Hi, i started have a pain in one spot in my right ribs just below my breast. It hurts constantly but much more when i breathe or laugh. About 3 days later the pain grew to my right shoulder on the top. It hurts much more than the rib and hurts triple at night. I have already took medication for muscles. it soothed my shoulder for about 30 mins then the pain came back. I cant laugh bc of the pain or breathe deep. Hick ups hurt and so do sneezes and yawns. Help please

Hi, I would like to get some advice on my current tax situation I have been in the US for 6 months (Sep 2010-Mar 2011) as a J1 scholar, working at UC San Diego, and under the US-Italy tax treaty, all my income was non-taxable at the federal level, and at the state (CA) level, I earned less than 14k$ in 2010 and so was tax exempt there as well Now, I am interning in the US under ANOTHER J1 visa (intern, rather than scholar), again in CA. 1) I understand that my income as intern is NON-exempt under the tax treaty, is that right? 2) Do I need to pay CA SDI tax, or can I ask a refund for that when filing my 2011 CA tax return? If so, how? 3) Can I deduct living expenses from my Federal tax return for a 3-month internship? If so, how? 4) Can I also ask for a refund for Medicare and FICA tax from Federal? Again, how do I do that? Thanks a lot :) I know it may all sound obvious, but it is the first time I actually have to pay taxes in the US and I want to make sure I do it right, without giving away more money than I owe in the process..

So my ipod was stolen and I'm almost positive of who it was.. now he's walking around the house with an ipod he says he bought off someone... Is there anyway I can make sure that its mine? When I would connect it to my computer it would pop up itunes and say it was my ipod.. (the name I had put on it).. I want to ask him if I could borrow it so I can know if its mine... I know it's very early and anything can happen from now to April. But judging by the free agent signings and trades so far, who do you think will win the cup in 2011-2012? My pick as of right now is Philly. ( Just for the record, I hate the Flyers with a passion ). Although they lost Richards and Carter, they did gain some solid players and still have a lot of guys left over from last years team. Giroux, Briere, Jvr and Pronger are still there. Voracek, Jagr and Bryzgalov should be enough to ease the pain of losing Richards and Carter. Plus, Talbot and Simmonds are good 3rd - 4th line guys who will work hard every night. For example, if Talbot and Simmonds were on the Leafs ( My favourite team ), there would be talk about one of those two playing on the top line. However, I wouldn't count out Detroit, Pittsburgh, Vancouver, Boston or LA. ( Yes I said LA, not a typo. ) All of those teams are legitimate contenders So who do you think will win the cup in 2011-2012?

for a couple of weeks, my nose had been running, my eyes were a bit itchy and my throat was sore. i went to the clinic and they told me since my brother had a pharengette bacterienne, they said i was starting one. a pharengette bacterienne is almost like step throat. ive been on penicillin for the past 4 days and my throat is a lot better, but my eyes have been itchy, ive been getting back headaches, and my nose wont stop running and its also itchy. could it be because ive spent to much time in the sun while im on penicillin? please guys i need your help, im leaving on vacation and would like to kno if this is normal

I'm looking for some clarification, so if you have personal experience with this please feel free to enlighten me. I've been looking at some shelter dogs, and it seem's they're mostly shepherd/lab/rottie/pit bull or any combo of those breeds. Like 80% of the dogs at the shelter I went to were those breeds or a mix of those breeds. Is that what most shelters are like ( I don't really like those breeds, something smaller would be nice)? I know that you can find the occasional purebred and whatever but are most shelters mainly made up of those combos? And what about the behavior.. the dogs there are barking like crazy and jumping like pogo sticks..how do I tell if that is something they're just doing from excitement or if it is an actual thing they do on a daily basis...It can honestly be intimidating. Do most of these dogs have anxiety issues? Would there not be some kind of psychological damage from being abandoned? So if you can answer those please do, and what tips do you have for finding a dog that matches your personality and life, when they are a mixed breed and don't have a "standard" temperament like a purebred would?

Here is the situation: I have a fascination with this guy, and I took pictures of him and put them as my cell phone background. My sister snooped through my cell phone, and asked "Who's this guy?" I honestly feel really embarrassed. This guy and I initially liked each other for a couple months but then we had a falling out and didn't speak. Then about 5 years later, out of the blue, he sends me a message on myspace asking how I am. I said I'm good and asked how he was but he never responded back. A few months past and I thought maybe he didn't get my reply so I sent him another message. He claimed he never received my previous email. I told him what I said in the previous email (which was just asking how he was) and then yet again he never responded back. What's this guy's deal? Why did he contact me out of the blue after so many years? And then why did he decide not to reply back?

I am 17, about to be 18. I just had sex for the first time with my boyfriend, who i've been dating for over a year, 17 days ago. As for protection, we used a condom. But now I'm freaking out. I'm a pretty big runner, so to say my periods are irregular would be an understatement (the last period I got was in the fall). Also, i don't know if what we did is really considered sex... it hurt too much during the process, so we stopped. Not sure if he was ever completely inside me. Anyways, I know if this is how i'm handling the aftermath, I obviously wasn't ready... even though I really thought I was. So my question to you... what do you think the chance of pregnancy is? I bought a test with my friend, but I don't know when to take it (when is too soon?). I want it to be as accurate as possible. I'd talk to my mom about it, but I really do not want to worry her about it until I know there's actually something to worry about. Any help/advice would be really, really appreciated. I have been in a job for approximately 3yrs now. I do nt like it (accounting) that much but that is not the reason i want to leave. (1) In this job there is no room for promotion. (2) the pay is extremely low. (3) i am the youngest there and because of past mistakes at the job, everything this blamed on me, things i have nothing to do with. (4) I barely ever get time off. (5) too many bosses. (6) i feel extremely unfulfilled. I would have left already but being the first of 4 kids 2 of which still in school support them with this very small pay which can barely keep me. I feel like even if the pay was raised id still want to leave... sigh i wish i could givve a better discription of it....It's like im suffocating!! I am thankful for the job and i know how difficult it is to get wrk these days idk wat to do. Should i take the chance and leave?

[ Other - Internet ] Open Question : What is the problem I can't view internet videos normal?

My internet speed is good 4/4.5 mbps and my flash player is up to date and I still can't watch the videos normally. I see just ''fast changing pictures". This happens with every video on internet and it's really annoying!!! :@:@ :@ I would be extremely thankful if someone help me!
