I downloaded the cfw 639PRO_B7 for my psp so I could play my games of my memory card without the disc.(We all know it runs a lot faster!) I was trying to connect my psp to my laptop via usb, but it wasn't working, so I googled it. I tried a lot of things on websites it gave and then read that it might work if I restart my psp. I did so, and a minute later realized my cfw wasn't permanent. Now all my iso files dont even show up on the memory stick.( and my usb ports on the laptop were messed up) I then being the smart a** that I am redownloaded the cfw and emailed the item you need to use to myself.( Side question: In order to install the cfw do I need the entire proupdate folder or can I just use use the single file within?) Now I plugged the psp into my ps3 and went to my emailso I could transfer it to the folder that way. When it says nortan scanning for viruses the icon never changes to download files. What should I do or am I just screwed?

I am a little confused. I know that if a electric moped ("ePed") is restricted to 15 MPH you can legally drive it on the roads with no insurance, tax, MOT or a licence, providing you're over 14. How does the law work regarding electric mopeds that can travel up to 30 MPH? I read a CBT course needs to be taken - is that all? Do they need registering, insuring or MOT'ing if they travel upto 30MPH? I was looking at 15MPH mopeds for my short ride to work every morning. Seemed like an excellent solution - no tax, MOT, licence or insurance. However 15MPH does seem a bit slow. That's when I come across these 30MPH ones. Thanks for your help. :)

I saw a lot of vids where cops will be in a rough neighborhood and the thugs will call them pigs and fags while they are arresting a gang member or whatever. I also saw vids of cops just running into past enemies or people who just don't like them, they tend to provoke them and the cops just stand and take it due to freedom of speech What I wanna know is how far can someone go before an arrest is justifiable? Like let's say I was a cop and it so happened that a past high school bully saw me foot patrolling a 7-11 (cops in memphis actually do stand guard there for some weird reason, I guess the company pays memphis PD) and decided to just go out of his way to embarass me and tell me that I grew up to be a pig. Do I just stand there and smile or can I tell him to shut up and go about his business? Also if an individual makes it his mission to bash you can you arrest him/her even if its just words and nothing physical? Like let's say a cop's ex, a felon who just got out or even a past bully who hates you just decides to wait by the police station every morning just to bash you when you get out your car; can you arrest them? Now I know you are wondering why someone would do this but my step mom actually did this to my dad when they broke up in hope that he would lose his cool and hit her, in turn she would then sue the police department. And when my dad was a rookie a past bully actually went out of his way to belitte him everytime he saw him on foot patrol. I would just ask my dad this question but he passed away, plus the laws have changed so maybe you all can help.

It's a crazy situation. I basically met a woman 16 years older than me on a course, couldn't help but be amazed by her, she's on my mind a hell of a lot it's not good, not good at all. We met up a few times, had drinks, but it was never more than friends, however I kept pushing to see her and now the course is over she's not contacting me, it's like she was only seeing me to make it less awkward on the course for us. She's really clever and and nice, beautiful, has a degree in architecture, but I'm just not her man, I can't foresee this ever being different, set aside the 16 years age gap. And the reason I liked her so much is because she's just that good, when we make eye contact I get rushes of good feeling pulsing through me and I feel complete. But since I first met her 6 months ago she's been on my mind and it's unhealthy, it's automatic thought, when I'm in the shower i'm thinking about us having fun going to places, when I'm at work I imagine us together, when I wake up I think about her, all the time, and I don't know if it's obsession or what, but it's pretty crazy, and now she's probably not going to see me again I feel really upset. And if I do see her again I think I'll be overwhelmed with excitement which is equally as bad

There is this girl that I have been talking to her for a month she texts me every day and calls me now and again and we see each other only on weekends at the moment, we flirt with each other back and forth but both of us just seem to beating around the bush I think she does like me. The other reason I wanted to be up front and get it out of the way is because her friend has told me she likes me I like her friend but I prefer this girl. I can be a little impatient when it comes to things like this hence why I want to be direct. Guns are not the root cause of crime; they are the symptom. Ultimately, crime is a failure of personal responsibility. According to January – May 2011 Chicago Police Department crime statistics, 56.1% of Chicago murders were gang-related. In 29.6% of these murder cases, the offender was an acquaintance, intimate partner or relative of the victim, while in 38.6% the relationship was not established. In 81.8% of cases, the assailant had a prior CPD record. 65.9% of offenders were African American, 38.1% were Hispanic, and 2.3% were white. Finally, 75.5% of victims were African American, 19.4% were Hispanic, and 3.6% were white. The weapon of choice (82.9%) was a firearm. But what does all this really reveal about crime? It reveals crime is most prevalent in communities torn apart by gang violence, broken families, and depressed economics. It also reveals the abject failure of the liberal approach to crime. The sick liberal sensitivity training for criminals, that criminals are not responsible for their own actions. They are at the mercy of forces beyond their control. Poor economics, Racism, Guns, The NRA, Sarah Palin. Various GOP office holders. Liberals always have some tired, and over used excuse for bad behavior. Instead of whining about Poor economics, Racism, Guns, The NRA, Sarah Palin. Various GOP office holders. The liberals should be trying to fix the effect broken homes have on the African American community. This morning, I received yet another violation notice for having reported an persistent spammer who had asked the same identical question a number of times in a short period of time. I caught the person on his/her spamming and made it known in my response that what they were doing was against the Terms of Service. That person (I'm guessing) probably reported me with 2 of his/her user accounts in order to have my response deleted and to be issued with a violation notice. It's hardly worth appealing the violation. The process is idiotically long and involved and hardly worth the time to get 10 points back. Still, it's worth the lost points to make others here aware of the troll spammers and possibly put a stop to their behaviour.
