salam brothers and sisters, i have seen many people put henna on their feet, but i was told by my elders it isnt allowed, and this is apparently because our prophet Mohammed (PBUH) used to put henna on his beard, and if we was to put henna on our feet it would mean dishonouring our beloved prophet, is this true? For the past 2 days I've been experiencing this weird pain. It will start around my upper stomach and move up to my chest. I can still breathe normally when it happens. And while it happens it kinda feels like I have to barf but nothing comes up. Please help, this is honestly making me feel a little nervous. If it helps, I'm a 15 year old girl.

from what i've been told the further away we look the more back in time we are looking due to the speed of light. Observations suggest (v=H0*d) that stuff that is further away is moving faster - therefore stuff in the past is moving faster away from us than stuff is now. Doesn't that suggest a decelerating expansion?? what am i missing?

I had this incident at school with this girl writing things on the bathroom wall. Before this, before the janitor started complaining that every bathroom was filled up with graffiti she was supposedly going around having casual conversations with people and telling them how much she LOVED my clothes and asking where i shop, etc... She never spoke to me one on one until one day when she saw me and my friend "tammy" washing graffiti off the wall. She would normally stare at me in the mirror in the bathroom yet never speak to me, just look at me. I also never spoke to her or said hi or anything. So, if this girl really did like my clothes, way i did my make-up etc, why on earth would she be writing on the bathroom walls such vile things? if you admire someones style or whatever wouldnt you just try to dress like them instead? When does it go from admiration to writing on the walls "my name" is an ugly f*(*cing b&ch and needs to not wear this or that in every bathroom?

As I was packing, sorting, and throwing away things I've been hoarding for years, I came across this in one of my boxes. I got this letter and photo from Reagan when I was 12 after sending him a letter expressing how proud my dad was to be serving in the Air Force with President Reagan as the Commander in Chief. I don't know if he actually signed it or not, (I've been told it's a stamp), but I really don't care. I think it's awesome and this is one of my hoarded items I WILL NOT be getting rid of. I know it depends on physical ability/ level of fitness etc. But I was wondering, being a 20 yr. old female of about 133ish pounds, having been riding a bike quite a fair bit when I was younger and now getting back into it- How many miles should I aim/ could I aim to ride before getting nauseous/ exhausted?! My mother is approaching 80, and she has gradually declined mentally to the point that she is in a world of her own. She imagines people are saying things behind her back and so forth. She is repeatedly verbally abusive to my stepdad to the point that he is now on tranquilizers to maintain his heartrate and mental health, on recommendation of his doctor. Last Christmas, she haranged me for a half hour and warned me not to talk to my cousins because they hurt her. I stormed out. A year ago, stepdad confessed to wanting to leave her, but he could not afford it. I am afraid she is driving him into a grave, and if he dies or otherwise leaves before her, I am going to be left to deal with her. You see, my sister is absorbed with her own family and detests our mother. Since I am single, I am concerned that my life will unwravel and I will be driven to moving in with her, taking care of her, and at the least, have to be at her beckon and call 24-7 and receive non-stop paranoid abuse from her. I have watched her grow worse and worse for the past 10 years along with every other family member, and I can only see clouds on the horizon. When she is not abusive, she acts like a little girl in need of coddling. She has pushed away every family member and it seems like her husband is next. Last year when my stepdad's son died suddenly, my stepdad was miserable, and he still is, but I listened to her shout at him regarding the use of a cell phone. She was angry because she thought he was ignoring her, and he probably was trying to. Evidently, it is the duty of everyone to validate her even as she is brutalizing you emotionally. I know I cannot fix her nor her marriage. because she sees that everyone is the problem but her I am afraid that as the only single sibling in proximity, I will end up being stuck with caring for her when the best man in world failed at it, and I actually want to move to a career prospect out of state so that I can have a nicer lifestyle. Stepdad thinks that is a smart choice, I think so to, but I could use a fresh perspective. What would you do in this situation?

well I am not dreaming or think about fantasy concepts. now in modern world. we normally use tangible hardware equipments and based on that use software to make our works easy. or even people can manipulate hardware resources directly by commands sent from software. in market you could find different types of platforms. such as Windows,FreeBSD,MacOS, even Playstation ,Xbox can be considered. we the developers develop applications for that specific platform. they follow a different methods such as in Windows you can use WinAPI ,DirectX function while it's not possible on MacOS or even Ubuntu. and you have to use OpenGL when develop games for Playstation 3. though .NET is entirely for programming on Windows platform still it's possible to use with ubuntu on Mono. but someone has to implement the underlying structures that would fit into the specific platform properly then rest of developers can develop application based on that. there are many platforms exist nowadays apart from .NET such as Java,Ruby on Rail ,Linux,Mac OS X,Microsoft Windows,OS/2,Solaris,Unix etc.. but every modern platform is based on basically hardware made by human beings. it's pretty much applicable for software as well since software are based on a specific computer platform (though on a cross platform) and those platforms are based on hardware. Electronic hardware are mainly made with resources that we found in Earth. we need Silicon to make Transistors, and other metals to wrap them ,even to build processors silicon is a compulsory element. then we need copper for wires , so when concern the overall system basically we need copper, zinc, aluminum, nickel, and cadmium so fourth. I am now asking Is it possible to use the Universe as a Computer platform and program on it? if so how we gonna do it? or at least is someone working on that .I meant this should be a real scientific experimental not a fantasy or a fiction. if we could use Universe as a platform. we will be able to manipulate the resources, and get huge advantages from it. this shouldn't be about earth but for entire planets.as a result we may see time traveling , able to travel long distance in a short time period, create planets ,resources (anything that we need copper, gold, silver etc.. so we can use them).
