Well, it's a long story, please read, I'm scared for my life! Okay, well lately, my mom has been pestering one of our neighbors about something sexually explicit on his truck, and she wanted him to remove it for the sake of kids seeing it. Well, last night my mom was outside smoking, and the same guy approached her and punched her in the mouth. She fell, but was helped up by the guy's girlfriend, apologizing for his actions. My mom said that he looked very angry. Well, the police are currently getting a warrant for his arrest, and he may appear before a judge and jury, and hopefully do some time. My mom said that he seems like a druggie, and he may get busted for drugs as well. She said that he's always partying at night with his friends. So, what I'm happy that the dirt bag might do some time, but what I'm scared of is that he has friends. I mean, my mother works at night, so it's just me and my older brother at home at nights (she was off when the incident happened". Well, I'm scared that this guy is not only violent, but he has "friends". I'm scared, I don't know them, I haven't seen them, I just know based on the information my mom gave me. What should I do? I'm terrified of his "friends". We don't have much money, and I can't go with my mom to work "her boss won't allow it". Can someone please help me?? I'm scared! I'm 16 and live in Arkansas if that helps!

Everybody says I'm overweight, I'm really not but I would like to loose weight, and I would feel more comfortable if i did. I'm hoping that I won't have to spend lots of money to do this, because I really want to be able to put on a Hollister or Abercrombie shirt and not have my stomach popping through my shirt. I'm willing to try anything within reason so give me your ideas!

my husband has been approved for house arrest but hasn't received any rules or anything. he will be going on h.a. in rankin county ,ms he wants to know if it is better he stays there or goes home. does anyone know the rules of house arrest over there. or when he will find out what the rules are can't find anything on line with the rules. he wants to know if he will be able to step out in yard or will he have to stay in house after getting off of work everyday. please if anyone has any info please let me know thanks so much.....and how long does it take for him to come home once everything has been approved....

bread past few weeks. Last two nights for two minutes, after eating dinner, I had trouble inhaling but I was able to if I stood up. For two minutes day 1 in evening time and two minutes day 2 in evening time two days in a row this happened. I have also noticed my heart is beating very fast; its supposed to when expecting a baby. This is my second kid. Maybe I should cut down on the garlic bread? Any other input? I can breathe fine, I just have a little trouble breathing after eating dinner for two minutes only. But I can still inhale. Wierd.

I was just wondering as I went on flightstats.com and checked the statistics for my Etihad flight last year and it said how it was a codeshare flight, I understand what that means. It said on my flight there was people who had booked with V Australia, Sri Lankan Airlines, Flybe, BMI & American Airlines. I was wondering if you booked a flight from Manchester to Abu Dhabi with Flybe for example (which is a lower class airline from Etihad) how would you know you was going to be flying on an Etihad plane? And also what if you booked your flight for a higher class airline such as Etihad or Emirates and you ended up flying on a flybe plane which may not be as 'comfy' as an Etihad aircraft? Do they tell you before you finalise your booking or do you just find out when you turn up at the airport on the day...? Thanks

I'm a big reader and always have been, but my boyfriend hates it. He says he's only ever completed one book in his life that wasn't assigned for school. I personally think this is tragic, because I've always gotten so much out of reading. After much encouragement, he agreed that he would read a book if I picked it out & also read it. I want to find a good book that he'll really enjoy so he'll be inspired to continue. he's 17 and likes cars (but the book shouldn't be a car manual.) I'm not looking for a difficult read, but also not something stupid. haha thanks so much! hopefully I'll find a good one! :)

So I think I'm lactose intolerant because I always get sick after eating ice cream or cheese... I have these Lactaid pills that you take w/ your first bite and apparently it's suppose to keep you from getting sick. Will it work better and give me a more unlikely chance of getting sick if I take 2 pills instead of 1? Or will it have the same results? I'm going out for ice-cream later with friends and wanna be extra careful I won't get like diarrhea or somethib... Sorry for the tmi:)

