I did my relaxer two weeks ago and i am currently wearing wigs instead of my own hair, because my hair is way shorter and thinner than it use to be. I did a moisture treatment on Saturday and I'll be doing a protein treatment the next week.The problem is, however, that i am experiencing massive shedding and i can't bear to see my hair in the sink when i shampoo.Can i braid now or will it make matters worst? What should i do?

I practice violin about 2 hours a day, and my pinky finger on my right hand is stiff, and cracks when I bend it. I don't really notice it while playing, but while I'm about doing other things I will occasionally notice it. I was wondering if this could be tendinitis, or tendinosis.

My moms height is 5'5 and my dads height is 5'7. im currently 5'8 and wearing size 13 shoes and can palm a basketball. My moms side of the family are all well over 6ft tall (Uncles are 6'3 and grandpa is 6'1.) But her mom is 5'10. Do you think that i'll get tall like my Uncles? Also, my dads side is my height. Six months ago I got to know a man. I told him I'd like to be friends to get to know each other. (I'm a bit reserved and need to be friends with a man first). We're both a bit shy even though in our early 40s and single. Anyhow we've known each other a few months, met up 5 times as he lives 60km away plus is taking care of a sick parent. Then we fell out of touch (he had a few crisis situations in his life). Anyhow I got in touch with him again a few weeks ago me messaged me few times saying he'd love to meet up. So yesterday, having a coffee, he asked if I'd like to be with a man/have a relationship. I told him I would. He asked if I thought it was more difficult at our age. He asked if I got lonely some times. Then I asked him and he told me he's single since his last relationship a couple of years ago, he has dated but doesn't have a partner now. He says that sometimes he feels alone. Do think that these are the type of questions a man who is interested in a woman would ask? Or are they more questions you'd ask a woman who you see as just a friend? Especially when he said 'do you think its more difficult at our age?'

Okay so, the other day my boyfriend and I had sex and the condom came off, when he came out of me. We noticed straight away and the condom ring was at the surface of my vagina, so it was easy to pull out. Still we were quite worried, but for the whole month previous, I have been taking the pill, ( which is for my acne (dianette) but it serves the same purpose. But earlier that evening I had been sick, so I came to the conclusion that I was not protected at all by my pill. The next morning, I went and took the Morning after pill, just to be sure. And I have carried on taking the pill (for my skin), but I am still nervous about being pregnant. I just wanted to know, if it was okay to have carried on taking my usual pill, after taking the morning after pill. My friend has assured me that I have done everything I possible could do. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated Please I don't really want any silly or rude answer as this is kinda a serious topic :) Many thanks :) xoxo

Sorry it's so long... Almost two years ago my mom past away from cancer (when I was 14). Well since she was diagnosed with cancer (which was about three years ago) I have been having issues with repressing my feelings. That only made me "pissed at the world" because I had more built up anger than anything. After my mother past, I couldn't help but feel total anger towards my grandmother for the things she did when my mom was alive. When my mom was alive she would just do petty things that only caused my mom more stress, and with more stress came more pain for my mom (she had tumors eating at her bones...it started off as lung cancer), and my grandma knew this. It would also make her look like a bitch in the end too (my grandmother). So after my mom past I would talk about my grandma behind her back to family and friends and they believed mostly what I said, which most was true...I felt alone in this time because my grandmother was acting like a bitch (like I was) and she didn't make me feel like she loved me. I was forced to live with her so we were in constant fights when her day didn't go well and she took it out on me and her 10 year old daughter (my grandma is 51 now). I also felt she played favorites with her daughter and made me resent her daughter and be a bitch towards her. I said so many mean things and now that this angry person is stripping away from me (because it's more tiring than you would ever guess being mad all the time) I feel so guilty and terrible. The old me is coming back little by little (I have some bad depression problems, my mom was the closest person to me and her death is still the very hard for me to deal with). Before all this, I was close to my grandma too and I was extremely nice (too nice), and just the thought of the terrible things I said makes me cringe and feel so tiny and useless. I can't forgive myself for it, I haven't gotten a good night of sleep for a few nights. I love my grandma so much and if she were to die I would be pissed at myself for the rest of my life (and it's sooo tiring)! Do you have any advice to make the guilt stop? I've been thinking about just telling her what I did but I don't want to hurt her. Do you think I should tell her?

Hi. Let me begin by saying that I am a complete newbie when it comes to cell phones. I have a VERY basic knowledge about cell phones and have no idea about 3G or 4G or any of that fancy stuff. I have just a basic plan with T-Mobile (unlimited text and talk), but I am interested in getting the Google Nexus S. Would I be able to use this phone (unlocked from Best Buy) even if I don't have an advanced 3G or 4G or whatever data plan? I plan on using the Nexus S only for talking, texting and wifi at home or office. Will I get charged extra if I were to use wifi only and not GPS or internet provided T-Mobile? So, I recently found out I can link my contacts with Facebook and get thee profile pictures as their contact pictures, which I love! But now when I'm composing a knew text message and type in the letters in the search bar, it brings up friends from Facebook whose numbers I have never had in my phone. so one day i was messing around in the control panel and i uninstalled this thing that didn't look important, and it turns out it had something to do with my sound. i have no sound and i uninstalled it about a year ago, i would say. i have a dell dimension 4550, and it says no sound device and it has a ! mark by multimedia audio controller. and i have tried reinstalling it and it says not found. i've pretty much tried everything and i could use some help !!!

I have two 4 month old-ish Russian Dwarf Hamsters and one of them is losing fur and getting a bald patch at the bottom of his back. Nothing in the set up has changed - same bedding, same food, same toys. He seems really healthy otherwise, very lively with bright eyes and a clean nose and bum. His skin doesn't seem red or scabby or irritated in any way and I can't see any mites. Sorry, it's not much to go on is it?! ;) Also, it's a defined patch if that makes sense. It's not very gradual, almost as if someone has cut a chunk of fur off!

The chapter of Zeta Phi Beta sorority is back on campus, I was told that in the pass they had fall lines. I have attended a few campus activities that they hosted and was very impress by the professionalism. Because their are no members on campus they are starting the chapter over. They have been suspended for four years. I don't see the Zeta doing lot on campus other than other chapter came and did programs during founder's week. What are some suggestion on what you think the graduate chapter or the other campus undergraduate might want in a new member. I have done my research on all the divine 9 organizations. So please don't tell me to do research because I have done that. I don't want to hear about stereotypes either. I guess what I want to know is what type of community service including the total numbers of hours, what organization do they want you to be in and what other on or off campus activities you are involved in. I like to ask all the divine sorority to answer this question so if someone want to know what Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Sigma Gamma Rho and of course Zeta Phi Beta look for in all new members.

As a male in grade 10, I cannot understand the concept of dating among adolescents. The first level and most basic equation for it is D=A+L+SA. However, I cannot progress much farther than that mathematically, and since I doubt the majority of the population considers it in terms of mathematics anyway, I would like to present my ideas from an efficiency/business perspective. Point 1: My peers dedicate so much time and effort into impressing the opposite sex while their grades slip. Logic dictates that education would take precedence over "dating" because an education is needed for great success in life.It seems to me like such a great waste. Point 2: It is metaphorically like a civil war, with several factions competing with each other to win control. I just stay in the woods, observe and come out unscathed. Why would you fight a war over something valueless? My Mom once talked to me about socializing, and I told her all this, and how it is a waste of time. However, she did not agree and is sending me to see a psychologist. I am never going to get married, I just want to build stuff and move forward. She is considering having me tested for some disorder. Is my train of thought that radically different??? Thanks
