I need help on what to do since I am in a pre-diabetic state. What to eat, what not to eat? I am 13. Also, my sister has the same condition and she is only 8. We had been drinking a lot of soda and juice and eating a lot of candy. We are trying as hard as we can to lower our sugar level. My doctor said my sugar level is 4.6 or 5.6, I cant exactly remember. Which one would mean you are a prediabetic? My sister was a 4.7 or a 5.7. So what can we do to lower our sugar?

When I restart my computer and open my browsers, my homepage has been hijacked from Google to newversionchecker.com. When I open my browser options to look at my Homepage settings, it says http://www.newversionchecker.com/?redr=www.google.com. Once I change it back to Google, it works fine until I shut down or restart my computer. It happens in both Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. I ran my Norton to try to cure the problem but it didn't pick up on anything. Any suggestions? This has been going on for a month now.

Hi, i'm thirteen, nearly fourteen, and the top of my wisdom teeth is started coming out! Apparently you're only supposed to get them in your late teens/early twentys, and I can't find any material on on early cases!! What should I do?? What does this mean about me/my teeth? Also, I heard that wisdom teeth are supposed to HURT alot, so how can I deal with this? last point, I'm gonna be getting braces soon, because of my wisdom teeth, will I have to wait for my teeth to come out completly before I can get braces? I work part-time as a guitarist and I recently started a new project after leaving my previous band. We play progressive rock and we got our first gig in two weeks but we still haven't come up with a good band name... Right, so i met this guy called wazzy like 3 months ago, and the first time i met him we didn't really speak, but the second time we met, we we're practically unseperable- we were together the WHOLE day. then he got my bbm, and wouldn't stop messaging me, and i mean of course i responded, cos he seemed like a real nice guy. Then all of a sudden he stopped, so now im kinda kicking myself, cos' he bbmed me like 2 weeks ago saying "why do you never say hello :(" so I feel like a complete idiot, and have been talking to him first a lot more, but he seems distant :/ and sometimes doesn't even respond :/ He doesn't even live far, but I really want to meet up again and try and start over.. For a long while now, I've been more sexually attracted to men than anything else. However, I also like women, I've never had sex with one and I do find them attractive, but I'm rather anti-social and I haven't had a girlfriend at all, and the girls that I like don't like me. I haven't really fantasized about me having sex, but other men having sex with a woman. For some reason when I fantasize with women I'm "fluffier" (not as erected) though I'm only attracted to men's physical body and not really emotional. Women are less attractive to me (in most porno anyway and I can't really get it up with just looking at them, though I feel like I want to be with them), but I do want to date them. My character is half Spanish 1/4 black and 1/4 white. She is a shy nerd who moved out to San Fransisco with her mum when her mum and her father gotten a divorce a few years earlier. She also takes all Honors and AP classes and speaks 3 languages fluently (english, spanish and french). She also plays the piano well and later on earns a piano scholarship to go to UC Berkeley. Throughout the course of the novel, she learns of her true self and met people who befriends her. She goes from a shy nerd who hardly talked to anybody to someone who is confident and is ready to shine, despite it all. What are some good last names for her. Oh yeah, she is 17 and is a senior in high school. I prefer hispanic last names since her father was from spain and hispanic. Thanks for suggestions! :)

So I'm going on holiday soon, I get flight anxiety and have been prescribed Diazepam 2mg 1-2 four times a day for flying, it also can cause drowsiness and also Betahisine Dihydrochloride 8mg which I take 1 or 2 an hour before the flight I'm just wondering if it is okay to take them at the same time? I know that's a stupid question but do you think that I could take just one or the other and sleep through the flight? I'm just worried about taking two at once without taking them beforehand ...Or is this just me being crazy? Thanks

Ok, so it's now summer, i'm 16 years old and all i wanna do is smoke pot. yeah im a pretty big stoner and my parents dont let me smoke weed and they think i dont smoke n e more and i just got theyre trust back but i love toking up. but i have 1 friend that livesby me and so wheneveri dont have a drive or n e thing i always chill with her and get stoned.. but today im in a situation and my parents wont drive me n e where and shes gone but coming home soon and i just bought an ounce and i wnn get stoned but idk wut to say to my parents to leave the house... i cant say im just randomly going 4 walk cus theyd no but what could i say? and when i do get stoned i haveno idea wut to do...i just sit there and eat and idk wanna do that ... i wanna do something fun but dont know what... so leave suggestions as to how to sneak getting stoned and what to do when iim stoned lolol im not very creative sometimes :/ :p

Oh so i am a personal support worker i love my job. I have 3months probation period its been 2months and few days. I love the company i work for and i am looking forward to be with them. I never had any complain or nothing from anyone. Even my coordinator says to me very often that i am ''doing well and she appreciate my hardwork'' and stuff, i've been hired but i never really talked to my supervisor and she wasnt the one interviewing me even she was supossed to someone else did... I met her once for few minute its for transfer of skill that's it... But i know i show up everyday at my clients, most of them seems to like me and all..Sometimes i taKE clients that arent mine and stuff and even willing to work even if they give me day off :p Right now i am replacing all the clients one of the worker in vacation....all this is a good sign? i honestly just worrying so badly.. around 3weeks and i guess i will know.....what it is...

