I want to accomplish a healthy lifestyle I want to be an athlete who can workout and run I also want to do a little bit of muscle building. Which includes weight liftng, push ups etc. I want to keep eating healthy. I really like to run and I want to keep it up. But idk if that will disrupt my muscle building. I'm planning to begin weight lifting etc. in a few weeks.

Yesterday I had sex but I've been on birth control for 6 months. I'm usually very good about taking the pill everyday at the same time with a couple of slip ups of forgetting to take the pill a couple hours after the time I'm supposed to here and there, what are the chances of me getting pregnant?

post menopause have large cyst in right adenexa it shows thin wallwith hyperechoicspeck within it measures 4mm irregular polipoidal areas ar seen along its wall at least two one of the largest measures 24.1 these ar also shows hyperrechoic speeks within them calcification.my smear test is negative. my ca125 is 49.6 please let me know what all means

I am getting a tattoo soon. I am getting it on the top of my back. I was thinking of some sort of writing, maybe like my date of birth in Roman numerals or fancy writing etc. What do you think? Okay, i was going out with this dude i really liked, he would pay attention to me more than anyone, and then, Wednesday, i get a text from him saying "im breaking up with you" i was like "why?" and he was like "Because i dont really like you i only went out with you to make you happy that was it" , So then later, i was talking to his friend (my friend too) and he was like, "you cant really hate him he was honest in the end and he actually tried i mean\ he went through alot of *S H I T* his friends were being d i c k s to him about it the *WHOLE* time and he cared enough about you as a *friend* to make you happy if only briefly" Then, later, i get an I.M from him and hes like "hey" i was like "Hey.. just to let you know im not mad at you, but i have a questiion" He was like "whats your ?" And i was like "Okay, if you were only with me to make me happy, and you were getting alot of crap from your friends the whole time (.... told me that you were) why did you just let them do that and not say anything to me about it?" He says : Idk I Say, "you should've Just told me, cause, I don't like people messing with things like that. (not what you did, what your friends did to you) " And All He Says Is Whatever, and its the end of the conversation..... WHY would he only go out with me to make me happy and stay with me that whole time even when his friends were being d i c k s to him the whole time?

Many games require 1gm for XP , but 2gb for windows 7. Well I have tweaked my computer to make it use less ram , by turning off many services and programs and processes, etc. I am just curious, do those games look at the ram as by the default system settings, for example, shogun 2 total war requires 2gb ram for windows 7, do they look at that as 2gb if you are running all of windows 7's memory hungry processes such as superfetch, etc? Why if I turned off many of these, and made it sort of like XP, would that mean I would be able to play the game? Thanks~

So, me and my friend were going to go to the mall. So then the night before she texts me and asks what im doing the next day. (The next day was the day we were going to the mall, she just sometimes texts me and says that because she wants to make sure i didn't make any other plans) So then i text her back saying "Going to the mall with my family" and she texts back "I thought it was just going to be me and you! Not your family! OMG!" So then i say "Ya i know i was going with my family and then i would meet you there and then split up." So the next day when i go to the mall with my family i meet her there and she brought her friend! I thought that she was sooo mad about me saying i was going with my family! And that she just wanted it to be us two! What the heck! Like she didn't even tell me that her friend was coming! She just brought her! Does any one think that that's right or am i just wrong? I'm crying so much now. i went through so much in my lifle. First my mom is SUPER super cheap and never ever bought anything for me in my whole life. Its alwasy my grandma who buys everything for me with my grandpa. They're like my parents to me. My dad works his butt off to get money for me and my younger brother who is 7 so we can get a good education. He doesn't even buy good clothes or eat out because he knows he cant. my mom buys clothes for herself, eats for herself and works only for herself. She makes me go to kumon which i want to quit because at my age i know have more responsibilties than any other kid. I am forced by my mom to do what she wants. and if i dont, she'll hit me. When i get hurt she just laughs at me and walks off. no one knows even half the things i go through in my life. and no ones ever going to care. im crying raelly hard

Microsoft Windows 8 has been announced and they already released a preview of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p92QfWOw88I The new interface, which resembles their Windows Phone, looks like a tablet OS but the new interface will be the default user interface on all new Microsoft computers, that includes, Desktops, Laptops, and tablets. I hate this new interface, after I watched that video, I started looking into Apple products for my next computer.

