I have a very old pair of t-strap character shoes - http://cn1.kaboodle.com/hi/img/c/0/0/135/9/AAAADPoIe60AAAAAATWSiQ.jpg?v=1299507056000 They are still very sturdy, but have been worn a LOT. I have another pair of character shoes that are my "good pair". I would like to take these old pair though, and put taps on them. Can someone tell me what kind of taps I would need? I can't find any taps for high heeled shoes like these. Once I convert my old pair to tap shoes, I probably wont ever switch them back, so making a permanent change isn't a big deal to me. I'm pretty much pain- and swelling- free now, and I can open my mouth pretty wide, but when I look in my mouth, I can still see small holes/dips where my bottom wisdom teeth used to be... Should I keep on eating soft foods/liquids, or can I go ahead and ease into a normal diet? I've eaten a little bit of spaghetti, but I'm still kinda worried that rice and some of the other foods around my house might still get stuck in my gums...

When do you ussaly start your finish kick? I have been in some very deep training on my own and I will be training on my own till track starts. eventuly I will be timeing myself in the mile. getting my split time for every 200 meters. and will be figuring out where I start to slow down and when I need to push the pace. at first im going to start my kick 200 meters in and then soon it will be 400 meters. And that is 95% effort till the last 200 then it will be 100% for the kick.

im 20 and i dont have any wrinkles but i want to prevent them from ever happening. i know know the saying everyone ages and gets wrinkles BUT you can still age gracefully and not get as much wrinkles when your older theres this fair skin blond hair blue eyed women from my church who is 56 and when she told me her age i was shocked. she looked about 35. she is a doctor but not a determatologist. she just said all she did was stay out of the sun drink lots of water and moisturize. i want to be like that but i heard on the internet from someone that if you use anti wrinkle creams at a young age than they'll actually do the opposite of what they would do for someone older, making your skin get wrinkles but i dont know why?

hi i went to get a ultrasound this morning because i been having pains in my abdomen area so i went in and the ultrasound nurse was doing the ultrasound and said that my ovaries where way high like really high but she could not tell me anymore until i or hear from my doctor but she did say that them being that high is whats causing my pain and abnormal period; however she could not tell me how or why they where that high. So anyone out there that has any info on this please let me know cause i am really nerves and i looked it up on the computer and it said that when your ovary's are that high that they have to push them down. but anyone with any information that has gone threw this or heard about it please let me know
