup he said that he was in love with my best friend. She finally said she loved him back, but they are not dating yet. a couple days after he told her he loved her, i started liking him again because i had a dream about him. and i told him not to tell anyone, but he told my bestfriend! and now shes pissed at me. and no do not like him anymore, but i dont think she believes me! please help me trying to get her to forgiveme and prove to her i dont like him anymore. sorry if this was really long.

my dads birthday is coming up and he recently bought a mauser. he wants to shoot it a lot but left le doesnt because of the recoil, it left him a huge bruise on his shoulder. i want to make a sleeve to put over the butt of the rifle that can take a lot of the force so it doesnt hurt him anymore. im really good at building things but ive never made a mould or casted anything i really need to know what type of plastic should i use for the sleeve and how would i make the mould for something like this

My last job was at a big grocery store for close to three years up to last November. My position was that of courtesy clerk which is the euphemism term for "bagger." That position entailed me asking customers bagging preferences, answering customers questions on where to find items, getting price-checks, getting another items for a customer, refilling the check-stands with bags and other supplies for the cashiers (checkers), clean-ups, getting carts from the parking lot and collecting baskets by the check-stands to put by the entrances. I did more at that job than I have at my other jobs for UPS and working for Macy's. Most of the managers would make me stock in areas of the store despite not having me take what's called "the checker test" and passing it in order to be a checker and to stock. It was actually a union violation and human resources problem for me to stock yet the assistant managers didn't care. Most of the assistant managers talked down to me, bullied me and harassed me. I'll give one example. One of the female assistant managers went behind me to fix my apron when it was already tied and told me, "I guess your mother didn't tell you how to get dressed as a child." I had to report two of the assistant managers at that job for mistreating me especially one of them who blackmailed me on the job. Most of my coworkers (the ones that were checkers) called on me a lot when the other courtesy clerks who were slackers or had mental problems would disappear and not do much. I could never go through a single shift without hearing my name called to do a service out or to help bag an order. A lot of the checkers and other coworkers I worked with were rotten. One of the checkers who I helped out a lot would just chit chat with customers while I'd bag those customers orders. Another checker who I helped out a lot kept asking me if I was gay and once or twice when I asked him to throw a little garbage for me, he threw the garbage back at me. A lot of coworkers there would just talk crap about me to my back. Despite doing a lot, I couldn't get promoted or even transferred and put up with getting mistreated by most of the managers and coworkers. I also had to tolerate crazy and snobby customers. One customer wanted to beat me up because I accidentally bumped into him as an example. I ended up getting suspended/fired when I went up to a coworker who I got along with and jokingly told her, "What a bleeped up place to be in?" I then asked her how her one week vacation was and I was even helping her bag an order. She wasn't offended as she's a grandmother in her 50's who has worked for that company for 28 years and knew I got treated badly by a lot of people at that job. Some customer or customers reported me to the store manager. The store manager said some customers complained about me and were "worried" about my frame of mind." An assistant manager who I had reported twice to the union for talking down to me and blackmailing me was in the main office with the store manager before he called me to see him. She had been reported a lot to the union for mistreating employees yet she was promoted. One of the checkers told me she had her cry while she was pregnant. The store manager felt it was necessary to send me home early that night, suspend me and have me be "investigated" by human resources. I was not given a warning by him at all. I did apologize for my lapse in judgment for using a curse word when talking to a coworker I got along with and apologized for what I said. Human resources didn't interview me by phone or in person before I was fired. The woman who "investigated" me talked with me on the phone and knew I was fired but she wouldn't tell me, she just told me to wait for a letter in the mail. She told me what I did fell under "harassment." I was fired in a letter by the district manager nearly two weeks later. The union found out I lost my job before I did yet they still billed me last December. The union reps didn't care to represent me at all. I had no benefits with the union. I just paid the monthly dues to be a part of that job. When I told the union rep for that store how badly I was treated by one of the managers, he told me, "Alan I can't make them treat you better." I don't miss that job. Nobody realizes how messed up that store is as the male store manager only promotes females to assistant manager positions and has made most of the female assistant managers cry. The female hiring manager at that job forgot my name right after she hired me. It's the only job I have ever been treated poorly at and have ever been fired from. Now six months later, I'm on pending state unemployment as I've had trouble finding another job. I'm in college but I still need work to support myself.

