Last time I made a thread, I didn't get enough responses. I would like responses from mothers who have actually tried or are currently continuing to cover there childs mouth so I can get established answers..Thanks! Hi, I am a mother of an almost 3 year old daughter. Now, my daughter is a total screamer! Loves to be loud, it kills my ears! I have begun covering her mouth with my hand in hopes of curing the problem. It's seem to work. I was wondering if some of you mothers could tell me your own experiences with having to cover your childs mouth in public and if it works. Also if you think its effective strategy to use all the time. Perhaps you could share a couple of your stories where you have had to cover your child's mouth, and how they responded to you doing it. I am wanting to relearn spanish after 10 years. I know how words and letters are supposed to be pronounced but I feel silly and rude when I try to manufacture the right accent. I also feel rude when I just spit it out in my english accent. Which is the least offensive? I can speak at a usual pace when I don't apply an accent but I sound like the worst kind of redneck, and when I try to sound right I have to speak so slowly with a fake accent that I wonder if they think I'm insulting their intelligence.

ok i'll make this short so theres not too much to read. Im female,22 and hes 25 Basically i met this guy 2 and a half years ago, we have always had a laugh, been sarcastic to each other, messed about etc hes stayed at mine after night outs 4 times now. We have never kissed/hugged or had sex lol he had a girlfriend for a month who looked scarily like me, they split up the other day, then he texted me saying he had a day off and was looking to catch up with a few ppl, i said i had work, then he arranged for a night out with me, only me we went to a club last night, watched a bit of a film then fell asleep and had a chat this morning, had a laugh etc i am not joking, i have NO idea whats going on and i need help lol he told me last night his ex was being a bit controlling but i wasnt like that? thought that was an odd statement he had a shower at mine yesterday as well and came through in his boxers when he could have easily just taken his bag with him into the bathroom, i fancy the hell out of him haha and he started talking to me so its not as if i couldnt look haha help! hes not made a move but hes shyer with women, i dunno, are we just close friends or what???

I have 6 video files ( Divx avi ), now i want them all to be in one file, same quality, and same stream, what do i mean same stream ? i mean like from file "1" to file "2", if they are combined already i wouldn't notice they were seperate before, this split second between the videos needs to be gone, i mean i want from files 1-6 are completely merged to one file same format , same quality and same stream time line. ps, if windows movie make cant do the job, and you know other better programs that can do it, please suggest it, thanks

She just got her blood tested and they said there's a high possibility she could have mono. If that is the case, how careful do I need to be? The cat is 3 years old. It will scratch up things constantly. It refuses to use a scratching post we got it. There is more than 1 scratching post in the house as well. You leave a magazine or book down and it will destroy it. Doors are all scratched up in our house, so are walls. It will meow throughout the night very loudly. The cat is fixed so I know its not in heat. I know it may sound stupid but as much as I yell at this cat, it doesn't listen at all. I can use a spray bottle on it, and it will continue. I can throw it in a cage, and after I let it out it will continue. How do we get this cat to behave?

I am sixteen years old and when i go to a certain part of the city like the side of my city that isn't black i get this cold glare from other people. Imagine being black and all these white people just stop and look at you like there's something wrong with you and they whisper something about you. why is it that black people are hated ? we didnt do anything to deserve this kind of treatment, it shouldnt matter if our skin is darker or if our hair is nappy or if we talk different. we are all human beings and god's children and americans. So why do some people hav to be so hateful? i dont care if you are whie, hispanic, asian, korean, french , or even japinese. Im just tired of black being associated with failure and people thinking that african americans are ignorant, uneducated, and worthless people. damnit we not. No excuse my english because im from texas. We ain't none of that and im proud to be black.

Me and my friend were watching a film with Gerard Butler in it today. And having never seen a film with him in it before, I said to her "I always thought he was American." But obviously from his accent, he's from Scotland. But then I said "He is British then." And she said "No, he's Scottish." But isn't he both? Because I'm from England, but then on my passport it says I'm British. We were just having a debate about whether he was British or not. Thanks for any answers :)

I use Windows Media Player to find album information so I don't have to put in things like titles, albums, and years. Every two minutes it resets all of the albums to what they were at the beginning. All my information is lost and I have to find album information again. The only solution I've found is Apply Media Information Changes. Why won't WMP keep the changes automatically instead of resetting them to original? I have already turned off Retrieve Information from the Internet. Thanks in advance!

okay so I'm 14 yrs old and I really want to lose some weight in my thighs. I'm going on vacation with my family on July 19 which is about a month from now. Okay so I'm not 'fat', i'm good height and weight, i'm 5'5 and about 112lbs, but my thighs are just big. I also want to lose a little bit of my stomach but I wont get into that because I'm going to just eat a lot less for the month, my thighs are just really bad. I wanted to know some exercises that could help me out, is running really gonna make me lose weight in my thighs, and I understand that you can't just focus on one part of your body to lose weight but what are some exercises that will help my out?

