Okay so apparently my spanish class was assigned a book called El Sueño de Linda which is by the author Tiffany Haney. Forgetful and stupid me didn't check my summer reading until today, July 11, 2011 and the due date for questions and writing assignment is July 30, 2011. I literally can't find this book anywhere; Amazon, Ebay, even Google! I really need help, please! Please don't bash me for procrastinating or anything, please just try to help in any way you can. I already took the AP World History class, so I thought maybe I should take the Subject test for World History. I took a regular biology class, but I barely learned anything from that class.... Hello, I am a 16-year old girl, I'm 5'0 and 114lbs. I am recently trying to be healthy and lose some weight (I want to lose around 14-16lbs) Here is what my day was like and what most days are for me: Breakfast: 8oz Green Tea (0 cal) 1cup of fresh steamed broccoli (31 cal) 2tbs light lemon dressing (10 cal) 1cup suisse mocha instant coffee (80 cal)-- sorry I cannot go w/o coffee please don't ask me to Lunch: 2 small peaches (102 cal [51 cal each]) 1/2 cup baby carrots (35 cal) 2 cans of chunk light in water tuna fish (200 cal [100 cal each]) 2oz unsalted cashews (280 cal) 8oz of silkvanilla soy milk LIGHT (70 cal) Dinner: 1 spinach flat-bread wrap (90 cal) 3oz deli turkey (60 cal) 8oz silk vanilla soy milk LIGHT (70 cal) Dessert: 1 peach (51 cal) Exercise: 1 hour and 10 min on Elliptical (vigorously)--burned 570 cal 15 min of crunches--- 30 cal? So that is about 1,079 calories consumed and 600 calories burned Do I have a relatively healthy diet? I feel completely satisfied and full :) Will I lose weight? My dog is a golden retriever who is almost 15 yrs old. She has suffered from hip dysplasia for the last 4 yrs. She is on medication for this (both pain and anti inflammatory). The problem is that her condition is worsening. She lays down most of the time...and when she gets up to to go outside to the bathroom it is a struggle for her to rise. In the past week she struggles to squat and rests her haunches on the ground to urinate and defecate. She is hit or miss on making it up the 2 steps back into our house. I generally can give her a lift from behind to make it back in. The bigger problem is her appetite. She quit dry food weeks ago....and now wont eat canned food from the vet. We are giving her rice with boiled chicken.....now she is refusing to eat barely any of that. however she will always take bread (which her medicine is in). She is winding down and I know the amount of food she is eating wont sustain her....in the past week she would eat maybe 3/4 to 1 can of dog food when a dog her size would normally consume 2+ cans a day. She is very bony. I pray that she die in her sleep but I just cant bring myself to put her down till I see her back legs go out or I see that the pain is unbearable. She is so sweet and still seems interested in play even though her body is not capable. Tell me your thoughts, please. Is it time?

I would think that the Grammys would be more important because i think music is more important than movies. the oscars gets wayy more views than the grammys, i don't understand why, to me the oscars are just actors ass kissing each other (when the really hate each other) and they think that wining an oscar is the most important thing. where as the grammys i think show- case a lot of different talent and everyone gets a chance to shine plus where would the world be without music? anyone can read lines yea you have to practice to be believe able but not everyone can sing, dance play instruments and so on.... oh and music is WORLDWIDE but movies are not needed to live some countries still don't have T.V.s and theaters but they entertain themselves with music. sorry i no it's long but im just wondering if anyone else feels the same way.

Hey y'all! Anyways, I was planning on going to see Dark of the Moon tomorrow with a bunch of my friends, but some of them decided that they probably shouldn't go to see it because they heard it has a LOT of suggestive content in it. But she watched the first two and liked them alot! I haven't seen it yet, so I want to know, Is the suggestive content WORSE in this movie than the previous two? I was in Rockport MA not too long ago, and was in a little home decor shop no bigger than a big closet really and I saw these four pieces of matching artwork that all featured different portraits or women Da Vinci painted. They were kinda done in a collage sorta way with soft colors. Very Victorian looking! Loved them, would really like to know how I can get my hands on them. So...Yea...For the past 2 weeks...Pretty much every food makes me feel really nauseous, or even just thinking about it can make me feel sick. I'm deffinetly not pregnant for 2 reasons, 1) I had a test done not even a week ago (by a doctor because of this exact problem) and 2) I'm on my period right now. Anyways...I can eat dry food like frozen fruit (not really dry but it doesn't make me sick), trail mix, popcorn, chips, chicken, crackers, I can eat a bit of pasta and a few veggies. Anything else will make me want to throw up. Like today, I almost gagged after taking one bite of ramen. I've never had this problem before and as you can imagine it's kind of irritating.

I am 18 and i have been dating my boyfriend for over a year now. we are talking about getting married and he is 19. i get along with his family very well but my family judges him and assumes wrong things about him. we never are over my house (i live with my parents) because he does not feel welcome. i love him with all of my heart and how my parents talk about him to me is just not right at all. i want them to see him for the way i see him but they are so stubborn. my parents are very controlling also. i have gone to college for a year and they still give me a 11 pm curfew. i ask them to please take away some of the rules and make my curfew later but they just tell me to move out if i dont like the rules. so i told them i would move out and they gave me guilt trips and told me they thought that i dont want to be part of their family. but now they have given a decision i must make. i repair what damage there is to our relationship and stay in this house with all the rules and unhappiness i go through or i move out and possibly damage our relationship even more but i would be happier living outside the house and personally i believe it would help our relationship. What should i do?

ok here's the background. i'm currently unemployed, waiting for enlistment in camp. as i've become quite a bum...i normally wake up at 12pm, 1pm. but yesterday and today i woke up at 10am...it's very unusual for me to wake up that early. I kinda have a farmers tan and my stomach is a few shades lighter than the rest of my body. I'm usually a happy person. Always making people laugh and having a good time. But I also have my darker side. I've been depressed more times than I can count and been suicidal to the point of having a gun to my head several times. I know people take medication for this but there are times I miss being depressed and when I am I have feelings like this is who I'm supposed to be. Like I'm supposed to stay this way. Ive been told I need to be on medication but I don't know if I want to be. Any input?