I'm not sure if this will make any sense but, so far, I'm not all that great at playing the piano. I've been playing the clarinet in my school band for several years now and I know what all of the notes are (for treble clef that is, I'm still having a hard time with bass clef). However, when I try to play with both hands, my left hand seems to be connected to my right hand. I'm not sure how to explain this. It's sort of like it doesn't want to play independently. What I mean is whenever I play with both hands, my left hand doesn't want to play the part that's written. In other words, it just wants to play the same rhythm that the right hand is playing (albeit on the left hand notes). I'm sorry if what I'm trying to say makes no sense by the way. Does anyone have any tips on how I can get my left hand to be less rebellious? I would be extremely grateful. Also, thank you for reading my jumbled explanation.

I have a new laptop and I have been playing Sims 1 on it. It works fine and is even in the right size. All I have to do is "run as admin" Then I hooked it up to the TV via HDMI cable. Well this happened around a year ago, but I still want to know if you think this was inappropriate. I went to my friends house, and so did another friend. I didnt know we were swimming, so I didn't bring a swimsuit. I also didnt want to swim because I'm not a very good swimmer. When I got to her house, my friends father told us we must go swimming or he will throw is in. I really didn't want to go because 1) I'm not a good swimmer, 2) My friend didn't have a swim suit I could borrow, and 3) I didn't want to swim in my clothes. I finally just decided to go outside by the pool. Then the dad came up and told me to stand by the pool, so I just pretended I didn't hear him. Then he told me again. So I did. Then he told me to close my eyes, and he started massaging my shoulders and kind if feeling my bra strap while massaging my shoulders. Then pushed me into the pool. I got kinda mad, but I didn't show I was mad, because I really didn't want to swim and now my clothes were see through:( And he sat there and watched us swim. I felt really uncomfortable with him "massaging" my shoulders and stuff:( My friend told him not to push me in, and stuff. I told my mom that he just pushed me in, and she said that he was just joking around. I didn't mention the shoulder part.He knew I couldnt swim well too. I'm not going to go around saying he's a bad person or anything. Maybe he just wanted us to have fun, but I think it crossed the line. Am I over thinking this? I was 13 at time. Plz help? I remember from the older animated movies I belive he was a mini-con he talked odd as if in riddles, like "mee see what you no see" and stuff like that I know Arcee was definately in the movie. if you could at least give me the title, that would really help, as well. I remember they had their "darkest hour", and there was an explosion towards the end. My dad thought the character was Kup, but I don't think so? I think he was a red mini-con. I have really been freaking about about being pregnant for over a month now. This may sound really dumb, but I have never had sex before, although I have had oral, and I also had a normal period that lasted five days. But the thing that was strange about my period is that I started having symptoms about two weeks before my period, which NEVER happens to me. And even after my period is over I am having slight cramping occasionally, my breasts were sore but not that much anymore, I am tired, I did have nausea but it's not that bad anymore, my lower back hurts when I sit in a certain position for a while, I have heartburn occasionally, and just yesterday I started to have a little discharge that is watery and a little bit white and is odorless. and the thing that is scaring me the most is that my lower abdomen is started to get hard. It's mostly hard near my hip bones and right above my vagina. I have been researching what is wrong with me for a month and the things I find on the internet really scare me. I didn't think I could be pregnant because I've never had sex, but I have been reading that it IS possible! I didn't think anything happened.. I mean the last time I fooled around was around June 6th and I got my period ten days later. I mean I literally eat less than 500 calories a day during the summer (it's not really intentional, I just don't think about eating) and I haven't worked out in about a month, so I don't know if those can cause my symptoms or something. I also read that stressing out over being pregnant can cause pregnancy symptoms, which might be the case, but I don't know for sure. I don't want to take a pregnancy test until I get my period this month (hopefully), so I'm seeking for advice for now. Can anyone help me out?:/

This stuff happens to me ALL THE TIME and is completely spooky. I was at the park one day, taking a breather from running, sitting on a bench. A little ways off I hear a man and a woman talking. I overheard, "Dam...she did a number on him, didn't she?" says the lady. "He's still not over it...that stuff is gonna kill him if he can't leave it behind him...", says the dude. Then so I naturally turned in the direction I heard the voices, and discovered them turning away from looking at ME just as I turned around to them. They look up into air and all around (trying to play it off), and then they casually walk away. I concluded they WERE talking about me, and what they had said started to bounce around in my head like a pin-ball. Truthfully, yes I was married young at 23, it lasted 5 years and ended terribly. I have NOT completely and fully gotten over it, but that was over 15 years ago, I do not know these people and they could not have known about my past. Like I said, this "thing" happens practically everywhere I go. Not just with my past tho, it's happened also with things I've been marinating on or planning to do or something crazy I might've seen before being wherever I was at when this happens. I don't wear my problems on my sleeve, so how do people know all these things about me? It's like they're sneaking into my head and watching my thoughts and memories. Am I an open book and not realizing, or are these people psychic or something??? It reeeeally creeps me out and makes me angry too when it seems like my mental privacy is somehow being violated. What the hell is going on???
