I am currently looking for a job, and on most app's they ask you..."Have you ever been convicted of a crime?".... I Have 2 Misdemeanor's on my record...the first was over 10 years ago,( in WI..)with the charge of theft/forgery= a Class A misdemeanor. The second was over 3 years ago (in IN.) with a charge of theft, which i was wrongly accused for, but was still charged none the less. (A BIG LONG STORY that i don't want to discuss) That also was a Class A Misdemeanor. I Guess my question is this: when applying fora job, WILL they do a background check? also, DO I need to disclose what happened w/ these misdemeanor's? for example, I would like to apply to a local grocery store. Any & all help on this would be great. Thank You!

this could be my period but im juss hoping im pregnant =) on friday i woke up a pea size amounnt of brown blood in my knickers,saturday i got pinkish discharge then brown discharge enough to fill a liner..sunday and today ive now got bright and dark red blood like a period but a light flow only filling a quater of a pad my periods have never started like this i was havin unprotectd sex at the begining off the month my period was due early august. just wondering if this is implantation

I was about to sleep with my girlfriend for the first time last night when she said "I have to tell you that Im a squirter". I didn't have a clue what she was talking about so I asked her what she meant. She then said "I'll probably squirt when we're having sex". I didn't want to appear foolish so I just said that it was fine. Unfortunately we never had sex because some of my friends came round to my house and disturbed us. Anyway, what the hell did she mean?

My great grandfather was German, and since then every generation of my family has registered their children at the German consulate as citizens. I have never been to or lived in Germany and neither has my father (the one with the German blood) but I know for sure that he and my brother both have and/or have had German passports. The reason why I ask is because I heard that a law was passed in Germany that made it so you had to speak German in order to obtain citizenship/a passport. I was born in 1993 and registered at the consulate that year. Do I have to speak German in order to obtain a German passport?

I really dont know what has happened to my sweet, kind natured little Leon but I want him back! He is walking now, so is obviously curious but he is also becoming really aggressive towards me. He will also get into these awful tantrums at least twice a day that can sometimes last upto an hour at a time and being nearly 8 months pregnant you can imagine just how much more stressful it is! My hubby thinks its to do with the new baby but I dont think it can be as shes not even here yet? I just feel so awful because as his mummy I should know what to do and be able to comfort him but I realy dont know how :( Can anyone offer any advice, new or experienced mummy's out there?? ok. im a boy. And i know some gymnastics. But thing is. I could never afford a gymnastic program. So now i live with my uncle. And he agreed to pay for my gymnastics. So this is what i can do. Floor: Front + Back handspring, Back + Layout, Round-Off, Cartwheel, One handed Cartwheel, Hall + Full twist, Side aerial. Front pike(i think its called) Rings Haven't done yet. My wife is an amazing woman, and honestly, I'm just a jerk. She does all the cooking and cleaning, while still working a full time job. She is the nicest, sweetest woman I have ever known. She volunteers at the freaking homeless shelter for pete's sake! She isn't one of those chicks who wants to spend all your money, she doesn't care about brand name clothes, or getting her nail painted, or anything that is frivolous. She even supported me for almost a year after we got married. She has never bitched at me for playing video games, you know why? Because she plays them too! All of them, and she's really good at them! She's the female version of Good Guy Greg. She's sexy and funny and she never complains about anything. But me, I am a jerk. I say stupid mean things for no particular reason. I get in angry moods and I just take it all out on her. Last week I felt pissed off, so I insulted her and put my fist through the wall of our new home, that we were able to get because she was smart enough to work up credit for the past 4 years. She cried and told me she was going to leave me, and she went to spend the night at her friends house. But this morning I woke up and she had made me breakfast and patched the hole in the wall. I know I am a jerk, but I don't stop. I guess I don't really think she will leave me. Her friends hate me, and I guess they have reason to. I know she deserves better and typing this all down really makes me sound like a dick, but I guess I am. I do love her, she is amazing, she would do anything for me. So my question is, what do I do for our upcoming 2 year wedding anniversary? Last year she made this elaborate mystery hunt thing, where I had to solve these clues to find my gift. It was a lot of fun and she put months worth of effort into it. I didn't get her anything. I told her having sex with me was a gift enough. She smiled and laugh because she didn't want to fight, but then I heard her crying in the shower. This year I want to start over. I want to do something that will show her that under all of this, I do love her. It can't just be something I buy, it's got to be meaningful. But I don't know what to do! Help me!

Right, I do have a boyfriend but since I got back from holiday he's been acting very very off with me. He's no longer as fun and is serious about every thing all the time nothing makes him laugh any more - when he used to laugh all the time. He's started a job which is long and early hours so hes tired and moody all the time. He never wants to see me or go out with me or any thing. Then there's this other guy who i met a while back and he said he would wait for me and he likes to go out with me for a couple of drinks and his friends get along with me (unlike my boyfriends mates which i dont know why) and he makes me smile. I just, i see a future with my boyfriend if he could just be as he was when i fell for him :( And this other guy I wanna be with except I dont wanna regret my decision :( Im so lost, help??!

I remember watching a film quite a few years back. It was about a husband and wife (who were supposedly married) being on an island. The remake of the film was before 2001 (so no one suggests 3 AKA Survival Island). They go through many things such as lack of rain, intense weather etc... At times people come and help them. At the end of the film the woman takes a flight back. I haven't seen the start so don't know how it all begins.