Hey My prom dress is all candy-flossy pink with a small band of detail under the boob that goes all round the dress of pink and silver bead/stones, i am wearing silver jewellery to match the detail but i have no idea what colour my accessories should be - by accessories i mean, clutch and shoes. I was reading some info about commercial cat and how bad it is so i wanted to switch over to homemade. Can i switch over to the HM cat food now? Or do i have to do it gradually like you do when changing a different brand? I really wasn't sure because it's healthy but cats have trouble adjusting to different foods. And if I have to do it gradually, then how do I do that?

However, the dictionary definition ("wicked, shameless woman") would kind of prevent me from using it for a child one day. Jessabel has a similar sound without the meaning. Thoughts?

So, I am now recently in a relationship - my first one at 28 years. My girlfriend of six months now convinced me after trying for very long to be in a relationship, with the reason that "it'd be ever so much fun" and "we'll have it so good together" and "you won't ever have to feel alone anymore". So, I told her, yesterday, I'd be gone to the city at 16.00 hours, and that I might be away for an hour or two. She said "ok, baby, I'll be at your place by 18.00 hours, we might do something together later tonight". I got home at approximately 23.00 hours, and she was NOT happy. I met a friend along the way and we went out together, me, him and his girlfriend. I told her this and she said I was a swine for not calling her because she was worried, even though she knows I scarcely ever use my mobile phone. She even slapped me - not hard, but the message came across. Anyway, it made me reconsider my relationship with her. If that's her idea of fun, I've misunderstood her. I used to go where I wanted. And now, to constantly have to tell her where I am, I think of stopping this. If that's her idea of fun...

So his cousin works for a company that hacks essentially anything. It all started when i said a guy's name in my sleep and denied knowing who it was. so his cousin goes through and hacks my entire personal life. she sent him every website ive gone to on my computer, every message, post, chat session ive ever had on facebook, skype chat ive had, ever text ive sent, call ive made, the list goes on. We've been dating the past 6 months so she sent him that activity. he will surely get this as well but i dont know what else to do. he says he didnt ask for it but of course hes going to read it. basically i am fully truthful to my boy friend and would never do anything to hurt him. BUT i did keep one thing from him. I talked to a guy from my past. we were in love at least 4 years ago, but we still keep in touch. I guess i said his name in my sleep once when i was with my boy friend but i dont want him anymore, i love my boy friend. well were in this whole ordeal now that i still talk to him and never told my boy friend. I am a bold face liar and he will never forgive me, and honestly, i dont feel like theres any point in maintaining a relationship. I see lying just as bad as cheating, yet i did it myself and i feel absolutely horrible. this guy will tell me how he still loves me and thinks about me, wants to be with me and feels sorry, the whole 9. i turn him down every time and remind him i love my boy friend and he should be with his girl friend, but the fact is we still talk. but before you side with me, the fact is i lied and ruined any chance of trust and honesty in my relationship. but at the same time i feel so utterly invaded. hes right i dont know if i would have ever told him if i didnt get caught..i think i would of but i dont know when. he says he didnt ask for it, his cousin just wants him to know what hes getting into. of course if his family is telling him to watch out he is going to listen to his family. but how can you have a relationship with someone who you can never have any hope for privacy? its not because i want to hide anything, like i said, this was the only issue and i will never speak to that man again. its not worth anything hes put me through. BUT WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW? I feel like my life has a computer/cell phone virus.

This is the situation. My friend is adopted and is not allowed to go anywhere by herself. It's my b-day party coming up soon and i want her to come round for a shopping trip and for a sleepover. Her "mum" said she could go for a sleepover but can only go round for the shopping trip if one of my parents goes with us. Now you'd think this is okay but im having 6 friends for shopping and i really don't want my parents going round with me ( by the way im over 14 i wont tell you my real age). I asked my parents to lie and say they would go round with us when they really won't but they are worried that lying could make them go into trouble. I wanted to go and tell my friend that she couldn't come but the otherday she said that she really wants to go for a shopping trip even if my parents do come. What shall i do. Tell her she can't come or have one of my parents go round with us.
