Hi i have been having problems getting money from my trust fund so i got a lawyer. The lawyer gave the company that has my money 10 days to pay or we take them to court. The part i am confused about is the letter i got it says i should authorize requesting full payment of the full amount of assets i have to be disbursed from my brokerage account and send in the form of a check to their law offices and mailed to there law offices. Im confused because why should the full amount of money go to them when it should just be sent right to me. Im not sure if im being overly paranoid its just i dont wanna get screwed over. Thanks

When im around this guy(jason), he acts stiff and awkward.I catch him sometimes stealing shy glances at me. He kept mocking one of his team mates about a trick he couldn't do in football for 15mins, when i said it was hard he then agreed with me, he said ' i suppose it is hard yeah'.He agrees with some other of my opinions too. Me and his guy friend asked him a question at the same time.He answered his friend first.I was just looking at him, and he said very awkwardly ' i was going to answer his first and then yours' smiling at me. I get on really well with one of his good mates that he seemed very annoyed about.Once i needed to use his phone, i went into a message from his gf at the time by a mistake and never closed out of it,when i gave back the phone he was smiling at me. Another time he called me good girl smiling at me. Once he asked ' how many bags on my back sarah?' when i answered 2 or 3, he was like ' 2 or 3, 2 or 3, which one is it gonna be??' chanting in my face So i was out one night and so was he, he kept staring at me in the club. He was with his friends that dont like me.We talked briefly and we couldnt hear what each of us were saying but he kept laughing and smiling at me but after a few words i left the conversation abrubtly. He kept staring at me afterwards alot.At the end of the night i was talking to one of my of my girlfriends in the club and he came up from behind me and sat in front of me with his friend( we dont like each other) I could sense him looking at me smiling. I said bye to my friend and gave them a dirty look( i know thats bad but i was kinda tipsy and pissed off he was staring at me the entire night and did nothing in the end). When i left the club i straight away got into a taxi with my 3 friends, a minute later i saw him outside the club with his friend( that i hate) with his back to the crowd, jasons head going everywhere looking like he was searching for someone.

Okay so everyone releases pheromones, yes. And some people smell nicer to someone than others, yes. So if someone smells nice to you, do you smell nice to them back? There's this guy who smells so nice it drives me insane. I also heard the reason smells so nice is because their immune systems are differnent therefore if they produced a baby the baby primarly would have a better chance of survival.

So a few weeks ago I asked my mom if I can use tampons and she said no. So the next day I asked her why can't I use them and she said because you cant and that it might be ok for girls with other religions but not for muslims, she said i can only use them after I am married. So why cant muslims use tampons before marriege? Im not sure if its in the right catagory.

I want to work in a morgue. Ideally I would like to be the one doing the autopsy, but I realize that takes a PHD. So I am happy to be a Pathologists' Assistant and just help prepare the bodies, file the paperwork, store the samples and sew up the bodies after the autopsies are done and any other cleaning and chores that need to be done.. I am just trying to get a concrete answer... Can I assist a Pathologist on a autopsy in a morgue (city or hospital) with a Bachelors of Science in Biology? If not, what degree do I need to do this job? I am in Oregon. Thank you for your time.

My crush was there, and he looked like Cedric Diggory. Then, he informed me we had to LARP our way out of the building (which was a conglomeration of my house and school). 5 years ago, somebody posted a question that basically said "Crazy girl stalking me. I shouldn't have hit that and now she won't leave me alone." And out of like 17 responses, only one even remotely aluded to the fact that he brought it on himself. Here is a person who treats others with zero respect, who expects to use people and dispose of them when he's finished, and never suffer the consequences. And most people agreed...almost every single response (and there were a lot,) expressed pity for what he was "going through." There was another message board with a simlar post, and dozens and dozens of similar responses. Can somebody explain this to me?

