  • Property is located about 3 miles east of Highland, Wisconsin (Iowa County).

  • It consists of about 394 acres, of which about 150 are tillable. 
  • Improvements include:  two older homes, 52 stall dairy barn, beef barn, and a variety of other sheds.

The appraised value of the property is $990,000.

The public auction will be held on September 28, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the Iowa County Sheriff's Department, 1205 N Bequette Street, Dodgeville, WI  53533.
