i went out for a run earlier this morning and i forgot to stretch. 1/2 mile in i stopped to stretch. i only stretched my quads and calves because i wanted to get out of the sun and i didn't want to be stopped too long. when i was just about done a sudden pain shot through my hamstring. i couldn't even run. i had to lightly jog the rest of the way. when i got home i iced it right away. it hurt really bad and i ended up walking with a limp. after about 10 minutes of icing i removed the ice pack. i didn't elevate it or anything. but i stayed off of it for a good half hour. i started to walk around and i can walk fine now. is that good? bad? i really have no idea what's going on. I've honestly never seriously hurt anything. help please. paramedic, doctor, nurse, emt anyone of you. could you offer some help??

i like this guy an i thought he liked me too until he told me he had a girlfriend. So i'm 16(boy).There is this girl in class i like.She's very smart a bit shy and she's also a bit nerdy.So i'm probably one of the only boys in class that like her all the others hate her but she friends with most of the girls and she doesn't have many guy friends . Last year she was really into me but it didn't work out-we went out 1 time but after that i didn't make any moves and started acting like an idiot and after 2 months she told me she didn't like me.This year she seemed to like me again (i also started 2 like her).7 months ago she was showing clear signs that she liked me but 4 months ago she started to lose interest. During the 10 days holidays i sent her a message telling her i like her and that i want to talk-to her to which she replied-that she didn't feel the same way and that she just wants to be friends also that she knew i liked her.3 months ago we agreed to be only friends in school but after calling her 1 time to ask if she wanted to hang out she stopped answering.At a party for the end of school we all got really drunk.I talked with one of her friends when we(me a friend of mine and her fnd) went for a walk on the street.Her fnd explained to me what exactly i should do.Also it turned out that she doesn't like me and that she has a crush on a boy 2y older than her(from a year and a half).When we talked i told her that i like her as a person and as a girl and that i really care about her, in the end we finally agreed to be fnds and she said that she'll pick up the phone from now on.After that we shacked hands.Now for the question.OK so i asked her when can i call her to see her but she told me she'll be traveling for a month so we agreed that i should call her in the beginning of august(im sure that she really is traveling).But i'm perfectly fine with being just friends.I want to be friends for now and maybe in the future things will develop.Problem is that next year we'll be in different classes.So that happened 4 weeks ago. Now all off that is really blurry and it's hard to remember what was true and not.I called her today when we agreed but she didn't answer.Should i ask her what's wrong(and how) over FB chat or should i try to ask the friends that helped me in the beginning.P.S Also should i try to call her again tomorrow

We look at molecules and atoms as constructs of color and movement in the bigger picture they create sound, taste, feeling. Atoms are bound to each other not by superglue but by gravity. they create roles, like the sound a structure a rock or the taste and texture of an apple. they work perfectly like the white blood cells in your body to attack foreign invaders. yet they are simply tiny balls of energy that is rotating around each other. So what is telling one atom to be one thing and another to be something almost entirely different. How is the logic of everything seem like a binary code of 1's and 0's.

ok, i am in panic mode and i really need help! im currently in a toilet cubicle on a busy train, ive locked the door and im writing this on my iphone because im pretty screwed. basically i think i poisoned myself cooking tuna steaks yesterday and eating them practically raw, ive had a really bad stomach all day but i agreed to meet a girl friend of mine tonight to chill out anyway thinking id be fine. i have been on the train for about 20 minutes and farted, involuntarily i might add. anyway, needles to say i didnt just fart. i have soiled myself pretty bad. i ran to the toilet and thought ok i might be alright. i had packed a spare change of clothes for tomorrow so il just change my trousers. i took off my underwear and trousers and threw them out the window. only to go into my bag and pull out my "jeans" which is actually my denim shirt! im such a bloody idiot. ive packed two shirts and im now stuck in a cubicle with nothing on from the waist down with my trousers out the window. okay im 21 and im trying to grow a full beard, mustache combo-type thingy.. and ive done it before, for about 4 months of no shaving, but the thing is, my beard hair grows way faster than my mustache hair; i didnt shave my mustache for about a year and a half, and it was STILL shorter than my beard hair of 4 months!! should i just leave it to grow, hoping it will catch up with beard hair?

I've only been able to see a few online, models from Peerless Industries and also Bell'o. The UN55D8000 has a profile of only 1.2" so I've been looking at ultra-low-profile mounts. Anybody have any experience with these manufacturers, or have a better recommendation? With a TV so thin, is it even worthwhile to consider mounts that tilt the TV? (I'm guessing not...)