Alright so i've been working out since November and believe me it shows. Ive been using whey and jack3d, but i havent really been gaining much weight at all. I am naturally pretty skinny but now it i have been told that i am getting bigger, i dont just think i am. I am just wondering why these effects dont neccessarily show up on the scale. Ive only gained around 5-7 pounds but it looks like ive gained ALOT.

Because for some reason it is failing my laptop BARELY just because of my CPU. Which is strange becase on my desktop some games. Ex: Portal 2 works on my desktop and the desktop runs at 1.99ghz while my laptop runs at 2.30ghz. So my question is: is "can you run it" reliable and accurate most of the time?

my friend keeps calling me a slut and all these really hurtful names. and whenever i start crying she tells me that i'm "being a baby and can't take a joke". there have been instances where she'll kick me for no reason at all I still have a few bruises on my legs from the last time. the other day i told her i can't be Friends with someone like that and she got all pissed off. then this miringg she texted me and said :"well i'm glad you don't want to be friends. my comp keeps crashing. either shows reboot or select proper boot device or disk read error. when i plug of the hard disk wire n DVD-ROM wire again into any one of the 5 plug on the cpu then it works for sometime (up to a month) but then crashes again with same error messages. help

Well, I logged onto the PSN and it said my PSN was "L[insert last name here]". I don't want it to be that for 2 reasons. #1: The L comes from my mom's first name #2 It's too personal to give people my last name in a PSN. Note: I don't have ANY Sony gaming product just in case.

Yesterday I was at church and I was playing tether ball and I hit my pointer finger off the pole. I thought I just stoved it but I couldn't move I without great pain. It was swollen immediately after. Today it was getting black and blue at my middle bend in my finger. I have trouble moving it and when it bumps something I feel like screaming. I am a 29 year-old male. My best friend, we'll call her Sharon, is also 29. We have been best friends since kindergarten. Kindergarten- so this is a long time! All of Sharon's life, she has gotten excellent grades, been a perfect student and a great friend. We have been through thick and thin. She recently finished earning her Masters Degree, and is now pursuing her PhD at an respected online university. I myself went to college, and have been away for a year working. Upon my return in March, I noticed some changes in Sharon. I will bullet point them below: 1) Sharon is very stressed out. She is living at home with her parents, and her father is a terrible perfectionist, never satisfied with anything she does, and is constantly nagging her to do better- even though she has a 4.0 GPA! She is currently in a relationship, but her father does not think she should be with this man while pursuing her PhD. (No, they don't have kids together) 2) When ever we hang out, Sharon talks and talks and TALKS about herself, how she is a new woman now that she has a great relationship, and how she is no longer the book worm she was in high school- how she is finally liberated. This liberation causes her to go on rants where she repeats how successful her grades are and how her father needs to understand this. Usually our conversations flow where we each listen to each other- but lately its all about her. I am proud of her accomplishments, but she has never been so loud and abrasive about it- and she repeats herself all the time. 3) Sharon constantly tells me how she is Jesus Christ. No lie. She told me today she is Jesus, and has sacrificed for others all her life, and feels she is psychic and can see the future. That's great, but then she disclosed to me her past 2 ex boyfriends both have died of AIDS. When I asked if there was proof of an obituary, she got very defensive and said I am a scientologist and not spiritual like her. She says she knows in her heart they died of AIDS because in the past when they were with her, they cheated on her with other women. But why would she say they died of AIDS? That's way harsh. 4) I recently finished a cruise ship job and took a picture with all my crew and next to the ship. She looked at the picture of the ship and said to me that the ship had sunk- mind you this is a MAJOR cruise ship. She also told me every single person left on the ship when I left died in the accident. Come on! She is being TOTALLY serious with me, she is not joking. I can go on and on, but to make this already long story shorter, this is totally unlike Sharon. The old Sharon I know would never tell me things like she sees visions and death. And ALL OF HER visions involve someone dying in a crash, or dying of AIDS. It's very black and white. She used to be so much more level headed then this. What is going on??? PS- I know this was the Religious section, but as usual I'm getting 0 answers everywhere else.