On the AP U.S. History test I received a 5 and am awaiting scores from the AP Biology and AP U.S. Gov & Politics tests. My transcript through graduation is as follow: English 1 Honors English 2 honors English 3 honors UWO College English (Freshmen level course) UWO British Literature (Sophomore level course) UWO Speech (Freshmen Level course) Biology 1 Chemistry 1 Biology 2 Physics 1 Physics 2 Chemistry 2 Anatomy and Physiology World Cultures AP U.S. History AP U.S. G & P Psychology 1 semester German 1 (schedule conflict prevented my continuation) Spanish 1 Spanish 2 Spanish 3 Frosh, Soph, Junior Gym human health studies String Orchestra Symphony orchestra (2 years) Outside of school I am a Boy Scout and hopefully soon to be an Eagle Scout. I have been in track and Field every year and have started expanding my activities the last 2 years. I joined Pit Orchestra this last year as well as Forensics and the Drama Club. I feel like I'm not in control of my actions. As if something else is "running" my brain. I'll continue to do something that I KNOW is gonna hurt me. For example, I just FAILED several of my classes (I almost never fail), I know I should change my ways, but somehow my heart isn't in it. I always think about how this isn't gonna work anymore but there is STILL SOMETHING holding me back. Another example, in my religion we should pray 5 times a day or we risk the chance of going to hell. I DON'T pray anymore, I know I'm being ungrateful, but again there is something holding me back from fulfilling my religious obligations. Any ideas/advice?

Example, Employee is suffering from major health issues and is not able to perfom duties as describled by job discriptrion. Employee takes numerous days off for health reasons. Some but not all of the health reasons are connected with the work related responsiblites. Employee will not terminate position for the fact of loss of wages. Employee realizes that the position of which he or she has held for many years has taken it course and it is no longer an asset, but has become a burden to the company. Would it be legal for the employee to ask the Employer to be terminated so that this person can either get the proper medical attention that is needed and also to aquire training in another field to better suit the Employees currentr situation. Will this last me the whole year, or just a week or a day? I also need to know if there is a limit to the size of any fish I'm allowed to keep. I used to go trout fishing with my father when I was younger, and he said that any trout I wanted to keep had to be over 7" head to tail. Is this still true? Thanks.

There's a boy that I see around a lot, but I have never met him. I know he has noticed me before. Anyways, everyone waves to everyone here so I wave to be friendly. But he will keep his eyes locked ahead or look down. He never reciprocates. And I don't get it because, how could he already dislike me? I'm just trying to be friendly, but he just acts awkward about it. When I'm around he acts distant/quiet. I've said hi to his younger brother before and he is really nice. The boy I like has also never tried to talk to me, even though there are plenty of opportunities for him. It just kind of hurts because I can't get him out of my head and every time I picture him my heart melts. I know I have never met him before, but I just had this feeling I couldn't stop or control. Should I just give up on him and shove my feelings down? What are some reasons he would act like this? (Yes, I already know some will say "go up and talk to him." Me and this guy (gay) just met online and we instantly stated to each other how much we like each other. All he really sounded like talking about was sex so I was highly skeptical. He said at one point: "Can't we be textin buds"? Hmmmm . . . . Anyway, we then proceeded to talk about age and names and such while sending a couple face and chest pics. We talked about schools. All this time, I played like I was easily influenced by whatever he said so that he could show me his side and talk a little more and stuff, but all he really did was answer to my questions and ask ONLY to what we would do in bed. I told him that idk if we she continue, but he said that bf before but it just involved kissing. Riiiight . . . Next, he talked about "since I'm a bottom, I have a really nice a@@" ............. REALLY? Ok . . . so we talked about preferences about things and emphasized the "relationship" part just so that we would be clear on doing so, if he was interested in that manner. He went to bed and I stayed up. I was really tired at like 2 in the morning so judgement was impaired, but I said "I know you were only interested in a hook up, I'll text you whenever." Then he flipped out and said that he gave up on me. I said I was sorry and that he shouldn't judge based on texts, but he said that I should "go away." I have a Windows Vista HP Pavilion Entertainment PC. Recently, with no explanation, my computer just will not start. I take the battery out and put it back in and that works sometimes, but not always. What is wrong with this? I honestly can't think of a single reason. so my boyfriend and I are both virgins, we're older but we're going to the beach, just an over night trip. we're planning to have sex, but as much as i love him, im worried that i'll get pregnant. hes buying the condoms & he doesnt cum right away, which is good, but im not on birth control, and even if i were to get it, our trip is in a couple days so it wouldnt really kick in. i wanna know how much of a risk it is if we just use a condom. do they break easily or what? bc he isnt smalll at all. but he should know what to get, condom wise.