This guy asked me out and I was at the beach, so I told him I'd text him when I got home. I did and he texted back right away and we talked about going to the movies. The next day I texted him again asking what he wanted to see. He never replied, so I was really confused. 4 days after him not texting me back, he chatted me on Facebook and told me this: Him: "Hey sorry I cant go the movies with you" Me: "Why?" Him: "Got in trouble" Me: "so you're grounded?" Him: "Ya" Me: "That's okay let me know when you're ungrounded" Him: "I will" Sooo then I was on his Facebook wall a few days ago and some guy asked him to give him something and he commented "Im comin over tomorrow". Idk if he is lying to me or not! BUT: he got in trouble with his MOM and he is at his dad's house now and his dad's house is an hour away from where I live...so I only know him because he goes to school where his mom lives near me. So he could be trouble with his mom but not his dad and his friend lives where his dad is, so his friends lives like 5 minutes away. So do you think he really will tell me when he is ungrounded and do you think he is really grounded?

They made another appearance. Thin jagged tongues licked the ground carnivorously while some writhed feverishly from their rabid mouths. The man whimpered, he was at the mercy of these beings that conquered the earth. Satisfied, the forked tongued Devourers vanished again into the darkness, cunningly out of sight in their strange sinister lairs. In an instant all was silent. The soldier wrapped his thin slippery jacket around his muscular torso, the only armour he had at hand. The trees scattered on the landscape bent terribly backwards, as if they were trying to break out of the ground. He prickled all over, the small hairs that covered his body threatened to join them. Years of military pride shushed his terror and kept his toes curled into the ground. Warm rain clung to the man's clammy skin like thick saliva. For a cowardly second, he almost gave in to a terrible desire to burst into a run. A cool sweat of shame began to seep out of his every pore. The patient soldier in him straightened his posture and stared up daringly at the dark silent sky. Content, he finally turned away. The man took a few liberating steps forward. Several hasty steps later, he glanced back anxiously at the menancing darkness. A faint smile creased his face. He was proud of standing his ground till the end. Deciding that the worst was over, he let out a relieved chortle. A few seconds went by. He smirked. Hidden in the darkness, the Devourers responded with a ground-shaking bloodcurdling roar. He shivered and slowly turned his back on them. The wind wailed in their temper and the earth trembled beneath him. The man staggered down to his knees. Flying debris and sharp twigs pierced bullet holes through his thin rain-jacket. The man gasped for air and coughed through fumes of dirt and acid rain. Forever the storm seemed to rage. Then it ceased, and all was still. The man let out a series of silent sobs. The icy current of air from the Devourer's wrath had finally blown the courage and pride right out of his him. Scalding tears fell out of his grayish blue eyes. He was going to die. In shame the man took off, and the thunderstorm rumbled behind him with victorious mirth. --------------------------------------… This is my first writing exercise. My aim was to write a dramatic short story related to a common situation and make it uncommon. 1. Was it boring? Does it need to be shortened? 2. Should I make the second paragraph the first? 3. This year, I plan on buying a lot of the major video game releases when they're new, since I'm going to pre-order most of them. I have lots of $1 bills laying around and I was wondering if there's any way to get 20 of those $1 bills and make them into a single $20 bill. If there's any other way than going to the store and asking them to change it, please tell me, because I'd rather not look like a jerk. If it helps, I'm in California.

I'm 18 and I have raised my FICA credit to almost 700 now with a secured credit card my mom signed it though when I was 16 I have apple federal credit union, so they're close to switch me to an unsecured credit card type now as it's been like a year now and I have good credit, but is that legal I mean I heard for cards u needed to be 21 years of age, and also I might move out of house soon so if I do get my unsecured card is it all mine like I dont need the parents signature anymore?

I am trying to copy stuff from the Harddrive to archive to DVD but I can't get a picture just sound when I connect the box via a scart lead, so what I thought it might have had something to do with the HDMI Side of things , so I disconnected the HDMI Cables and just connected the box via scart leads like the old way I used to do it, and I still just get sound with no picture any ideas on this please ???

I upgrade my iphone3g to redsnow 4.2.1 and when I try to click on tmz videos it dnt play but it use to play all videos I can play YouTube videos but can't click on other one and play it as me to download file when it use to just play ... I took fighting lessons and all and I fought people just messing around playing and stuff, but when it comes down to the real thing something happens to me, its really weird, like these guys at school they come up talking crap and pushing me and stuff but i freeze up my breath gets heavy and hard to take in I start shaking real bad and just look at them, there will be a bunch of people and I don't feel scared it's just like I can't do it, has anybody ever felt this way? Can you please help cause every time this happens other people think they can do the same thing and it's getting out of hand. And all my family says is beat there *** and get it over with but it's like I can't.

sooo i have JVC everio camera and i like it but like...eemm my sd cards where both full (its duel memory) so i put them in the adapter and connected to the pc and saved the videos and than i deleted the videos from the sd cards and i put the adapters + the sd cards back inside the camara and it said wrong memory card or invalid memory card (mine is in dutch so ...its one of these 2 errors) and i already tryed switching them and still wrong card? what do i have to do? my mom is gonne be pissed off T-T my god my godd!!! help please a few hours till i'm going with the airplane to russia to my grandparents and my mom wanted me to get my camara ready..if i ruined it i'm dead xD seriously dead lol tyvm

So me, my friend are going to the mall and movies with this girl I like and her best friend. We're not calling it a double date, but is that what it is? We are all single BTW. My name has been thrown around a lot on FB saying me and the girl I like would make a good couple. The idea has came into mine and her mind a lot, considering how much people bring it up. So I was just wondering, although we are not calling it this......Is this a "double date"? We're all freshmen by the way.
