I used to have panic attacks, they stopped last year, but since then I have never been in an enclosed space for longer than around half an hour, (ie trains, lectures at uni). I used to fly on planes as a kid and wasn't scared, but that was before my anxiety and panic attacks started. I have a 2 1/2 hour plane ride next week and need to know if the herbal sleep aid Nytol will relax me during the flight? I can't go to the doctor's t get Valium or Xanax or anything as I can't afford the prescription (just under £8)- struggling student!! Please answer if you have experience with anxiety/panic attacks/flights. Thanks!

I've been blow drying my hair 5x a week for 6 months and my hair is damaged, even though I used heat-protectant spray. I have fine hair so it's much more easily damaged than other hair types are. I WON'T be blow drying it anymore except for special occasions. This is good but obviously, the damage is done. So now I want to know how to "repair" it and take care of it to make it feel and look better? (I know you can't technically repair it but I'm willing to do the necessary treatments until the damaged parts grow out). I have longish hair down to my armpits. Besides getting a trim, what else should I do? My hair: -Fine -High porosity (from the heat damage) -Longish, down to my armpits -Easily weighed down by product

I live in a suburb of Memphis and I can tell u that some areas r absolutly terrible. You would be lucky to drive down a certain street without something happening to you. all of Memphis isn't bad by any means but for the most part not a good place to raise a fAmily at all lol

I finally got all sims 2 games back to my computer I downloaded lots of things & meshes if they were needed Everything BUT furniture show up, clothes,hair,buildings. I can't download CEP since MTS2 is down, and I can't find other place to get it. But not a single furniture shows up that i downloaded.

OK, I have 2 children both young teens. My boyfriend of 7 years does not let them do anything together & is so judgmental about everything and doesn't like the kids spending time together. He moans about things on a daily basis.. He doesn't live at my house but comes like 4 times in a week to stay We had an argument today because me & my children were in the back garden talking and enjoying each others company. He hates my cats too I know this probably sounds really pathetic but its the truth. the thing is I need him because of his money. I won't be able to support my children & I if it wasn't for him. When he is nice he can be really nice & loving but mostly now he's just always nasty and arguing. My children can't cope with this anymore & I don't know what to do. I love my children & want the best for them if i'm not with him I won't be able to provide.... What should I do now?

Okay well.. Im starting college in September, so EXCITED to make lots of new friends!!:D:D I hated high school.. :l Well the college I want to go too, is completely new and just been built. It would mean I would have to get up every morning, get a train THEN a bus to my college.. all before 9am. Ive never had to travel before so its not a big deal.. i can deal with it. The new college is absoutley beautiful and huge & right beside the pier.. It's not even opened yet so completey new EVERYTHING :D two colleges are being put together..in this one so it means lots of new people!! It's right beside a VERY loyalist area which is known for rioting, stabbings etc That's what worries me..being stuck there some night wouldent be very fun! the other option is (Sec) a small college 2mins away from me literally.. I know people who go there & I really don't like them.. I walk past the college everyday and just hate it! It dosen't look nice or seem nice & its in my town which everyone would think oh brilliant but I don't because I hate my town! I'm never in it and avoid it at all costs:/ It's closer.. and means I wouldent have to travel.. but the one (BMC) has my subjects..its either a choice between philosophy or sociology! Helpppp please :(

I recently got a pair of new skull candy headphones(the really big ones) and now they are screwwing up. The wire has to be turned a certain way near the jack in order to hear sounds.if its turned a different way the sounds messes up.is there any way to fix this?

i have a 94 Honda accord, my last gas gauge broke so i replaced it with a gas gauge from a 97 Accord, once i installed it the needle went to the top it hasnt moved since, and bkuz i didnt know how much gas i had, i put about 45 dollars of gas 3 days prior to replacing the gas gauge now i was exited, maybe i have a FULL tank, but as precaution, i slid a tube used to scyphen gas out into the gas tank, i dipped it about 7 inches into the tank, pulled it out and it was wet with gas now, 2 days later my gas gauge still reads FULL.... could i have filled the tank so full that it hasnt lowered enough to move the needle down? or do i need to re-replace my gas gauge?

i have been going out with my boyfriend for 6months, i love him and i know he loves me. he is not a dick or anything, hes actually the nicest boy i've ever met who does really care but theres one thing that makes me annoyed. i have this friend whos a boy. i have knew him for about a year now and i know he liked me at the beginning but he knows me and him would never happen because i just see him as a friend, nothing will change that. i used to tell him alot, hes like a 'boy, friend' who i could talk to about things that at the time i didnt feel comfortable about telling my boyfriend but now i can tell him anything too. my boyfriend heard about how he liked me and everyone including him has told me that my friend is still in love with me, when hes not, we hardly even talk now ,i dont know why they think it. My 5 year old yellow lab was recently diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. It is in her left elbow and the vets said that in some places there is even bone on bone, she also received the surgery for elbow dysplasia. As well the vets believe to be some arthritis in the joint. I know that there is nothing completely proven to regrow cartilage however I want something to help slow the break down and aid in the function of the joint. Okay, so I've never actually seen this painting before, but my friend told me about it and she said that's what she imagined heaven would be like. I'm bipolar and depressed, first off. Okay so when my sister says something mean to me like saying 'I'm lame.' I go into my room and cry. Then, while crying I think about how she called me lame but then I imagine her calling me 'fat' and 'ugly'. I picture it so clearly it makes me cry more. Then I think of her telling my whole family how I'm ugly and weird or stupid. It's like i'm making myself think these scenarios that never happened, but I convince myself that they did or they are going to happen soon. I'M NOT SCHIZOPHRENIC. Do I just simply have an over-active imagination??