I was driving a friend home from the bowling alley. I dropped him off and was 35 min from home. It was about 5:00am when the accident happened. I drove about 30 mins back home and was no more than 3-5min away from home, when I passed out for 2 sec and hit a boulder about the size of a bowling ball. The first thing i did was call my mom and she came and picked me up. I called the police and they had me drive back to my car for a statement. ****The officer did not cite me for the accident when i went back. I didnt receive the citation until 3 days later at my house. The citation says it was issued the day after the accident. My hearing is on Tuesday, and Saturday I took a remedial class to reduce 2 points from my license. My question is, is there anything I can do to fight this? Or is there any advice that anyone can give me that might help? I was up for 3 days straight. I felt fine before i left my buddies house, but after stopping at a stop sign it just hit me. Reason I left, my mom wanted to make sure I was okay. I did however report it and said I was home, and would return to the scene if needed. She said the officer may need me to but it was perfectly fine for what I did seeing how no one else was in the car and there was no one hurt. There was no property damage to the house or anything but my car.

A few days ago I saw my dad pick up his phone with a text from "Liz". As far as I know, our family do not know any Liz's. So later that day I went through my mom's contacts and looked for a Liz, there wasn't one. Just a few minutes ago, I found my dads phone out. He lefted it on the table before he went to sleep. I went to his messages and read a convo between him and Liz about "grabbing lunch" and stuff, as I read, I found out he works with her at the Fire station. I am the middle of three and l dont find myself to be a "loner" at all I am very very out going but my little sister seems to want to do everything I do which I understand is normal. The thing is I am very weird I like manga anime and all sorts of other things I have loads of friends and people seem to just LOVE me I dress a little weird I like attracting attension but in good way of course. All my teachers love me but I am NOT a teachers pet i have a seasoning of badness.I am always made fun of because of my weight But my other sister not so much, the other day my dad even called me fat! I am oh so very nice to all my sisters but karma just doesnt come around.....I barely spend anytime with my mom and even if we are spending time together I am asking her to help my sisters be nicer to me but I just dont understand...... My big sis has most respect and my little sis wont respect me only her i love my familly to death but tell me do i have it? middle child syndrome?

Will the U.S.government still pay for me to still go to my private boarding school? My dad is in the U.S. army and is stationed in europe (cant say where) and me and my whole family had to move there. This past year the government paid for me to go to my old private day/boarding school in the U.S. where I was a boarder and it was the best . He doesn't spank me or anything (not yet anyways :P) but he touches my back, squishes my shoulders, arms, etc. I haven't seen him do this with other co-workers yet either. He's probably not flirting just for the sake of flirting, right? Or is that a possibility too? I do realize he's being a slightly unprofessional, but I'm not uncomfortable with it. I enjoy it so I've let it go (and perhaps even embrace it since I always smile or something when he does it). i dont know wat to do bout this! my older sister has been dating this guy for a few months and they r close, he is rlly sweet and funny and not a creep or anything, but lately he has been hitting on me in obvious ways, mostly when noones around or no one is paying atention. he comes to out house like every other day, and one he was telling my sister she was pretty, and when she walked away for a min, he goes "and your pretty as well of course". he always asks me if im having trouble with boys and need advice or if he see's me texting he will ask who im texting. 2night we were laughing about something and he put his arm around me for like a few seconds randomly. i just pushed away. im 16 an he is 18, and my sis is almost 20, and already graduated. and this year me and him are going to the same high school and he volunteered to drive me to skool everyday, and im nervous about feeling akward alone in the car with him or something will happen. i dont like him in this way, and i dont want to tell my sister anything cuz she loves him, and me and her are rlly close. maybe im just paronoid and hes just being nice, but how do i go about this? im nervous for the car rides.

i'm 15 year old girl there is a 6 year old and a 9 year old both boys my mom just moved in with her boyfriend 7 months ago, and obvi i moved with her EVERY SINGLE MORNING THEY LITERALLY SCREAM ON THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS AT 6AM AT EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING. i'm a teen. in the summer. i like to sleep until 1pm thank you very much. i *seriously* think there is something wrong with them behaviorally. they do shit like this ALL THE TIME. neither of them ever tell the truth about anything and they are really fat and ugly. their father (my moms boyfriend) legit tunes them out and says he doesnt hear anything they say when hes really standing 2 feet away from them. my mom has talked to her boyfriend and told him to get his f**cking kids in line but he doesnt discipline them AT ALL sooooo....what can i do? something to frame them to get them in trouble but not me? make them miserable in any way? i need ideas here. just something to get their dad to actually ground them or something that pains them.make it harsh and big here people i need ideas ideas ideas!!!