Hi :) I finally decided to make an effort and buy a good quality binder. I've been living as male 24/7 for ages now so it really is about time i stop using bandages. Now before you give out i know all the risks and how dangerous bandages are but it was either that or nothing. as far as i'm aware i haven't cased any damage so far though i no i need to stop especially since I bind several hours a day. But i never did it tight enough that i had breathing problems or anything. i'd even forget i had them on after i got used to them but anyway now its time to move on. basically i'm asking this question to hear peoples suggestions and hopefully hear of peoples own experiences especially those with large chests. price isn't an issue though i would like to be able to aford two so one can be being washed while i wear the other one. also i'm 6ft with a size 38 DD. i'm not that fat but i do have a little chub basically i'm just soft around the edges if that makes a difference. i could wear medium size t-shirts if i wanted but i wear large to keep my clothes baggy. i was thinking about going with an underworks binder, what do you think? thanks for the help :)

Now I have liked a girl for like 3 1/2 yrs now (we have been friends for 4 yrs and are almost 16) and i was wondering if I am in love or just infatuated with her. We are good friends and I do hang out at her house a lot (her brother and I are also friends and i go to class with him 2 days a week so i generally stay there for awhile) I still believe she likes another guy still but they have a complicated thing and I don't think it will work out with them and I think she knows it and there is another guy who is definitely infatuated with her and trying to get her. Back to the main part though I have had her stuck in my head everyday since three and a half years ago at a summer camp when I realized just how beautiful she was when she was walking over a hill and the morning sun was shining behind her. (I then tried to lean down on a tree but was staring so I missed and my friend caught me picked me up and she had a was giggling on her way down the hill) At first I thought just infatuation so I didn't bother about pursuing anything (I never had been in a true relationship and still haven't) but about 2 yrs ago I really think it turned into love as she had a lot of problems at this time as she was having boy troubles (thought some1 got addicted to drugs because she turned him down (turned out to be a stupid rumor)) Now when I am with her I can't think of words to start or even continue a conversation everything just gets jumbled around. We are both gaming nerds (I more nerdy than her) and in multiple advanced classes in school. Many times she has done what seemed to be flirting but I'm still kinda iffy if it is just your such a good friend or actual flirting. She gets easily distracted no matter what but generally tries to finish a conversation that I can muster or always comes back to it once her problem at hand is taken care of. I also have written a so far 1,000 word list describing everything I love about her (took less than an hour and I had to go plan on trying to make it 2,500 and maybe even more) and none of it is really lustful (I mean i have stuff about her body but not really sexual). I can manage to make her laugh plenty and stay up at night for hours just thinking of ways I could ask her out and on if she loves me and one thing is on facebook I have recently found one of my friends on it has a crush on me and I have only 4 friends who it could be (I have tested times that they were on and when it was put up) one of them being her. I have never actually asked her before (I've tried like 6 times but something or some1 always screws it up) but we have had some relationship conversations and are many times mistaken as we are dating. Am i in love or just infatuated? Should I tell her and ask her out? And what approach should I take? And yes I have asked this twice now I would like more than just 1 answer.

Okay so I was wondering when you calculate the volume of a ported box does the volume of the port also count as volume of the box? Like a box 2.5 cubic feet with the port, or a 2.25 with the port in, but the port doesn't count as part of the volume of the box. They say when you make a box if its 2.5 cubic feet, then calculate the port and add the port displacement to the box. Could anybody shed some light on this? If there's a website with this answer let me know, thanks

I have a coupon from gamestop that states if I but two pre-owned games, I get one free. Now I have no clue what to get. I like games that are open to explore, like infamous or red dead. I just got this audioboost.prx about two hours ago it's a 0.0.2b version. Everthing was working until, I press the little o button between the little music symbol and the psp logo at the bottom of the psp screen where the screen shuts off but, the music is still playing. Then, about a minute later it's starts glitching on me and the song skips every 3 seconds until, I press the o button again to get the screen back up and eveything is back to normal but, for some reason eveytime I press it the song keeps messing up. Is their another plugin that is smilar to audiobost or is there a another way to fix this problem. please tell me. thank you.
